高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于卡纸生产领域,具体涉及一种高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法。
背景技术
转移卡纸是最近几年新开发的一种新型卡纸,主要用于印刷烟包、酒包、化妆品等高档包装;传统的转移卡纸转移涂料基本采用溶剂型,溶剂型涂料中含有75-85%的溶剂,这些溶剂在生产及印刷过程中大量地挥发到空气中,易造成污染环境;另外,传统的转移卡纸其表面光泽度欠佳,只能适合低端包装,无法满足现在人们对光泽和美感的需求。
发明内容
针对相关技术技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单、安全环保、产品光泽度好的高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)使PET聚脂薄膜经过涂布机的凹版辊,凹版辊网穴内粘有15﹪固含量的水性涂料瞬间反粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面,形成水性转移树脂层,后经过涂布机烘箱烘干,85﹪的水由液态变为雾态排放到空中;水蒸汽排放到空气中不造成受任何的污染;
(2)涂布后的PET聚脂薄膜经镀铝机的高真空抽排,99.99﹪高纯度铝丝在1000-1200摄氏度的高温下溶化成雾态,飞粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面形成镀铝层;并得到水性转移膜;
(3)对水性转移膜进行分切修边;切成复合工序的成品膜规格;
(4)使纸张通过复合机的膜放卷座输送到背涂座,并将凹版辊网穴内粘有8﹪固含量的背涂胶料瞬间反粘在纸张背面,形成背胶层;
(5)通过复合机将水性转移膜从膜放卷座输送至胶水座,由水性转移膜的镀铝层与纸张的正面通过胶水层贴合;然后输送到复合机的烘箱内烘干,水蒸汽直接排到空气中,烘干后的纸张输送到收卷座进行收卷;
(6)将收卷后的纸张,放在剥离机的纸放卷座上,经过剥离座将半成品纸张和水性转移树脂层以上的PET基膜剥离,剥离出的PET基膜输送到膜收卷座进行基膜收卷,并放入到基膜工序进行回收利用;
(7)剥离出的带有水性转移树脂层的纸张输送到收卷座进行纸张收卷,在输送过程中经过切刀座,将两端的白边切除,形成成品纸张。
所述的水性涂料包括15%重量份的水性树脂和85%重量份的水,所述水性树脂由水性丙烯酸改进型树脂、水性润湿流平剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、水性消泡剂、水性抗括剂、成膜助剂、PH 调节剂组成。经过膜生产设备的涂布机的涂布凹版辊网穴转移到PET聚脂膜表面,烘干后形成固态的树脂层;
所述的背涂胶料为改性丙烯酸乳液,它具有添加水份、密封原纸纤维的作用,使成品纸张达到水份平衡,在高、低温湿度环境中能保持纸张不增加与释放水份。
所述的纸张为单粉白卡纸或双粉白卡纸,用来承接胶水层、背胶层或膜的主体物。
所述的胶水层由丙烯酸改良树脂、乙酸乙烯脂、苯乙烯丁二烯丙烯酸聚合物组成,胶水层水平铺在水性转移膜的与纸张之间,使其沾粘。
本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明方法能使国内环保产品纸张进入更高层次的环保功效,并带动整个行业环保技术的发展,本发明生产的产品能够大大的满足现在PET市场的耐高、低温性能;其产品无毒无味,安全性能好,环保性能强,可保持纸张原有的华丽外观,并可直接用于食品包装、烟标包装、酒包包装等,对人们的生活带来了极大的方便。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,它包括如下步骤:
(1)使PET聚脂薄膜经过涂布机的凹版辊,凹版辊网穴内粘有15﹪固含量的水性涂料瞬间反粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面,形成水性转移树脂层,后经过涂布机烘箱烘干,85﹪的水由液态变为雾态排放到空中;水蒸汽排放到空气中不造成受任何的污染;所述的水性涂料包括15%重量份的水性树脂和85%重量份的水,所述水性树脂由水性丙烯酸改进型树脂、水性润湿流平剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、水性消泡剂、水性抗括剂、成膜助剂、PH 调节剂组成。经过膜生产设备的涂布机的涂布凹版辊网穴转移到PET聚脂膜表面,烘干后形成固态的树脂层;
(2)涂布后的PET聚脂薄膜经镀铝机的高真空抽排,99.99﹪高纯度铝丝在1000-1200摄氏度的高温下溶化成雾态,飞粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面形成镀铝层;并得到水性转移膜;
(3)对水性转移膜进行分切修边;切成复合工序的成品膜规格;
(4)使单粉白卡纸通过复合机的膜放卷座输送到背涂座,并将凹版辊网穴内粘有8﹪固含量的背涂胶料瞬间反粘在纸张背面,形成背胶层;所述的背涂胶料为改性丙烯酸乳液,它具有添加水份、密封原纸纤维的作用,使成品纸张达到水份平衡,在高、低温湿度环境中能保持纸张不增加与释放水份;
(5)通过复合机将水性转移膜从膜放卷座输送至胶水座,由水性转移膜的镀铝层与纸张的正面通过胶水层贴合;该胶水层由丙烯酸改良树脂、乙酸乙烯脂、苯乙烯丁二烯丙烯酸聚合物组成,胶水层水平铺在水性转移膜的与纸张之间,使其沾粘;然后输送到复合机的烘箱内烘干,水蒸汽直接排到空气中,烘干后的纸张输送到收卷座进行收卷;
(6)将收卷后的纸张,放在剥离机的纸放卷座上,经过剥离座将半成品纸张和水性转移树脂层以上的PET基膜剥离,剥离出的PET基膜输送到膜收卷座进行基膜收卷,并放入到基膜工序进行回收利用;
(7)剥离出的带有水性转移树脂层的纸张输送到收卷座进行纸张收卷,在输送过程中经过切刀座,将两端的白边切除,形成成品纸张。

Claims (5)

1.高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,其特征是,它包括如下步骤:
(1)使PET聚脂薄膜经过涂布机的凹版辊,凹版辊网穴内粘有15﹪固含量的水性涂料瞬间反粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面,形成水性转移树脂层,后经过涂布机烘箱烘干,85﹪的水由液态变为雾态排放到空中;
(2)涂布后的PET聚脂薄膜经镀铝机的高真空抽排,99.99﹪高纯度铝丝在1000-1200摄氏度的高温下溶化成雾态,飞粘在PET聚脂薄膜表面形成镀铝层;并得到水性转移膜;
(3)对水性转移膜进行分切修边;
(4)使纸张通过复合机的膜放卷座输送到背涂座,并将凹版辊网穴内粘有8﹪固含量的背涂胶料瞬间反粘在纸张背面,形成背胶层;
(5)通过复合机将水性转移膜从膜放卷座输送至胶水座,由水性转移膜的镀铝层与纸张的正面通过胶水层贴合;然后输送到复合机的烘箱内烘干,水蒸汽直接排到空气中,烘干后的纸张输送到收卷座进行收卷;
(6)将收卷后的纸张,放在剥离机的纸放卷座上,经过剥离座将半成品纸张和水性转移树脂层以上的PET基膜剥离,剥离出的PET基膜输送到膜收卷座进行基膜收卷,并放入到基膜工序进行回收利用;
(7)剥离出的带有水性转移树脂层的纸张输送到收卷座进行纸张收卷,在输送过程中经过切刀座,将两端的白边切除,形成成品纸张。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,其特征是:所述的水性涂料包括15%重量份的水性树脂和85%重量份的水,所述水性树脂由水性丙烯酸改进型树脂、水性润湿流平剂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、水性消泡剂、水性抗括剂、成膜助剂、PH 调节剂组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,其特征是:所述的背涂胶料为改性丙烯酸乳液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,其特征是:所述的纸张为单粉白卡纸或双粉白卡纸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高环保水性转移卡纸的生产方法,其特征是:所述的胶水层由丙烯酸改良树脂、乙酸乙烯脂、苯乙烯丁二烯丙烯酸聚合物组成。
