本发明公开了一种不干胶复合膜,由上至下依次包括聚烯烃薄膜层、聚氨酯胶水层、UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层、亮银不干胶层、剥离层、压敏胶层、PET硅油纸层,聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN;聚烯烃薄膜层为软性PVC薄膜层;聚烯烃薄膜层的厚度为30μm;UV油墨印刷层的厚度为0.3mm,亮银不干胶层的厚度为0.2mm,PET硅油纸层的厚度为0.25mm。上述技术方案,具备高度的柔软性和跟随性,应用于软管或可挤压变形的瓶体上不会产生起翘和起皱、脱离的现象,且光亮度、透明度高;且UV油墨印刷层、亮银不干胶层生产制造成本低、持粘性能好、不易变色、阻燃性能好、残留气味小。

Description

一种不干胶复合膜及其加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及复合膜技术领域,具体涉及一种不干胶复合膜及其加工方法。
背景技术
现有国内和国际上的镭射不干胶标签有采用柔软性和跟随性中等的未经拉伸的PE(聚乙烯)、CPP(未拉伸聚丙烯薄膜)、和硬质PVC薄膜基材,但是存在以下两大缺陷:一、基材的透明度差:PE雾度为8%~12%,CPP雾度为2%,硬质PVC雾度为2%~3%;二、柔软性和跟随性不足而无法满足软管或可挤压变形瓶体受挤压不起翘和不起皱的使用特性;且现有的不干胶标签复合膜的加工方法不合理,加工操作麻烦、技术难度高、导致生产效率低,生产成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种加工操作简单、技术难度低、生产效率高、能够有效降低生产成本的不干胶复合膜及其加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种不干胶复合膜,由上至下依次包括聚烯烃薄膜层、聚氨酯胶水层、UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层、亮银不干胶层、剥离层、压敏胶层、PET硅油纸层,所述聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN;所述聚烯烃薄膜层为软性PVC薄膜层;所述聚烯烃薄膜层的厚度为30μm;所述UV油墨印刷层的厚度为0.3mm,所述亮银不干胶层的厚度为0.2mm,所述PET硅油纸层的厚度为0.25mm,所述亮银不干胶层是由甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、SBS树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯树脂、过氧化苯甲酰、醋酸乙酯所组成,其配方组成的重量百分比为:甲基丙烯酸乙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸丁酯5%~10%、丙烯酸羟丙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1%~3%、醋酸乙烯酯2%~5%、SBS树脂2%~6%,溴化聚苯乙烯树脂2%~10%、过氧化苯甲酰0.01~0.02%、醋酸乙酯70%~85%,配方中各组分含量之和为100%。
通过采用上述技术方案,具备高度的柔软性和跟随性,应用于软管或可挤压变形的瓶体上不会产生起翘和起皱、脱离的现象,且光亮度、透明度高;且UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层和亮银不干胶层接合,亮银不干胶层生产制造成本低、持粘性能好、不易变色、阻燃性能好、残留气味小。加工操作简单、技术难度低、生产效率高、能够有效降低生产成本。
本发明进一步:亮银不干胶层合成反应过程中反应釜搅拌浆的搅拌速度为80r/min,反应釜的升温速率为2℃/min。
本发明还进一步:当反应釜温达到90℃时,将溶解有SBS树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液和溶解有溴化聚苯乙烯树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液加入反应釜中。
本发明还提供一种不干胶复合膜的加工方法,包括以下制备步骤:
1)以透明PET薄膜为模压基材,在PET薄膜上依次涂布剥离层、亮银不干胶层、胶粘层、UV油墨印刷层,然后经过热模压工艺,制得可转移薄膜;
2)用干式复合机在可转移薄膜的热模压面上涂布聚氨酯胶水,经烘道干燥后,与聚烯烃薄膜层复合,所述聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN,制成软性面材;3)软性面材熟化:熟化的温度为35℃,时间为12h;
4)通过刮刀式涂布机在PET硅油纸上涂布压敏胶层,再经熟化、冷却,制成复合压敏胶层;熟化在烘道中进行,烘道各个区段的温度不同,具体是:烘道第一区段为50℃,烘道第二区段为70℃,烘道第三区段为90℃,烘道第四区段为110℃,烘道第五区段为110℃,烘道第六区段为120℃,烘道第七区段为90℃,烘道第八区段为60℃,然后经过温度为20℃的通道冷却;
5)软性面材去除透明PET薄膜,并与复合压敏胶层复合;去除透明PET薄膜和涂布复合压敏胶层同步进行,具体操作方法是:在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位的18cm远距离处装上回收导辊,再在回收导辊的上方1m处装上主动张力回收辊,将复合压敏胶层放置在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位上,将软性面材置于刮刀式涂布机的放卷工位上,通过牵引导辊把软性面材牵引至复合工位前,在离复合工位18cm处,主动张力回收辊开始剥离软性面材的透明PET薄膜,软性面材在牵引导辊的牵引前进过程中,一边被剥离透明PET薄膜,一边与复合压敏胶层复合。
本发明的优点是:本发明具备高度的柔软性和跟随性,应用于软管或可挤压变形的瓶体上不会产生起翘和起皱、脱离的现象,且光亮度、透明度高;且UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层和亮银不干胶层接合,亮银不干胶层生产制造成本低、持粘性能好、不易变色、阻燃性能好、残留气味小。加工操作简单、技术难度低、生产效率高、能够有效降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明公开的一种不干胶复合膜,由上至下依次包括聚烯烃薄膜层1、聚氨酯胶水层2、UV油墨印刷层3、胶粘层4、亮银不干胶层5、剥离层6、压敏胶层7、PET硅油纸层8,所述聚烯烃薄膜层1的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN;所述聚烯烃薄膜层1为软性PVC薄膜层;所述聚烯烃薄膜层1的厚度为30μm;所述UV油墨印刷层3的厚度为0.3mm,所述亮银不干胶层5的厚度为0.2mm,所述PET硅油纸层8的厚度为0.25mm,所述亮银不干胶层5是由甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、SBS树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯树脂、过氧化苯甲酰、醋酸乙酯所组成,其配方组成的重量百分比为:甲基丙烯酸乙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸丁酯5%~10%、丙烯酸羟丙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1%~3%、醋酸乙烯酯2%~5%、SBS树脂2%~6%,溴化聚苯乙烯树脂2%~10%、过氧化苯甲酰0.01~0.02%、醋酸乙酯70%~85%,配方中各组分含量之和为100%。
亮银不干胶层合成反应过程中反应釜搅拌浆的搅拌速度为80r/min,反应釜的升温速率为2℃/min。
当反应釜温达到90℃时,将溶解有SBS树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液和溶解有溴化聚苯乙烯树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液加入反应釜中。
本发明一种不干胶复合膜的加工方法,包括以下制备步骤:
1)以透明PET薄膜为模压基材,在PET薄膜上依次涂布剥离层、亮银不干胶层、胶粘层、UV油墨印刷层,然后经过热模压工艺,制得可转移薄膜;
2)用干式复合机在可转移薄膜的热模压面上涂布聚氨酯胶水,经烘道干燥后,与聚烯烃薄膜层复合,所述聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN,制成软性面材;3)软性面材熟化:熟化的温度为35℃,时间为12h;
4)通过刮刀式涂布机在PET硅油纸上涂布压敏胶层,再经熟化、冷却,制成复合压敏胶层;熟化在烘道中进行,烘道各个区段的温度不同,具体是:烘道第一区段为50℃,烘道第二区段为70℃,烘道第三区段为90℃,烘道第四区段为110℃,烘道第五区段为110℃,烘道第六区段为120℃,烘道第七区段为90℃,烘道第八区段为60℃,然后经过温度为20℃的通道冷却;
5)软性面材去除透明PET薄膜,并与复合压敏胶层复合;去除透明PET薄膜和涂布复合压敏胶层同步进行,具体操作方法是:在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位的18cm远距离处装上回收导辊,再在回收导辊的上方1m处装上主动张力回收辊,将复合压敏胶层放置在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位上,将软性面材置于刮刀式涂布机的放卷工位上,通过牵引导辊把软性面材牵引至复合工位前,在离复合工位18cm处,主动张力回收辊开始剥离软性面材的透明PET薄膜,软性面材在牵引导辊的牵引前进过程中,一边被剥离透明PET薄膜,一边与复合压敏胶层复合。
本发明具备高度的柔软性和跟随性,应用于软管或可挤压变形的瓶体上不会产生起翘和起皱、脱离的现象,且光亮度、透明度高;且UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层和亮银不干胶层接合,亮银不干胶层生产制造成本低、持粘性能好、不易变色、阻燃性能好、残留气味小。加工操作简单、技术难度低、生产效率高、能够有效降低生产成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种不干胶复合膜,其特征在于:由上至下依次包括聚烯烃薄膜层、聚氨酯胶水层、UV油墨印刷层、胶粘层、亮银不干胶层、剥离层、压敏胶层、PET硅油纸层,所述聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN;所述聚烯烃薄膜层为软性PVC薄膜层;所述聚烯烃薄膜层的厚度为30μm;所述UV油墨印刷层的厚度为0.3mm,所述亮银不干胶层的厚度为0.2mm,所述PET硅油纸层的厚度为0.25mm,所述亮银不干胶层是由甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、醋酸乙烯酯、SBS树脂、溴化聚苯乙烯树脂、过氧化苯甲酰、醋酸乙酯所组成,其配方组成的重量百分比为:甲基丙烯酸乙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸丁酯5%~10%、丙烯酸羟丙酯1%~3%、丙烯酸羟乙酯1%~3%、醋酸乙烯酯2%~5%、SBS树脂2%~6%,溴化聚苯乙烯树脂2%~10%、过氧化苯甲酰0.01~0.02%、醋酸乙酯70%~85%,配方中各组分含量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不干胶复合膜,其特征在于:亮银不干胶层合成反应过程中反应釜搅拌浆的搅拌速度为80r/min,反应釜的升温速率为2℃/min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不干胶复合膜,其特征在于:当反应釜温达到90℃时,将溶解有SBS树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液和溶解有溴化聚苯乙烯树脂的醋酸乙酯溶液加入反应釜中。
4.一种不干胶复合膜的加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
1)以透明PET薄膜为模压基材,在PET薄膜上依次涂布剥离层、亮银不干胶层、胶粘层、UV油墨印刷层,然后经过热模压工艺,制得可转移薄膜;
2)用干式复合机在可转移薄膜的热模压面上涂布聚氨酯胶水,经烘道干燥后,与聚烯烃薄膜层复合,所述聚烯烃薄膜层的纵向柔软度为60mN、横向柔软度为50mN,制成软性面材;3)软性面材熟化:熟化的温度为35℃,时间为12h;
4)通过刮刀式涂布机在PET硅油纸上涂布压敏胶层,再经熟化、冷却,制成复合压敏胶层;熟化在烘道中进行,烘道各个区段的温度不同,具体是:烘道第一区段为50℃,烘道第二区段为70℃,烘道第三区段为90℃,烘道第四区段为110℃,烘道第五区段为110℃,烘道第六区段为120℃,烘道第七区段为90℃,烘道第八区段为60℃,然后经过温度为20℃的通道冷却;
5)软性面材去除透明PET薄膜,并与复合压敏胶层复合;去除透明PET薄膜和涂布复合压敏胶层同步进行,具体操作方法是:在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位的18cm远距离处装上回收导辊,再在回收导辊的上方1m处装上主动张力回收辊,将复合压敏胶层放置在刮刀式涂布机的复合工位上,将软性面材置于刮刀式涂布机的放卷工位上,通过牵引导辊把软性面材牵引至复合工位前,在离复合工位18cm处,主动张力回收辊开始剥离软性面材的透明PET薄膜,软性面材在牵引导辊的牵引前进过程中,一边被剥离透明PET薄膜,一边与复合压敏胶层复合。
