Background
With the development of technology and the improvement of living standard of people, automobiles become an indispensable transportation means for people to travel. Not only is the demand of passengers for riding comfort met, but also the development of the automobile seat must meet the requirements of energy conservation and environmental protection as global energy is increasingly strained and environmental pressure is increased. Therefore, the weight reduction of the passenger car and parts thereof is an inevitable trend of the development of the automobile industry. At present, passenger car seat frameworks in the market comprise a seat cushion framework and a backrest framework, the seat cushion framework and the backrest framework are connected through a high adjuster and the like, and the seat cushion framework and the backrest framework are formed by assembling a plurality of parts, so that the problems of complex overall structure of the framework, complex assembly process, huge size, high weight and the like of the seat are caused, and the automobile seat frameworks cannot meet the requirement of light weight of a vehicle.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a modularized automobile seat backrest.
The technical proposal is as follows: a modular automotive seat back, which is characterized by: the novel back plate comprises two supporting side plates which are vertically and oppositely arranged, back plate inserting grooves are respectively formed in the inner side surfaces of the supporting side plates along the length direction, the same seat back plate is inserted into the back plate inserting grooves of the supporting side plates, and the seat back plate is fixedly connected with the corresponding back plate inserting grooves. After the supporting side plates are arranged on the seat basin framework by adopting the technical scheme, the automobile seat back plate is directly inserted into the back plate inserting groove to finish the installation of the seat back, and compared with the traditional seat framework, the assembly process is greatly simplified, and the production cost of enterprises is effectively reduced.
As preferable: the seat back plate comprises a bottom plate, a core plate and a panel which are sequentially arranged in a layered manner from back to front, polygonal holes are formed in the core plate in a grid shape, and the hole core lines of the polygonal holes are perpendicular to the bottom plate and the panel. By adopting the technical scheme, the weight of the seat back plate is greatly reduced due to the adoption of the porous structure, and meanwhile, the bearing capacity of the seat back plate is improved and is not easy to break due to the fact that the hole core lines of the polygonal holes are perpendicular to the bearing panel and the bearing bottom plate, and the strength is not affected on the premise of reducing the weight of the seat back.
And an abutting plate is arranged below the seat back plate, two ends of the abutting plate are fixedly connected with the two supporting side plates respectively, and the lower end of the seat back plate abuts against the abutting plate. The butt plate plays a role in limiting and supporting the seat back plate.
The supporting side plates are honeycomb plates, two side edges of each supporting side plate are respectively bent inwards, and the backboard inserting grooves are formed between the two bent edges of each supporting side plate. The honeycomb plate is adopted to replace the traditional metal supporting framework by adopting the design to support the side plate, so that the weight of the seat back is further reduced.
At least one fastening bolt is arranged between the seat back plate and the groove wall corresponding to the back plate inserting groove in a penetrating way;
the fastening bolt comprises a head and a screw rod, an anti-loosening piece is arranged between the head and the screw rod, the anti-loosening piece is fixed on the head, one end of the screw rod is fixedly connected with the anti-loosening piece, and the other end of the screw rod penetrates through the support side plate and the seat back plate and then is connected with a locking nut. The seat back plate is fixed and stable by adopting the design to screw the seat back plate and the supporting side plate tightly.
The anti-loosening piece is columnar, and the outer diameter of the anti-loosening piece gradually increases along the direction from the screw rod to the head. By adopting the scheme, the diameter of the anti-loosening piece is gradually increased, so that the fastening bolt can be ensured to be assembled and fastened only by further pushing and screwing the fastening bolt after the assembly hole is enlarged due to vibration or other reasons, and the common fastening bolt is not required to be assembled by re-punching or replaced by a large fastening bolt.
The anti-loosening piece comprises an anti-loosening rod, one end of the anti-loosening rod is fixedly connected with the head, the other end of the anti-loosening rod is fixedly connected with the screw, and a radial plate is radially arranged on the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod in an extending mode. The design is adopted to prevent the fastening bolt from rotating in the assembly hole to enlarge the assembly hole by utilizing the matching of the radial plate and the anti-loose rod, and meanwhile, the material is saved.
The spoke plate is a triangular spoke plate, the inner edge of the triangular spoke plate is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the anti-loose rod, and the bottom edge of the triangular spoke plate is fixedly connected with the head. The triangular radial plate can also play a role in reinforcing the anti-loose rod.
The anti-loosening piece is in a truncated cone shape, the bottom of the anti-loosening piece is fixedly connected with the head, and the top of the anti-loosening piece is fixedly connected with the screw. After the design is adopted, the assembling hole is enlarged, the round table-shaped anti-loosening piece can be directly pushed in, so that the fastening bolt and the plate are connected and fastened again.
The polygonal holes are regular hexagon holes, the core plate is honeycomb, a reinforcing plate is arranged on any hole wall of each regular hexagon hole, one side edge of the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the other side edge of the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected with the panel, and the length of the reinforcing plate is equal to the side length of each regular hexagon hole. When other accessories are perforated and installed on the seat back plate, the assembled fastening bolts can expand the assembly holes due to vibration and the like, but when the fastening bolts meet the reinforcing plate, the expansion effect can be reduced or stopped, and therefore the fastening bolts can be effectively prevented from loosening.
The panel and the bottom plate are made of PP or ABS, and the core plate is made of glass fiber or long fiber. The seat back plate is light in material and high in strength.
The beneficial effects are that: the seat back is installed by directly inserting the seat back into the back board inserting groove after the supporting side board is installed on the seat basin framework, compared with the traditional seat framework, the installation mode is greatly simplified, and the weight of the seat back is greatly reduced due to the adoption of the porous structure, so that the design is very in line with the current light-weight design requirement of an automobile.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1-6, a modularized automobile seat backrest comprises two supporting side plates 1 which are vertically opposite to each other, wherein backboard inserting grooves are respectively formed in the inner side surfaces of the two supporting side plates 1 along the length direction, the same seat backboard 2 is inserted into the backboard inserting grooves of the two supporting side plates 1, and the seat backboard 2 is fixedly connected with the corresponding backboard inserting grooves.
The seat back plate 2 comprises a bottom plate 201, a core plate 203 and a panel 202 which are sequentially arranged from back to front in a layered mode, polygonal holes 204 are formed in the core plate 203 in a grid mode, the hole axes of the polygonal holes 204 are perpendicular to the bottom plate 201 and the panel 202, the polygonal holes 204 are regular hexagonal holes, the core plate 203 is in a honeycomb mode, a reinforcing plate 205 is arranged on any hole wall of the regular hexagonal holes, one side edge of the reinforcing plate 205 is fixedly connected with the bottom plate 201, the other side edge of the reinforcing plate 205 is fixedly connected with the panel 202, the length of the reinforcing plate 205 is equal to the side length of the regular hexagonal holes, the width of the reinforcing plate 205 is equal to the hole length of the regular hexagonal holes, the thickness of the reinforcing plate 205 is equal to the hole wall thickness of the regular hexagonal holes, the thicknesses of the bottom plate 201 and the panel 202 are equal to or more than 1mm, the thicknesses of the core plate 203 are equal to or more than 12mm, the thicknesses of the bottom plate 201, the panel 202 and the panel 203 are preferably equal to or more than 15mm, the lengths of the length of the regular hexagonal holes are equal to 4.201 mm, the thicknesses of the core plate 202 and the fiber is equal to 1.201 mm, and the length of the fiber is equal to 1.203 mm.
An abutting plate 4 is arranged below the seat back plate 2, two ends of the abutting plate 4 are fixedly connected with two supporting side plates 1 respectively, the lower end of the seat back plate 2 abuts against the abutting plate 4, the lower end of the plate supporting plate 1 downwards extends to form a seat cushion connecting part, the supporting side plates 1 are honeycomb plates, the honeycomb hole core lines of the honeycomb plates are perpendicular to the groove core lines of the back plate inserting grooves, two side edges of the supporting side plates 1 are inwards bent respectively, the back plate inserting grooves are formed between two bending edges of the supporting side plates 1, at least one fastening bolt 3 is penetrated between the seat back plate 2 and the groove walls corresponding to the back plate inserting grooves, the fastening bolt 3 comprises a head 303 and a screw 301, an anti-loosening part 304 is arranged between the head 303 and the screw 301, the anti-loosening part 304 is fixed on the head 303, one end of the screw 301 is fixedly connected with the anti-loosening member 304, the other end of the screw 301 passes through the support side plate 1 and the seat back plate 2 and is connected with a lock nut, the anti-loosening member 304 is columnar, the outer diameter of the anti-loosening member 304 gradually increases along the direction from the screw 301 to the head 303, the anti-loosening member 304 comprises an anti-loosening rod 302, one end of the anti-loosening rod 302 is fixedly connected with the head 303, the other end of the anti-loosening rod 302 is fixedly connected with the screw 301, the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302 is radially extended and provided with a spoke 305, the spoke 305 is a triangular spoke, the inner edge of the triangular spoke is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302, the bottom edge of the triangular spoke is fixedly connected with the head 303, preferably, 4 triangular spokes are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302 along the axial direction, the axial length of the inner edge of the triangular spoke is 10-12mm, the radial length of the bottom side of the triangular radial plate is 1mm, the screw 301 is an M8 or M10 screw, and the diameter of the head 303 is greater than or equal to 30mm.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 7, is a modularized automobile seat backrest, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the anti-loosening element 304 is in a truncated cone shape, the bottom of the anti-loosening element 304 is fixedly connected with the head 303, the top of the anti-loosening element 304 is fixedly connected with the screw 301, and in addition, the polygonal hole 204 may be a triangular hole, a quadrilateral hole, a pentagonal hole, or the like.
