Abstract
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其涉及一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,包括第一基布,所述第一基布的一侧粘贴有第二基布,所述第一基布和第二基布相对的一侧均粘贴有耐高温层,所述耐高温层包括玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维,所述玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维斜纹交织,所述耐高温层表面连接有弹性的导热硅胶片,所述导热硅胶片上开有若干个穿线孔,所述导热硅胶片通过连接线与耐高温层连接,所述耐高温层的另一侧涂有一层耐高温涂料层,所述第一基布是由玻璃纤维制成的玻纤基布,所述第二基布为亚克力纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成,所述耐高温涂料层采用氮化硼涂层。本发明由多种耐高温材料按照一定的方式连接,具有良好的耐高温性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其涉及一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡。
背景技术
随着工业社会的发展,人们对环境的保护意识也在逐渐增强,对于工业产出的各种废液、废气和固体废弃物残渣的处理方法也在不断的优化中,近来,PM2.5的出现引起了大家的关注,其主要源于生活或生产中的各种废气,为了减少空气中PM2.5的含量,提高空气质量,需要对各种废气进行处理,特别是工业废气,目前,对工业废气的处理主要采用针刺毡过滤的方法,在钢铁、冶金、电力、化工、制药等行业的烟气温度较高,普通的针刺毡难以满足其高温颗粒物对滤袋的灼烧和腐蚀性气体对滤料的破坏,使用寿命缩短,使企业的生产成本增加,还容易造成火灾等生产事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有的针刺毡不具有良好的耐高温性的缺点,而提出的一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,包括第一基布,所述第一基布的一侧粘贴有第二基布,所述第一基布和第二基布相对的一侧均粘贴有耐高温层,所述耐高温层包括玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维,所述玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维斜纹交织,所述耐高温层表面连接有弹性的导热硅胶片,所述导热硅胶片上开有若干个穿线孔,所述导热硅胶片通过连接线与耐高温层连接,所述耐高温层的另一侧涂有一层耐高温涂料层。
优选的,所述第一基布是由玻璃纤维制成的玻纤基布。
优选的,所述第二基布为亚克力纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成。
优选的,所述耐高温涂料层采用氮化硼涂层。
本发明提出的一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,有益效果在于:设置了两层基布,结构强度有效增强,并且不同的基布两侧均设有由玻璃纤维和玄武岩纤维制成的耐高温层,这样耐高温效果更好,同时耐高温层表面连接有弹性的导热硅胶片,且覆盖有一层耐高温涂料,这样整个复合针刺毡的耐高温性能显著提高。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,包括第一基布1,第一基布1的一侧粘贴有第二基布3,第一基布1和第二基布3相对的一侧均粘贴有耐高温层2,耐高温层2包括玻璃纤维8和玄武岩纤维9,玻璃纤维8和玄武岩纤维9斜纹交织,耐高温层2表面连接有弹性的导热硅胶片6,导热硅胶片6上开有若干个穿线孔5,导热硅胶片6通过连接线7与耐高温层2连接,耐高温层2的另一侧涂有一层耐高温涂料层4。
第一基布1是由玻璃纤维制成的玻纤基布,玻璃纤维具有良好的耐高温性能,和绝缘性能,并且抗拉强度大,可以有效增强整个装置的耐高温性。
第二基布3为亚克力纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成,亚克力纤维具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和抗热性能,这样可以增强本装置的使用寿命。
耐高温涂料层4采用氮化硼涂层,氮化硼涂料具有非常好的耐高温性能,可以起到保护整个装置的作用,而且氮化硼涂料对环境无污染,对人体不会造成伤害,五毒无异味,是一种环保涂料。

1.一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,包括第一基布(1),其特征在于,所述第一基布(1)的一侧粘贴有第二基布(3),所述第一基布(1)和第二基布(3)相对的一侧均粘贴有耐高温层(2),所述耐高温层(2)包括玻璃纤维(8)和玄武岩纤维(9),所述玻璃纤维(8)和玄武岩纤维(9)斜纹交织,所述耐高温层(2)表面连接有弹性的导热硅胶片(6),所述导热硅胶片(6)上开有若干个穿线孔(5),所述导热硅胶片(6)通过连接线(7)与耐高温层(2)连接,所述耐高温层(2)的另一侧涂有一层耐高温涂料层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第一基布(1)是由玻璃纤维制成的玻纤基布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述第二基布(3)为亚克力纤维和玻璃纤维混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多梯度、多组份耐高温复合针刺毡,其特征在于,所述耐高温涂料层(4)采用氮化硼涂层。
