Abstract

Description
本发明涉及即用型糊状或优选液体流平(或平滑)复合物(compound)(混合物或油灰或填缝剂或密封剂),其例如允许或被构成/设置以涂布作为地面的上表面上的地面覆盖物的基础的底层地面(subfloor),其用于涂布和/或使底层地面流平(或使其平滑)的用途和相应的用于涂布和/或使底层地面流平的方法及其制造方法。
待涂布在例如底层地面上的流平材料需要满足不同于墙壁和天花板的涂料的某些要求。其中特别要提及的是耐压缩性以及弯曲强度和耐压力性的要求,其允许抵抗由重物体,例如家具或行走在地面上的人等造成的应力。还应避免由于硬化期间的收缩形成裂缝。根据对于找平物(screeds)建立的标准EN 13813,对不同找平材料定义粘合强度类别。根据标准EN 13892-8测定以N/mm2表示的粘合强度。德国找平物和地面协会(The Germanassociation for screeds and flooring)(BEB - Bundersverband Estrich und Belage . V .)推荐找平物的粘合强度大于或等于0.5 N/mm2,具体给出值取决于覆盖要素的类型(瓷砖、织物…)。
迄今,液压硬化矿物灰浆或油灰用于满足这些要求,也可使其在合适的时间内,例如几小时至24小时(化学)硬化。
基于聚合物分散体的涂料复合物(混合物)由于需要允许(物理)硬化的水蒸发,被认为不适合用于超过约1mm厚度的流平复合物,因此不用于地面流平而仅作为涂料组合物。
现在已吃惊地发现包含水性聚合物分散体、水玻璃(一种或多种碱性硅酸盐在水中的溶液)、具有气态包含物(和因此孔和/或毛细管)的填料(例如铝硅酸盐)和铺展组合物和任选的其它添加剂的组合的单组份复合物允许以高达10 mm,例如高达9、8、7、6或特别是5 mm的厚度施加(涂布),而在合适的时间内例如24小时或更少实现硬化并实现也适合用于地面流平的所需物理稳健性(robustness)。
因此在第一实施方案中,本发明涉及即用型单组份(特别是地面)流平复合物(油灰或混合物),其包含水性聚合物分散体、水玻璃(一种或多种碱性硅酸盐在水中的溶液)、具有气态包含物(和因此孔和/或毛细管)的填料(例如铝硅酸盐)和铺展组合物和任选的一种或多种其它添加剂的组合。
在第二实施方案中,本发明涉及根据前述段落或如下所述的即用型(特别是地面)流平复合物作为建筑基底,特别是底层地面的流平(平滑)涂料的用途,特别包括以高达10mm,例如高达9、8、7、6或特别是5 mm的厚度施加其。
在第三实施方案中,本发明涉及使建筑基底,特别是底层地面流平的工艺或方法,其包括将如本发明的第一实施方案所述的即用型(特别是地面)流平复合物施加至建筑基底,例如底层地面,特别包括以高达10 mm,例如高达9、8、7、6或特别是5 mm的厚度施加其。
在第四实施方案中,本发明涉及制造上文和下文定义的即用型(特别是地面)流平复合物,特别是地面流平复合物的方法或工艺,所述方法包括混合水性聚合物分散体、水玻璃(一种或多种碱性硅酸盐在水中的溶液)、具有气态包含物(和因此孔和/或毛细管)的填料(例如铝硅酸盐)和优选铺展组合物和任选的一种或多种其它添加剂,并且如果没有已在容器中混合,将其转移至一个或多个容器。

特别优选的是混合聚合产物,例如两种或更多种,例如三种或四种选自以下的单体的共聚产物:苯乙烯、(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C7烷基酯,例如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯或乙酯(优选)和(甲基)丙烯酰胺。优选的聚合物分散体是Mowilith VDM 618®。
液体组分的聚合物分散体可以以0.1至30重量%(W-%),例如0.5至25 W-%,在一个优选变体中1至20 W-% 的量存在于根据本发明的完整(特别是地面)流平复合物中,作为干聚合物计算(聚合物分散体本身(仅聚合物和水)中的水含量可以例如为10至90,优选30至60 W-%)。
水玻璃(一种或多种碱性硅酸盐在水中的溶液)优选是水中的硅酸钾、硅酸钠或特别是硅酸锂,或两种或更多种这样的碱性硅酸盐的混合物,优选包含硅酸锂。一个优选实例是Betolin Li 20®。水玻璃可以以1至40 W-%,例如2至20 W-%,优选3至10 W-%的量存在。
“具有气态包含物(和因此特别是孔和/或毛细管,其例如导致高表面积)的填料(例如铝硅酸盐)”是指如下材料,例如铝硅酸盐,例如具有1至10,例如3至5 (例如约4) m2/g 的比表面积(BET,根据DIN 66132测量)和优选小于80,特别小于70 g/100 g的油吸收量(根据DIN ISO 787, T5测量)的相应铝硅酸盐。该材料优选以0.5至40 W-%,例如1至20W-%,优选2至10 W-%的量存在于根据本发明的复合物中。
尽管不意图受假定解释的束缚,可以假设具有气态包含物的该填料的毛细管和多孔态允许加速的干燥,因为毛细力和/或较高比表面。
作为“铺展组合物”,基于聚羧酸醚(polycarboxyl ether)的聚合物的水性悬浮液包括例如Melflux 0417 L®或Melflux 2500 L®或两种或更多种这样的聚合物的混合物。铺展组合物可以以0.01至5 W-%,例如0.05至2 W-%,优选0.1至1 W-%的量存在。
除了四种所提及的成分或成分类别外,可以存在其它添加剂。

另外可以优选添加填料,并且其因此存在于最终复合物中,例如砂、炭黑、石英砂、石灰石、石料或矿物粉、玻璃、金刚砂等,或其两种或更多种的混合物。可以以2至70 W-%,例如10至70 W-%,优选30至70 W-%,例如30至60 W-% 的量提供填料并优选以粉末或(例如在砂的情况下)颗粒的形式添加。
对于覆盖不同于地面的其它基底,例如墙壁或天花板的用途,有用的是还添加赋予复合物更呈糊状或低坍落度、非流挂稠度(non-sagging consistency)的材料,还可以添加影响流变学的材料(增稠剂),例如基于聚合物或二氧化硅的材料,例如基于聚氨酯的聚合物,例如CHE-COAT VT 2P, C.H. Erbsloh GmbH, Krefeld, Germany。其可以以0.001至5,例如0.005至1 W-%的量添加。
然而,优选本发明的所有实施方案中的用途涉及地面流平剂(levelling),其具有大于或等于0.8 N/mm2,优选大于或等于1.0 N/mm2的粘合强度,其根据EN 13892-8,在保持在20℃和65%的相对湿度的气候室中干燥3天后测量。
“底层地面”特别涉及地面的任何地下部分,特别在建筑物,例如房屋、剧院、商店、购物中心或公共建筑内部。
根据本发明的复合物还可以用作修饰(finishing)涂料,特别是地面的修饰涂料,然后还可以包含着色和/或光泽贡献添加剂,例如颜料或染料或有机硅等,例如量为0.001至5,例如0.005至3 W-%。
地面的“上表面”涉及形成地面的上表面的地面覆盖物,例如毛毯(carpet)、合适的(fitted)(例如墙到墙)毛毯、层压物、镶木地板、硬木地板、合成地面覆盖物或任何其它至少潜在(=如果没有用其它材料,例如毛毯覆盖)可见(上层)地面覆盖物。
“流平”或“使流平”特别是指使粗糙、折皱、不平坦、凸出区域、凹坑和凹陷或其它可比的(comparable)表面缺陷平滑。
“施加”至底层地面可以采用任何常用工具,例如油漆刀、油灰刀、刮刀,通过管或其它手动或自动铺展装置进行。
容器优选是密闭或可密闭容器,例如罐或小罐(canister)或其它有盖容器,其允许消除由例如储存期间的沉降引起的不均匀,然后在打开后施加至底层地面。这允许根据本发明的地面流平复合物的特别有利和简单的处理,其因此可以作为单组份体系储存和使用。
根据本发明的地面流平复合物的成分在根据本发明的方法中的混合可以通过任何常规混合方法实现,包括在需要均化器、搅拌器、降低的压力、加热器、冷却器、例如在区域中约0℃至约50℃,例如5℃至35℃的温度范围时,通过(优选小心地,例如逐步)将水或水性聚合物分散体和/或水玻璃和/或水性铺展组合物或任何其它水性成分,或两种或更多种这些水性成分添加至一种或多种其它干成分制备成糊料,和其它已知混合和包装步骤。
仅仅必要的是避免在制造过程中干燥以避免在将分散体施加至底层地面之前的不期望的硬化。
本发明还涉及权利要求和摘要并特别是从属权利要求中的实施方案,因此其全部作为本说明书的支持并入本说明书中。
以下实施例用于举例说明本发明而不限制其范围。
实施例1:地面流平复合物
将地面流平复合物与下列成分混合(以重量%=W-%表示):

所得混合物可以以高达5 mm的厚度铺展在底层地面上。在干燥期间没有形成裂缝。当在流动台测试(flow table test)中铺展时,流动台是25 cm(即材料铺展在如上所述的玻璃的具有25 cm直径的表面上)。在20℃的温度和65%的相对湿度干燥3天后,根据EN13892-8测量的粘合强度是1.4 N/mm2。
采用两种不同厚度,分别为3 mm和5 mm进行所得混合物的一些干燥测试。在具有65%相对湿度和20℃的温度的室中进行所述测试。对于9天的时段,每24小时测量对应于干燥过程进展的样品的重量损失,然后29天后进行测量。对于两种厚度,看起来大于95%的干燥出现在前24小时内。
比较例:
将地面流平复合物与表1中给出的各种组分以相同量混合,但没有成分11(具有约4m2/g的比表面积和小于70 g/100g的油吸收量的铝硅酸盐)并与29.521 W-%的成分9(石灰石粉末KSM 60/3 Fels)混合。将所有其它成分以与表1中表明的相同量引入。
将地面流平复合物放在板中,厚度为5 mm并在保持在20℃和65%的相对湿度的气候室中进行干燥。在1天和2天后测量干燥过程中样品的重量损失。

Claims (13)
1.即用型糊状或液体流平复合物,其允许或被构成/设置以涂布底层地面,所述底层地面作为地面的上表面上的地面覆盖物的基础,所述地面流平复合物包含水性聚合物分散体、水玻璃、具有气态包含物的填料和优选铺展组合物和任选的其它添加剂的组合。
2.根据权利要求1的流平复合物,其中所述水性聚合物分散体是至少一种选自以下物质的聚合物的水性分散体:均聚物,特别是乙烯基酯、聚酯、聚环氧化物或聚酰胺,和获自两种或更多种选自以下的单体的共聚物:例如乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯、己酸乙烯基-2-乙酯、月桂酸乙烯酯、乙酸1-甲基乙烯酯、新戊酸乙烯酯或具有9至11个碳原子的α-支链单碳酸的乙烯酯;(甲基)丙烯酸酯或酰胺,例如丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸叔丁酯、甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯;乙烯基芳族化合物,例如苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯或乙烯基甲苯;烯烃,例如乙烯、丙烯、1,3-丁二烯和异戊二烯;1,3-二烯和乙烯基卤化物,例如氯乙烯,其它可(共)聚单体,例如富马酸、马来酸或其二乙基酯或二异丙基酯或其酸酐;烯键式不饱和磺酸或其盐,例如乙烯基磺酸、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-丙磺酸,邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、己二酸二乙烯酯、马来酸二烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯或氰脲酸三烯丙酯或交联共聚单体,例如丙烯酰胺基乙醇酸、甲基丙烯酰胺基乙醇酸甲酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基异烯丙基氨基甲酸酯、烷基醚例如异丁氧基醚或环氧官能化的N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺或N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺的酯,例如甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯或丙烯酸缩水甘油酯;硅官能共聚单体,例如丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)硅烷或甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)硅烷,其中烷氧基是例如甲氧基、乙氧基或乙氧基乙二醇醚或丙二醇醚,双丙酮丙烯酰胺和乙酰乙酰氧基丙烯酸乙酯或乙酰乙酰氧基甲基丙烯酸乙酯;特别是两种或更多种选自以下的单体的共聚产物:苯乙烯、(甲基)丙烯酸、(甲基)丙烯酸C1-C7烷基酯,例如(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯或(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯(优选)和(甲基)丙烯酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1或2的流平复合物,其中所述水玻璃是硅酸锂水溶液或包含硅酸锂的碱性硅酸盐的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项的流平复合物,其中所述具有气态包含物和因此孔和/或毛细管的填料是铝硅酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项的流平复合物,其中所述铺展组合物是基于聚羧酸醚的聚合物或两种或更多种这样的聚合物的混合物的水性悬浮液。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项的流平复合物,其中所述水性聚合物分散体以 0.1至30重量%(W-%),例如0.5至25 W-%,在一个优选变体中1至20 W-% 的量存在,作为干聚合物计算;所述水玻璃以1至40 W-%,例如2至20 W-%,优选3至10 W-%的量存在;所述具有气态包含物的填料以0.5至40 W-%,例如1至20 W-%,优选2至10 W-%的量存在;且所述铺展组合物以0.01至5 W-%,例如0.05至2 W-%,优选0.1至1 W-%的量存在。
7.根据权利要求6的流平复合物,其中所述任选的其它添加剂选自水、消泡剂、增稠剂、生物杀灭剂、分散稳定剂、分散剂或其两种或更多种或特别是其全部;其中优选所述水以1至50 W-%的量存在,所述消泡剂以0.05至5 W-%的量存在,所述增稠剂以0.005至1 W-%的量存在,所述生物杀灭剂以0.01至2 W-%的量存在,所述分散稳定剂以0.05至5 W-%的量存在,且所述分散剂以0.01至5 W-%的量存在,且任选地一种或多种其它成分选自纤维、促进剂、阻滞剂、润湿剂、不同于水的溶剂、着色剂、增塑剂、光或UV稳定剂或其两种或更多种的混合物,其可以以0.01至20 W-%的总量存在。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项的流平复合物,其包含基于聚硅氧烷共聚物与疏水二氧化硅的水性乳液的消泡剂作为消泡剂;包含改性纤维素作为增稠剂;包含抗微生物剂作为生物杀灭剂;包含角叉菜胶、纤维素胶、diutan胶、结冷胶、乳清蛋白浓缩物、果胶、刺槐豆胶、黄原胶或γ-聚谷氨酸或其两种或更多种的混合物作为分散稳定剂;和包含阴离子、阳离子和/或非离子洗涤剂,特别是盐改性膦酸作为分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项的流平复合物,其是地面流平复合物。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项的流平复合物,其是地面流平复合物,其具有大于或等于0.8 N/mm2,优选1.0 N/mm2的粘合强度,其根据EN 13892-8,在保持在20℃和65%的相对湿度的气候室中干燥3天后测量。
11.权利要求1-10任一项定义的流平复合物作为建筑基底,特别是底层地面上的流平涂料的用途,特别包括将其以高达10 mm,例如高达9、8、7、6或特别是5 mm的厚度施加。
