    本发明主要涉及一种渔网,尤其涉及一种高效杀菌渔网。
背景技术
    现代渔网主要采用聚乙烯,尼龙等原料进行加工,其中聚乙烯渔网,是采用聚乙烯材料经熔融塑化、纺丝、合股捻线织成的,用于海洋拖网、围网、抗风海网箱等,有较长的使用周期,和更高的捕捞效率,但是聚乙烯本身的力学性能一般,拉伸强度较低,抗蠕变性不好,就导致传统聚乙烯渔网的强度、耐磨性能、韧性不适宜于复杂海底和大风大浪环境捕捞作业,降低了渔具的使用寿命,不仅浪费资源,还直接影响渔获量。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种高效杀菌渔网。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效杀菌渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
超高分子量聚乙烯94-100、eva树脂6-7、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺1-2、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、改性增塑剂3-4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:     甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-1.2、二辛酯2-2.3、柠檬酸三丁酯1.2-1.4、花生油2-2.3、松节油1-1.2、桉树油0.3-0.4、聚异二烯1.2-1.4、吗啉0.2-0.3、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.2-0.3、苯乙烯1.2-1.4、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.3;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴加到其它各物料混合物中,搅拌反应60-90分钟,升温至120-130℃,搅拌反应2-3小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
一种高效杀菌渔网的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取上述重量超高分子量聚乙烯的3-5%与eva树脂混合,90-100℃下低速搅拌反应4-6分钟,降低温度为55-60℃,加入N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分混合,加入剩余各原料,冷却至常温,通过挤出机熔融挤出,牵伸、定型、纺制,即得所述高效杀菌渔网。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明生产的渔网具有很好的杀菌性能,耐腐蚀、抗霉菌性能强,使用寿命长,单丝断裂伸长率高,抗张度强。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种高效杀菌渔网,其特征在于它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
超高分子量聚乙烯94-100、eva树脂6-7、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺1-2、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、改性增塑剂3-4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:     甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.2、二辛酯2.3、柠檬酸三丁酯1.4、花生油2.3、松节油1.2、桉树油0.4、聚异二烯1.4、吗啉0.3、防老剂MB 1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.3、苯乙烯1.4、纳米二氧化钛0.3;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴加到其它各物料混合物中,搅拌反应90分钟,升温至130℃,搅拌反应2-3小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
一种高效杀菌渔网的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取上述重量超高分子量聚乙烯的5%与eva树脂混合,100℃下低速搅拌反应4分钟,降低温度为60℃,加入N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分混合,加入剩余各原料,冷却至常温,通过挤出机熔融挤出,牵伸、定型、纺制,即得所述高效杀菌渔网。
单丝性能测试:     断裂伸长率16.2%;
抗张度(KG)55.7;
结强度(KG)38.12。

1.一种高效杀菌渔网,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
超高分子量聚乙烯94-100、eva树脂6-7、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺1-2、辛基异噻唑啉酮1-2、N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷1-2、改性增塑剂3-4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:     甲基三乙氧基硅烷1-1.2、二辛酯2-2.3、柠檬酸三丁酯1.2-1.4、花生油2-2.3、松节油1-1.2、桉树油0.3-0.4、聚异二烯1.2-1.4、吗啉0.2-0.3、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.2-0.3、苯乙烯1.2-1.4、纳米二氧化钛0.2-0.3;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴加到其它各物料混合物中,搅拌反应60-90分钟,升温至120-130℃,搅拌反应2-3小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高效杀菌渔网的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
取上述重量超高分子量聚乙烯的3-5%与eva树脂混合,90-100℃下低速搅拌反应4-6分钟,降低温度为55-60℃,加入N- 苯基-3- 氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,充分混合,加入剩余各原料,冷却至常温,通过挤出机熔融挤出,牵伸、定型、纺制,即得所述高效杀菌渔网。
