本发明公开了一种高质量耐用渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:纳米聚乙烯90‑100、聚氯乙烯树脂4‑5、酚醛树脂1‑3、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1‑2、衣康酸环氧树脂1‑3、三乙醇胺1.2‑1.6、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.5‑0.9、硝酸铵0.2‑0.5、乌洛托品1.1‑1.5、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.5‑1.2、三乙醇胺0.6‑0.9、改性增塑剂4.1‑5,本发明防止渔网上滋生渔网,增大渔网的使用寿命,减小渔民的捕鱼成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种渔网,尤其是涉及一种高质量耐用渔网。
背景技术
顾名思义渔网是捕鱼用的网,古代人使用粗布加上麻作为原料,通过捆卷的方法制成鱼网。虽然这种渔网易腐烂,坚韧度差,但是其捕鱼效率已经大大提高。随着渔业的发展,渔网也与时俱进。现在的渔网一搬是聚乙烯或尼龙等原料制成,其中聚乙烯渔网是经聚乙烯材料熔融塑化、纺丝、合股捻线制成,现在的渔网使用时间久了,容易受到海中藻类的污染,进而影响捕鱼效率,降低渔网的使用寿命,进而增大渔民的捕鱼成本;同时现有的渔网的韧性较低,一般渔网损坏是拉断的,韧性低导致渔网的使用寿命低。
发明内容
根据现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高质量耐用渔网,防止渔网上滋生藻类,增大渔网的韧性等综合性能,增大渔网的使用寿命,减小渔民的捕鱼成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高质量耐用渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米聚乙烯90-100、聚氯乙烯树脂4-5、酚醛树脂1-3、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、衣康酸环氧树脂1-3、三乙醇胺1.2-1.6、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.5-0.9、硝酸铵0.2-0.5、乌洛托品1.1-1.5、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.5-1.2、三乙醇胺0.6-0.9、改性增塑剂4.1-5;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2-3、皮脂酸二辛酯1.2-2、芝麻油2.5-3、松节油1-1.3、猪油0.3-0.5、桃胶0.4-0.6、聚异二烯1.0-1.7、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.4-0.5、均四甲苯0.3-0.7、纳米二氧化钛0.4-0.7;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应 65-85分钟,升温至131-140℃,搅拌1.5-3.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
进一步,所述渔网由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米聚乙烯98、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.5、衣康酸环氧树脂2、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.7、三乙醇胺1.4、硝酸铵0.3、乌洛托品1.3、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、三乙醇胺0.8、改性增塑剂4.4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2.5、皮脂酸二辛酯1.6、芝麻油2.7、松节油1.2、猪油0.4、桃胶0.5、聚异二烯1.5、防老剂MB 1.1、过氧化甲乙酮0.4、均四甲苯1.5、纳米二氧化钛0.5;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应70 分钟,升温至135℃,搅拌2.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
进一步,一种高效防藻渔网的制造方法包括以下步骤:
将所述纳米聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯树脂和酚醛树脂混合,在110-140℃下反应3-5小时,降低温度为15-27℃,加入剩余原料,通过挤出机熔融挤出,经过牵伸、定型、纺织即得所述渔网。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵等使渔网具有一定的除藻、杀菌功能,增大渔网的使用寿命;通过衣康酸环氧树脂等增大渔网的韧性和其综合性能,增大渔网的使用寿命;本发明制造方便,防止渔网上滋生藻类,增大渔网的韧性等综合性能,增大渔网的使用寿命,减小渔民的捕鱼成本。

以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
一种高质量耐用渔网,它是由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米聚乙烯98、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.5、衣康酸环氧树脂2、三乙醇胺1.4、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.7、硝酸铵0.3、乌洛托品1.3、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、三乙醇胺0.8、改性增塑剂4.4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2.5、皮脂酸二辛酯1.6、芝麻油2.7、松节油1.2、猪油0.4、桃胶0.5、聚异二烯1.5、防老剂MB 1.1、过氧化甲乙酮0.4、均四甲苯1.5、纳米二氧化钛0.5;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应70 分钟,升温至135℃,搅拌2.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
将所述纳米聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯树脂和酚醛树脂混合,在120℃下反应4小时,降低温度为18℃,加入剩余原料,通过挤出机熔融挤出,经过牵伸、定型、纺织即得所述渔网。
经单丝性能测试,断裂伸长率为:17.5%;
抗张度(KG)55.5;
结张度(KG)41。

纳米聚乙烯90-100、聚氯乙烯树脂4-5、酚醛树脂1-3、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1-2、衣康酸环氧树脂1-3、三乙醇胺1.2-1.6、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.5-0.9、硝酸铵0.2-0.5、乌洛托品1.1-1.5、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.5-1.2、三乙醇胺0.6-0.9、改性增塑剂4.1-5;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2-3、皮脂酸二辛酯1.2-2、芝麻油2.5-3、松节油1-1.3、猪油0.3-0.5、桃胶0.4-0.6、聚异二烯1.0-1.7、防老剂MB 1-1.2、过氧化甲乙酮0.4-0.5、均四甲苯0.3-0.7、纳米二氧化钛0.4-0.7;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应65-85分钟,升温至131-140℃,搅拌1.5-3.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高质量耐用渔网,其特征在于:所述渔网由下述重量份的原料组成:
纳米聚乙烯98、聚氯乙烯树脂4.5、酚醛树脂2、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1.5、衣康酸环氧树脂2、三乙醇胺1.4、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠0.7、硝酸铵0.3、乌洛托品1.3、脂肪酸胆固醇脂0.8、三乙醇胺0.8、改性增塑剂4.4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成:
邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯2.5、皮脂酸二辛酯1.6、芝麻油2.7、松节油1.2、猪油0.4、桃胶0.5、聚异二烯1.5、防老剂MB 1.1、过氧化甲乙酮0.4、均四甲苯1.5、纳米二氧化钛0.5;
将上述过氧化甲乙酮滴到其他各物料混合物中,并搅拌反应70分钟,升温至135℃,搅拌2.5小时,即得所述改性增塑剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高质量耐用渔网,其特征在于:一种高质量耐用渔网的制造方法包括以下步骤:
