本发明涉及一种肥皂,特别涉及一种皮肤病专用肥皂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,现代生活中涌现出各种洗涤用品,如肥皂、香皂、洗衣粉等,它们的主要功能是去污、洗涤。随着人们生活水平提高,对洗涤用品提出了更高的要求,既具有较强的去污、洗涤效果,又可以针对专门病患提供具有减缓皮肤病病症的肥皂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种皮肤病专用肥皂,通过传统肥皂的改进,开发了中药药材作为减缓皮肤病病症的肥皂,保障肥皂的减缓皮肤病病症效果,减少病患的痛苦。
本发明的技术方案为:一种皮肤病专用肥皂,包括以下组分:四季青0.3%-0.5%,菝葜0.3%-1%,生地0.1%-0.3%,灵芝0.1%-0.3%,冬虫夏草1%-1.3%,珍珠粉1%-1.3%,以上几种中药混合后,有助于减缓皮肤病,如手藓的病症,减少病人痛苦,烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油35%-55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,焦磷酸钠1%-3%,洗涤助剂,与烷基苯磺酸钠配合提高洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。

(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉进行粉碎,目数为200-500目,此粒径范围有助于与洗涤剂充分混合均匀,并有助于向皮肤内的渗透,提高治疗效果;
(4)向水中依次按比例加入烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油、焦磷酸钠,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入粉碎后四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉,以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成皮肤病专用肥皂。

(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入粉碎后四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉,以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成皮肤病专用肥皂。
实施例2
一种皮肤病专用肥皂,包括以下组分:四季青0.5%,菝葜1%,生地0.3%,灵芝0.3%,冬虫夏草1%,珍珠粉1%,以上几种中药混合后,有助于减缓皮肤病,如手藓的病症,减少病人痛苦,烷基苯磺酸钠10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,焦磷酸钠3%,洗涤助剂,与烷基苯磺酸钠配合提高洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。
优选地,所述冬虫夏草和珍珠粉粒径为50微米,此粒径范围有助于与洗涤剂充分混合均匀,并有助于向皮肤内的渗透,提高治疗效果。

(4)向水中依次按比例加入烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油、焦磷酸钠,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入粉碎后四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉,以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成皮肤病专用肥皂。
Claims (5)
1.一种皮肤病专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
四季青0.3%-0.5%、菝葜0.3%-1%、生地0.1%-0.3%、灵芝0.1%-0.3%、冬虫夏草1%-1.3%、珍珠粉1%-1.3%、烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%、皂化植物油35%-55%、焦磷酸钠1%-3%、其余为碳酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种皮肤病专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
四季青0.4%、菝葜0.7%、生地0.2%、灵芝0.2%、冬虫夏草1.3%、珍珠粉1.3%、烷基苯磺酸钠8%、皂化植物油45%、焦磷酸钠2%、其余为碳酸钙。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种皮肤病专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述冬虫夏草和珍珠粉粒径为20-50微米。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种皮肤病专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述皂化植物油为皂化蓖麻油、皂化玉米油、皂化棉子油、皂化亚麻籽油中的一种。
5.一种皮肤病专用肥皂的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉进行粉碎,目数为200-500目;
(4)向水中依次按权利要求1或2所述的比例加入烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油、焦磷酸钠,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按权利要求1或2所述的比例加入粉碎后四季青、菝葜、生地、灵芝、冬虫夏草、珍珠粉,以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成皮肤病专用肥皂。
