本发明公开一种耐磨耐腐蚀渔网,由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯85‑92、微晶蜡3‑4、碳化硼0.1‑0.2、氢化蓖麻油2‑3、竹炭纤维0.5‑1、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1‑2、十甲基环五硅氧烷1‑1.5、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1‑2、碳纳米管0.1‑0.2。本发明由于加入了竹炭纤维、碳化硼、碳纳米管等原料,使得本发明的渔网具有很好的耐磨性、极高的冲击强度、极高的化学稳定性,在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀介质及有机介质的作用。

本发明主要涉及一种渔网,尤其涉及一种耐磨耐腐蚀渔网。
背景技术
现代渔网主要采用聚乙烯,尼龙等原料进行加工,其中聚乙烯渔网,是采用聚乙烯材料经熔融塑化、纺丝、合股捻线织成的,用于海洋拖网、围网、抗风海网箱等,有较长的使 用周期,和更高的捕捞效率,但是聚乙烯本身的力学性能一般,拉伸强度较低,抗蠕变性不好,就导致传统聚乙烯渔网的强度、耐磨性能、韧性不高,降低了渔具的使用寿命,不仅浪费资源,还直接影响渔获量。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨耐腐蚀渔网。
一种耐磨耐腐蚀渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯85-92、微晶蜡3-4、碳化硼0.1-0.2、氢化蓖麻油2-3、竹炭纤维0.5-1、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、十甲基环五硅氧烷1-1.5、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1-2、碳纳米管0.1-0.2;所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为用二氧化硅与玻璃微珠共混改性的超高分子量聚乙烯。将上述原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出,牵伸、定型、纺制,即得所述耐酸碱渔网。
碳化硼是已知最坚硬的三种材料之一,具有密度低、强度大、高温稳定性以及化学稳定性好的特点。碳纳米管具有极高的强度和耐腐蚀性。
有益效果:
由于加入了竹炭纤维、碳化硼、碳纳米管等原料,使得本发明的渔网具有很好的耐磨性、极高的冲击强度、极高的化学稳定性,在一定温度和浓度范围内能耐各种腐蚀介质及有机介质的作用。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
一种耐磨耐腐蚀渔网,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:改性超高分子量聚乙烯91、微晶蜡3、碳化硼0.1、氢化蓖麻油2.4、竹炭纤维0.6、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1.5、十甲基环五硅氧烷1、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯1.2、碳纳米管0.15;所述的改性超高分子量聚乙烯为用二氧化硅与玻璃微珠共混改性的超高分子量聚乙烯。将上述原料混合,通过挤出机熔融挤出,牵伸、定型、纺制,即得所述耐酸碱渔网。
