Background
The development of new energy automobiles brings new requirements to each part, the light-weight automobile parts play a considerable role in emission reduction, and the seat is used as one of important parts of automobiles, so that the safety and comfort are ensured, and meanwhile, the weight is required to be reduced to meet the requirements of a low-carbon market. The traditional automobile seat framework is manufactured by adopting common steel materials, and the steel materials have the advantages of good mold processability and good welding performance, and can ensure the strength of the seat framework, but the density is kept, even though the high-strength thin steel plate with a special processing technology is adopted, the original framework strength requirement can be still maintained, the mold processability and the welding performance of the automobile seat framework are reduced, and the weight reduction effect is not obvious, so that new lightweight materials and new manufacturing technologies are required to replace the traditional steel integrated framework, and the safety strength requirement of the framework is met.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a lightweight automobile seat.
The technical proposal is as follows: a lightweight car seat, its key lies in: the foam support frame is fixedly arranged on the support plate through bolts;
the supporting plate comprises a bottom plate, a core plate and a panel which are sequentially arranged in a layer manner from bottom to top, polygonal holes are arranged on the core plate in a grid manner, and the hole core lines of the polygonal holes are perpendicular to the bottom plate and the panel;
the bolt comprises a head and a screw, an anti-loosening piece is arranged between the head and the screw, the anti-loosening piece is fixed on the head, one end of the screw is fixedly connected with the anti-loosening piece, and the other end of the screw penetrates through the supporting plate and the foam supporting framework and then is connected with a locking nut.
The supporting plate with the technical scheme replaces an automobile seat backrest framework or a seat basin framework, and because the plate adopts three layers of composite materials, particularly, the middle core plate adopts hollow porous materials, compared with the traditional seat framework, the weight of the supporting plate is greatly reduced, meanwhile, the bearing capacity is improved and is not easy to break because the hole core line of the polygonal hole is perpendicular to the bearing panel and the bottom plate, and the connecting bolt is provided with an anti-loosening piece compared with a common bolt, and the loosening of the bolt can be effectively prevented through the cooperation between the anti-loosening piece and the porous plate.
As preferable: the polygonal holes are hexagonal holes, and the core plate is honeycomb-shaped. The design has better weight reduction effect and higher economic performance.
The hexagonal hole is a regular hexagonal hole, any hole wall of the regular hexagonal hole is provided with a reinforcing plate, the lower edge of the reinforcing plate is connected with the bottom plate, the upper edge of the reinforcing plate is connected with the panel, and the width of the reinforcing plate is equal to the side length of the regular hexagonal hole. When other accessories are perforated and installed on the plate, the assembled bolts can expand the assembly holes after a period of time due to vibration and the like, but the expansion effect can be reduced or stopped when the bolts meet the reinforcing plate, so that the bolts can be effectively prevented from loosening.
The sum of the thicknesses of the bottom plate, the face plate and the core plate is more than or equal to 15mm.
The panel and the bottom plate are made of PP or ABS, and the core plate is made of glass fiber or long fiber. The support plate is light in weight and high in strength.
The anti-loosening piece is columnar, and the outer diameter of the anti-loosening piece gradually increases along the direction from the screw rod to the head. By adopting the scheme, the diameter of the anti-loosening piece is gradually increased, so that the bolt can be ensured to be assembled and fastened only by further pushing and screwing the bolt after the assembly hole is automatically enlarged, and the common bolt is not required to be re-drilled and assembled or the large-size bolt is not required to be replaced.
The anti-loosening piece comprises an anti-loosening rod, one end of the anti-loosening rod is fixedly connected with the head, the other end of the anti-loosening rod is fixedly connected with the screw, and a radial plate is radially arranged on the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod in an extending mode. The design is adopted to prevent the bolt from rotating in the assembly hole to enlarge the assembly hole by utilizing the matching of the radial plate and the anti-loose rod, and meanwhile, the material is saved.
The spoke plate is a triangular spoke plate, the inner edge of the triangular spoke plate is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the anti-loose rod, and the bottom edge of the triangular spoke plate is fixedly connected with the head. The triangular radial plate can also play a role in reinforcing the anti-loose rod.
The anti-loosening piece is in a truncated cone shape, the bottom of the anti-loosening piece is fixedly connected with the head, and the top of the anti-loosening piece is fixedly connected with the screw. After the design is adopted, the assembling hole is enlarged, the round table-shaped anti-loosening piece can be directly pushed in, so that the bolt and the plate are connected and fastened again.
The screw is an M8 or M10 screw, and the diameter of the head is more than or equal to 30mm.
The beneficial effects are that: the invention has the beneficial effects that the porous supporting plate is used for replacing the automobile seat backrest framework or the seat basin framework, and as the plate adopts three layers of composite materials, particularly the middle core plate adopts hollow porous materials, compared with the traditional seat framework, the weight of the automobile seat backrest framework is greatly reduced, the assembling holes of bolts assembled on the supporting plate can be enlarged after a period of time due to vibration and the like, but the enlarging effect can be reduced or stopped when the bolts meet the reinforcing plate, so that the bolts can be effectively ensured not to be loosened.

The invention is further described below with reference to examples and figures.
1, as shown in fig. 1-6, a lightweight car seat comprises a support plate 1, wherein a foam support framework 2 is arranged on the support plate 1, the foam support framework 2 is fixedly arranged on the support plate 1 through bolts 3, and a headrest framework 4 is arranged at the upper part of the support plate 1;
the supporting plate 1 comprises a bottom plate 101, a core plate 103 and a panel 102 which are sequentially arranged in a layer manner from bottom to top, wherein the bottom plate 101, the core plate 103 and the panel 102 are fixedly connected, polygonal holes 104 are formed in the core plate 103 in a grid manner, and the hole core lines of the polygonal holes 104 are perpendicular to the bottom plate 101 and the panel 102;
the bolt 3 comprises a head 303 and a screw 301, an anti-loosening member 304 is arranged between the head 303 and the screw 301, the anti-loosening member 304 is fixed on the head 303, one end of the screw 301 is fixedly connected with the anti-loosening member 304, and the other end of the screw 301 penetrates through the support plate 1 and the foam support framework 2 and then is connected with a lock nut.
The polygon hole 104 is the hexagon hole, the core 103 is the honeycomb, the hexagon hole is regular hexagon hole, arbitrary pore wall in regular hexagon hole is equipped with reinforcing plate 105, and the lower limb and the bottom plate 101 of this reinforcing plate 105 are connected, and the upper edge and the panel 102 of this reinforcing plate 105 are connected, and the width and the side length in regular hexagon hole of this reinforcing plate 105 are equal, the thickness of reinforcing plate 5 with the pore wall thickness in regular hexagon hole is equal.
The thickness of the bottom plate 101 and the thickness of the face plate 102 are both greater than or equal to 1mm, the thickness of the core plate 103 is greater than or equal to 12mm, the sum of the thicknesses of the bottom plate 101, the face plate 102 and the core plate 103 is greater than or equal to 15mm, the side length of the regular hexagonal holes is 4mm, the thicknesses of the face plate 102 and the bottom plate 101 are both 1.1mm, the thickness of the core plate 103 is 12.8mm, the materials of the face plate 102 and the bottom plate 101 are PP or ABS, and the material of the core plate 103 is glass fiber or long fiber.
The anti-loosening device 304 is columnar, the outer diameter of the anti-loosening device 304 is gradually increased along the direction from the screw 301 to the head 303, the anti-loosening device 304 comprises an anti-loosening rod 302, one end of the anti-loosening rod 302 is fixedly connected with the head 303, the other end of the anti-loosening rod 302 is fixedly connected with the screw 301, a radial plate 5 is radially extended from the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302, the radial plate 5 is a triangular radial plate, the inner edge of the triangular radial plate is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302, the bottom edge of the triangular radial plate is fixedly connected with the head 303, 4 triangular radial plates are uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the anti-loosening rod 302 along the axial direction of the inner edge of the triangular radial plate, the radial length of the bottom edge of the triangular radial plate is 1mm, the screw 301 is an M8 or M10 screw, and the diameter of the head 303 is more than or equal to 30mm.
Embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 7, is a lightweight car seat, and the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the anti-loosening member 304 is in a truncated cone shape, the bottom of the anti-loosening member 304 is fixedly connected with the head 303, the top of the anti-loosening member 304 is fixedly connected with the screw 301, and in addition, the polygonal hole 104 may be a triangular hole, a quadrilateral hole, a pentagonal hole, or the like.
