Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料包括聚酯纤维、卡其纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维、纤维素酯纤维、马海毛纱、壳聚糖、甲壳素纤维、绢丝、双宫线、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸、醋酸乙酯、海藻纤维、玉石纤维、椰炭纤维、改性防水剂、防水增强剂和防油剂。本发明的印花面料具有优异抗褶皱、防水和防油性能。

本发明涉及面料的技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料。
背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,以满足消费者的需求,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。随着人们日益增长的生活水平,人们的穿着需求也越来越高,穿着的面料需要满足多种使用需要,从而使得人们能够穿着舒适。服装面料在经过人们的穿着后通常都会发生各种变化,如起球、变皱、破洞等情况,起球面料在穿着时影响相对较小,不会造成太大的负面效果,破洞面料则已经不再使用,对人们来说是不觉得可惜的。而变皱面料是人们遇到的相对尴尬的一种形式,穿出去对自己会造成负面影响,而不穿放在家里则显得比较浪费,且面料的防水防油性能也是其重要的性能之一,多功能的面料是未来面料发展的趋势。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,具有优异抗褶皱、防水和防油性能。
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维20-40份、卡其纤维5-15份、聚氨酯弹性纤维4-6份、纤维素酯纤维3-5份、马海毛纱2-6份、壳聚糖1-4份、甲壳素纤维3-5份、绢丝4-5份、双宫线3-6份、聚乙二醇2-5份、甲基丙烯酸4-6份、醋酸乙酯3-5份、海藻纤维4-6份、玉石纤维2-5份、椰炭纤维3-5份、改性防水剂2-6份、防水增强剂1-5份、防油剂3-6份。
优选地,改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:将羟甲基纤维素和二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9-10,然后升温至60-80℃,保温1-2h,然后加入环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌20-40min,抽滤,洗涤,于80-90℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
优选地,改性防水剂的制备工艺中,羟甲基纤维素、二甲基甲酰胺和环氧氯丙烷的重量比为1-3:2-5:3-6。
优选地,防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:将含氢硅油、十六稀和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,于650-850r/min转速搅拌20-40min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至90-100℃,保温1-3h,接着于450-550r/min转速搅拌1-3h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
优选地,防水增强剂的制备工艺中,含氢硅油、十六稀、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氯铂酸的重量比为1-3:2-5:3-6。
优选地,防油剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体4-12份、氧化锌2-5份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 2-8份、苯乙烯3-6份、丙烯酸丁酯1.5-4份。
优选地,防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于38-46℃搅拌20-28h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理10-14min得到防油剂。
本发明的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料包括聚酯纤维、卡其纤维、聚氨酯弹性纤维、纤维素酯纤维、马海毛纱、壳聚糖、甲壳素纤维、绢丝、双宫线、聚乙二醇、甲基丙烯酸、醋酸乙酯、海藻纤维、玉石纤维、椰炭纤维、改性防水剂、防水增强剂和防油剂。本发明的印花面料具有优异抗褶皱、防水和防油性能。其中,改性防水剂通过将羟甲基纤维素和二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH,然后升温,保温,然后加入环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,搅拌,抽滤,洗涤,干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂,通过环氧氯丙烷对羟甲基纤维素进行改性,增加了分子间的交联,使其变成水不溶的物质,用做填充剂,改性后的羟甲基纤维素运用到本发明的印花面料中,使得本发明的印花面料具有优异的防水、透湿和透气性能。其中,防水增强剂通过将含氢硅油、十六稀和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温,搅拌,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温,保温,接着搅拌,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂,通过乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷对含氢硅油进行改性,以氯铂酸和十六烯作为促进剂,得到的防水增强剂与改性防水剂配合,运用到本发明的印花面料中,能够进一步有效提高了印花面料的防水性能。其中,防油剂通过将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570,搅拌,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理得到防油剂,通过硅烷偶联剂KH-570对纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛进行接枝改性,以苯乙烯为交联剂,丙烯酸丁酯为接枝基体,得到的防油剂具有优异的防油性能。

具体实施方式中,聚酯纤维的重量份可以为20份、25份、30份、35份、40份;卡其纤维的重量份可以为5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份、11份、12份、13份、14份、15份;聚氨酯弹性纤维的重量份可以为4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份;纤维素酯纤维的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;马海毛纱的重量份可以为2份、3份、4份、5份、6份;壳聚糖的重量份可以为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份;甲壳素纤维的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;绢丝的重量份可以为4份、4.1份、4.2份、4.3份、4.4份、4.5份、4.6份、4.7份、4.8份、4.9份、5份;双宫线的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份;聚乙二醇的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;甲基丙烯酸的重量份可以为4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份;醋酸乙酯的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;海藻纤维的重量份可以为4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份;玉石纤维的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;椰炭纤维的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;改性防水剂的重量份可以为2份、3份、4份、5份、6份;防水增强剂的重量份可以为1份、2份、3份、4份、5份;防油剂的重量份可以为3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份、5.5份、6份。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维30份、卡其纤维10份、聚氨酯弹性纤维5份、纤维素酯纤维4份、马海毛纱4份、壳聚糖2.5份、甲壳素纤维4份、绢丝4.5份、双宫线4.5份、聚乙二醇3.5份、甲基丙烯酸5份、醋酸乙酯4份、海藻纤维5份、玉石纤维3.5份、椰炭纤维4份、改性防水剂4份、防水增强剂3份、防油剂4.5份。
改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2份羟甲基纤维素和3.5份二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9.5,然后升温至70℃,保温1.5h,然后加入4.5份环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于750r/min转速搅拌30min,抽滤,洗涤,于85℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2份含氢硅油、3.5份十六稀和4.5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至85℃,于750r/min转速搅拌30min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至95℃,保温2h,接着于500r/min转速搅拌2h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4.5份苯乙烯、2.75份丙烯酸丁酯、8份纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、3.5份氧化锌和5份纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入5份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于42℃搅拌24h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理12min得到防油剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维20份、卡其纤维15份、聚氨酯弹性纤维4份、纤维素酯纤维5份、马海毛纱2份、壳聚糖4份、甲壳素纤维3份、绢丝5份、双宫线3份、聚乙二醇5份、甲基丙烯酸4份、醋酸乙酯5份、海藻纤维4份、玉石纤维5份、椰炭纤维3份、改性防水剂6份、防水增强剂1份、防油剂6份。
改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将1份羟甲基纤维素和5份二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9,然后升温至80℃,保温1h,然后加入6份环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于650r/min转速搅拌40min,抽滤,洗涤,于80℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将1份含氢硅油、5份十六稀和3份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至90℃,于650r/min转速搅拌40min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至90℃,保温3h,接着于450r/min转速搅拌3h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份苯乙烯、4份丙烯酸丁酯、4份纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、5份氧化锌和4份纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入8份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于38℃搅拌28h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理10min得到防油剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维40份、卡其纤维5份、聚氨酯弹性纤维6份、纤维素酯纤维3份、马海毛纱6份、壳聚糖1份、甲壳素纤维5份、绢丝4份、双宫线6份、聚乙二醇2份、甲基丙烯酸6份、醋酸乙酯3份、海藻纤维6份、玉石纤维2份、椰炭纤维5份、改性防水剂2份、防水增强剂5份、防油剂3份。
改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份羟甲基纤维素和2份二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至10,然后升温至60℃,保温2h,然后加入3份环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于850r/min转速搅拌20min,抽滤,洗涤,于90℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份含氢硅油、2份十六稀和6份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至80℃,于850r/min转速搅拌20min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至100℃,保温1h,接着于550r/min转速搅拌1h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将6份苯乙烯、1.5份丙烯酸丁酯、12份纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、2份氧化锌和6份纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入2份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于46℃搅拌20h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理14min得到防油剂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维25份、卡其纤维12份、聚氨酯弹性纤维4.5份、纤维素酯纤维4.5份、马海毛纱3份、壳聚糖3份、甲壳素纤维3.5份、绢丝4.8份、双宫线4份、聚乙二醇4份、甲基丙烯酸4.5份、醋酸乙酯4.5份、海藻纤维4.5份、玉石纤维4份、椰炭纤维3.5份、改性防水剂5份、防水增强剂2份、防油剂5份。
改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将1.5份羟甲基纤维素和4份二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9.2,然后升温至75℃,保温1.2h,然后加入5份环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于680r/min转速搅拌35min,抽滤,洗涤,于82℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将1.5份含氢硅油、4份十六稀和4份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至88℃,于680r/min转速搅拌35min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至92℃,保温2.5h,接着于480r/min转速搅拌2.5h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份苯乙烯、3.5份丙烯酸丁酯、5份纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、4份氧化锌和4.5份纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入7份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于39℃搅拌26h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理11min得到防油剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维35份、卡其纤维8份、聚氨酯弹性纤维5.5份、纤维素酯纤维3.5份、马海毛纱5份、壳聚糖2份、甲壳素纤维4.5份、绢丝4.2份、双宫线5份、聚乙二醇3份、甲基丙烯酸5.5份、醋酸乙酯3.5份、海藻纤维5.5份、玉石纤维3份、椰炭纤维4.5份、改性防水剂3份、防水增强剂4份、防油剂4份。
改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2.5份羟甲基纤维素和3份二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9.8,然后升温至65℃,保温1.8h,然后加入4份环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于820r/min转速搅拌25min,抽滤,洗涤,于88℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2.5份含氢硅油、3份十六稀和5份乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至82℃,于820r/min转速搅拌25min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至98℃,保温1.5h,接着于520r/min转速搅拌1.5h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份苯乙烯、2.0份丙烯酸丁酯、11份纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、3份氧化锌和5.5份纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入3份硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于45℃搅拌22h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理13min得到防油剂。

Claims (7)
1.一种抗褶皱防油防水印花面料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:聚酯纤维20-40份、卡其纤维5-15份、聚氨酯弹性纤维4-6份、纤维素酯纤维3-5份、马海毛纱2-6份、壳聚糖1-4份、甲壳素纤维3-5份、绢丝4-5份、双宫线3-6份、聚乙二醇2-5份、甲基丙烯酸4-6份、醋酸乙酯3-5份、海藻纤维4-6份、玉石纤维2-5份、椰炭纤维3-5份、改性防水剂2-6份、防水增强剂1-5份、防油剂3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,改性防水剂按如下工艺进行制备:将羟甲基纤维素和二甲基甲酰胺混合均匀,然后加入氢氧化钠调节pH至9-10,然后升温至60-80℃,保温1-2h,然后加入环氧氯丙烷混合均匀,于650-850r/min转速搅拌20-40min,抽滤,洗涤,于80-90℃干燥至恒重,冷却至室温得到改性防水剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,改性防水剂的制备工艺中,羟甲基纤维素、二甲基甲酰胺和环氧氯丙烷的重量比为1-3:2-5:3-6。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,防水增强剂按如下工艺进行制备:将含氢硅油、十六稀和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷混合均匀,升温至80-90℃,于650-850r/min转速搅拌20-40min,接着加入氯铂酸混合均匀,升温至90-100℃,保温1-3h,接着于450-550r/min转速搅拌1-3h,冷却至室温得到防水增强剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,防水增强剂的制备工艺中,含氢硅油、十六稀、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷和氯铂酸的重量比为1-3:2-5:3-6。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,防油剂的原料按重量份包括:纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体4-12份、氧化锌2-5份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、硅烷偶联剂KH-570 2-8份、苯乙烯3-6份、丙烯酸丁酯1.5-4份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的抗褶皱防油印花面料,其特征在于,防油剂按如下工艺进行制备:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、纳米掺锑二氧化锡粉体、氧化锌和纳米二氧化钛混合均匀,然后加入硅烷偶联剂KH-570,于38-46℃搅拌20-28h,冷却至室温得到物料a;然后将物料a置于冰水浴中破碎,超声处理10-14min得到防油剂。
