背景技术
渔网是用来捕鱼的,现代渔网主要是聚乙烯和尼龙材料制成。渔网多在水里浸泡,时间长容易老化,缩短渔网的使用寿命,随着渔业的发展,渔猎的对象不只是渔,捕捞的工具也与时俱进,现在的渔网原料主要有尼龙6或改性尼龙的单丝、复丝或复单丝,也可以用聚乙烯、聚酯、聚偏氯乙烯等纤维。但是现有渔网的耐磨性较差,容易造成断裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种渔网线,提高了渔网线的耐磨性。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:所述渔网线是由以下重量份的成分组成:尼龙55-60份、聚乙烯15-20份、二氧化钛6-10份、石墨6-10份、乙酸4-6份、防老剂RD2-4份、轻质碳酸钙15-20份,五氯硝基苯5-7份和复合助剂10-15份。将上述原料使用挤出机进行造粒,挤出机前段温度为273-274℃,中段温度为276-278℃,末端温度为279-280℃,然后使用喷丝机进行拉丝成型。
优选的,所述渔网线是由以下重量份的成分组成::尼龙58份、聚乙烯17份、二氧化钛8份、石墨8份、乙酸5份、防老剂RD6份、轻质碳酸钙18份,五氯硝基苯6份和复合助剂12份。
所述复合助剂是由苯基对苯二胺、酚醛树脂、柠檬酸钠、香叶和矿物质的一种或几种组成。
所述复合助剂的制备方法是:将柠檬酸钠和酚醛树脂加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌50-60分钟,温度控制为90-105℃,即可制得所述复合助剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的渔网线成本较低,使用石墨和轻质碳酸钙增强,
提高了渔网线的耐磨性,使渔网的寿命提高25-30%,大大延长了渔网线使用时间。

一种渔网线,按重量计包括:尼龙55份、聚乙烯15份、二氧化钛6份、石墨6份、乙酸4份、防老剂RD2份、轻质碳酸钙15份,五氯硝基苯5份和复合助剂10份。将上述原料使用挤出机进行造粒,挤出机前段温度为273℃,中段温度为276℃,末端温度为279℃,然后使用喷丝机进行拉丝成型。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种渔网线,其特征在于,所述复合助剂的制备方法是:将柠檬酸钠和酚醛树脂加入到其他成分的混合物中,边搅拌边加热,搅拌50-60分钟,温度控制为90-105℃,即可制得所述复合助剂。
