技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔网,尤其是涉及一种夜光诱鱼渔网。
背景技术
顾名思义渔网是捕鱼用的网,古代人使用粗布加上麻作为原料,通过捆卷的方法制成鱼网。虽然这种渔网易腐烂,坚韧度差,但是其捕鱼效率已经大大提高。随着渔业的发展,渔网也与时俱进。现在的渔网一搬是聚乙烯或尼龙等原料制成,其中聚乙烯渔网是经聚乙烯材料熔融塑化、纺丝、合股捻线制成,现在一些渔民晚上进行捕鱼,根据鱼的趋光性在水面上打灯光,进行诱鱼,过程繁琐、增大夜间捕鱼的成本;同时由于在捕鱼的时候需要对渔网进行拖拉,由于渔网与底部沙石摩擦,渔网耐磨性较低,容易造成渔网损坏,增大渔民的捕鱼成本。
发明内容
根据现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种夜光诱鱼渔网,方便渔民夜晚捕鱼、高效捕鱼;且增大渔网耐磨性、增大渔网的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种夜光诱鱼渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:
超高分子量聚乙烯90-100、聚氯乙烯树脂4-5、酚醛树脂1- 3、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂0.8-1.4、夜光粉1-2、纳米氧化锌0.4-0. 9、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.2-0.6、正硅酸乙酯0.1-0.5、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.5-1.1、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8-1.5、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.5-1.2、改性增塑剂4.1-5;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2-3、皮脂酸二辛酯1.2-2、芝麻油2.5-3、松节油1-1.3、猪油0.3-0.5、桃胶0.4-0.6、聚异二烯1.0-1.7、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.4-0.5、均三甲苯0.3-0.7、纳米二氧化钛0.4-0.7;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应 65-85分钟,升温至131-140℃,搅拌1.5-3.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
进一步,所述夜光粉是由下述重量份的原料组成:
硫化钙63、硫酸钠5、硫酸钾5、硫酸锶10、氧化钠6、硫酸银 1、硫化镁10,当配好原料后,原料放在耐高温坩锅内,把耐高温坩锅放在电炉上加热,温度为130-150℃,加热45-65分钟,然后把烧好的原料研磨成细粉,将细粉放在水中浸泡,去掉清水,把下沉的粉状物放在干燥箱中干燥即可获得。
进一步,所述渔网是由下述重量份的原料组成:
超高分子量聚乙烯92-98、聚氯乙烯树脂4.3-4.8、酚醛树脂 1.5-2.6、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1.0-1.2、夜光粉1.2-1.7、纳米氧化锌1.5-0.8、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3-0.5、正硅酸乙酯0.2-0.4、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.7-0.9、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.0-1.3、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.7-1.0、改性增塑剂4.3-4.8。
进一步,所述渔网是由下述重量份的原料组成:
超高分子量聚乙烯95、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2.0、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1.1、夜光粉1.5、纳米氧化锌1.6、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4、正硅酸乙酯0.3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.8、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.2、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、改性增塑剂4.5。
进一步,所述夜光诱鱼渔网的制作步骤为:
将超高分子量聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合后,在100-125℃下反应2-3小时,降低温度为18-25℃,加入剩余原料,通过挤出机熔融挤出,经过牵伸、定型、纺织即得所述渔网。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明生产的渔网在晚上可以发出蓝色光亮,可以在一定程度上引诱鱼进入渔网,提高捕鱼效率;同时具有较高耐磨性。

一种夜光诱鱼渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:
超高分子量聚乙烯95、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2.0、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1.1、夜光粉1.5、纳米氧化锌1.6、二月桂酸二丁基锡 0.4、正硅酸乙酯0.3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.8、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.2、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、改性增塑剂4.5。
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2.5、皮脂酸二辛酯1.7、芝麻油2.7、松节油1.2、猪油0.4、桃胶0.5、聚异二烯1.4、防老剂MB1.1、过氧化甲乙酮0.4、均三甲苯0.5、纳米二氧化钛0.5;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应70 分钟,升温至135℃,搅拌2.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂;
所述夜光粉是由下述重量份的原料组成:
硫化钙63、硫酸钠5、硫酸钾5、硫酸锶10、氧化钠6、硫酸银 1、硫化镁10,当配好原料后,原料放在耐高温坩锅内,把耐高温坩锅放在电炉上加热,温度为135℃,加热50分钟,然后把烧好的原料研磨成细粉,将细粉放在水中浸泡,去掉清水,把下沉的粉状物放在干燥箱中干燥即可获得;
将超高分子量聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合后,在120℃下反应2.5小时,降低温度为21℃,加入剩余原料,通过挤出机熔融挤出,经过牵伸、定型、纺织即得所述渔网。
经单丝性能测试,断裂伸长率为:14.5%;
抗张度(KG)53.5;
结张度(KG)39。

所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2-3、皮脂酸二辛酯1.2-2、芝麻油2.5-3、松节油1-1.3、猪油0.3-0.5、桃胶0.4-0.6、聚异二烯1.0-1.7、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.4-0.5、均三甲苯0.3-0.7、纳米二氧化钛0.4-0.7;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应65-85分钟,升温至131-140℃,搅拌1.5-3.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种夜光诱鱼渔网,其特征在于:所述夜光粉是由下述重量份的原料组成:
硫化钙63、硫酸钠5、硫酸钾5、硫酸锶10、氧化钠6、硫酸银1、硫化镁10;
当配好原料后,原料放在耐高温坩锅内,把耐高温坩锅放在电炉上加热,温度为130-150℃,加热45-65分钟,然后把烧好的原料研磨成细粉,将细粉放在水中浸泡,去掉清水,把下沉的粉状物放在干燥箱中干燥即可获得。

超高分子量聚乙烯95、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2.0、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂1.1、夜光粉1.5、纳米氧化锌1.6、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.4、正硅酸乙酯0.3、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠0.8、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.2、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、改性增塑剂4.5。
5.根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种夜光诱鱼渔网,其特征在于:所述夜光诱鱼渔网的制作步骤为:
将超高分子量聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯树脂、酚醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂混合后,在100-125℃下反应2-3小时,降低温度为18-25℃,加入剩余原料,通过挤出机熔融挤出,经过牵伸、定型、纺织即得所述渔网。
