Abstract

A door glass grip for vehicles is disclosed, comprising a pair of supporting plates disposed at one side of a main body and spaced by a predetermined interval to insert a door glass; supporting nuts formed in one of the supporting plates to support a first bolt fixing a door glass and the other side of the main body to support a second bolt connected with a slider. The supporting nut comprises a plate nut including a connection hole. A circumferential edge of the connection hole is protruded in an advancing direction of the bolts. An auxiliary nut unit is further formed at rear sides of the supporting nuts. Accordingly, the nut structures can be manufactured without forming screw threads. Also, damage of the door glass or the slider can be prevented by restricting an excessive fastening force, and unlocking of the bolts by external vibration can be prevented.

A door glass grip for vehicles, comprising: a main body; a pair of supporting plates disposed at one side of the main body, being spaced by a predetermined interval from each other to insert a door glass therebetween; supporting nuts formed in one of the supporting plates to support a first bolt that fixes a door glass and in the other side of the main body to support a second bolt connected with a slider, wherein the supporting nuts have a plate nut structure including a connection hole in the center thereof, and a circumferential edge of the connection hole is protruded in an advancing direction of the bolts, wherein the circumferential edge of the connection hole of the supporting nut is stepped up and down at one part, thereby forming a spiral open curve including a screw thread upper end and a screw thread lower end, such that the connection hole can be engaged with screw threads of the bolts.

A door glass grip for vehicles, comprising: a main body; a pair of supporting plates disposed at one side of the main body, being spaced by a predetermined interval from each other to insert a door glass therebetween; supporting nuts formed in one of the supporting plates to support a first bolt that fixes a door glass and in the other side of the main body to support a second bolt connected with a slider, wherein the supporting nuts have a plate nut structure including a connection hole in the center thereof, and a circumferential edge of the connection hole is protruded in an advancing direction of the bolts, wherein facing ends of the circumferential edge of the connection hole of the supporting nut are stepped up and down, thereby forming a closed curve, such that the 14
connection hole can be engaged with screw threads of the bolts.

The door glass grip according to claim 2 or claim 3, further comprising an auxiliary nut unit formed at rear sides of the supporting nuts with respect to the advancing direction of the bolts, and structured as a cylindrical pipe having a smaller diameter than the bolts such that the bolts engrave a screw thread on an inner circumference of the auxiliary nut unit by spirally digging in the auxiliary nut unit.

The door glass grip according to claim 4, wherein the auxiliary nut unit is integrally formed with the supporting plates.
