本发明提供了一种动力系统,动力系统包括:发动机;传动轴,所述传动轴与所述发动机相连;发电机,所述发电机固定套设在所述传动轴上;电机,所述电机套设在所述传动轴上且与所述发电机轴向间隔开;与发电机和电机相连的动力电池;减速机构,所述减速机构包括低速挡齿轮组和高速挡齿轮组,所述电机与所述低速挡齿轮组传动,所述传动轴可选择性地与所述低速挡齿轮组和所述高速挡齿轮组中的一个同步。通过设置减速机构,可以有效减小动力系统的轴向长度,而且当传动轴与高速挡齿轮组中的齿轮同步且电机工作时,电机可以启动发动机,从而可以省略飞轮,进一步地减小动力系统的轴向长度,以及降低动力系统的成本。

本发明涉及车辆技术领域,特别涉及一种动力系统。
背景技术
相关技术中,在减速机构(变速器)的输入轴前段和发动机之间加装一组电动模块(充当动力源电机),可以使动力系统演变成双动力混合动力系统。该电动模块主要由飞轮、离合器执行机构、电机以及电机冷却水套等组成,电动模块的前端与发动机曲轴连接,后端与变速器输入轴连接。
但是,该动力系统存在着诸多不足之处:首先,该动力系统只是将电动模块加装在发动机和减速机构(变速器)之间,这样就会增加动力系统的轴向长度,然而目前减速机构(变速器)的优化已经到了极致,很难再缩短轴向长度;如果想通过减小电动模块的长度来解决这个问题,但事实上这一点很难解决;因为,电动模块的长度直接影响了电机的容量,换言之,如果太短,那么电机的容量就会很小,电机驱动的行驶里程就非常有限,电动模块就失去了它存在的价值;其次,目前该动力系统的控制模式较为单一,一些动力系统只是具备发动机起动电机和低速动车的功能。这样就不能充分利用电机的动率特性,事实上,混合动力系统的最佳设计就是将发动机和电机的功率特性有机地结合起来,从而使整车的动力性和燃油经济性达到最佳,然而事实上,上述的动力系统并不能很好实现这个目标。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种动力系统,以解决动力系统轴向长度大的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种动力系统,包括:发动机;传动轴,所述传动轴与所述发动机相连;发电机,所述发电机固定套设在所述传动轴上;电机,所述电机套设在所述传动轴上且与所述发电机轴向间隔开;动力电池,所述动力电池分别与所述发电机和所述电机电连接;减速机构,所述减速机构包括低速挡齿轮组和高速挡齿轮组,所述电机与所述低速挡齿轮组传动,所述传动轴可选择性地与所述低速挡齿轮组和所述高速挡齿轮组中的一个同步。
进一步地,所述低速挡齿轮组包括相互啮合的第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮与所述电机相连且套设在所述传动轴上;所述高速挡齿轮组包括相互啮合的第三齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第四齿轮与所述第二齿轮同轴固定,所述第三齿轮套设在所述传动轴上。
进一步地,所述减速机构还包括:同步器,所述同步器用于同步所述传动轴和所述第一齿轮或用于同步所述传动轴和所述第三齿轮。
进一步地,所述发电机和所述电机集成在所述减速机构内且与所述减速机构共用一套冷却系统。
进一步地,所述动力系统还包括前差速器和后差速器以及用于分配所述前差速器和所述后差速器扭矩的扭矩管理器。

相对于现有技术,本发明所述的动力系统具有以下优势:
根据本发明实施例的动力系统,电机可以通过减速机构和传动轴输出动力以启动发动机,从而可以省略传统的动力系统中的飞轮,进而至少一定程度上可以减小动力系统的轴向长度。而且,相对于变速器来说,减速机构体积小,轴向尺寸小,可以较好地减小动力系统的轴向长度,便于动力系统在车辆上的布置。另外,减速机构成本低,并且动力系统可以省略飞轮,从而可以降低动力系统的成本。

根据本发明实施例的动力系统100可以包括:发动机10、传动轴20、发电机30、电机40、动力电池和减速机构50。如图1所示,传动轴20与发动机10相连,具体地,如图1所示,传动轴20和发动机10之间设置有离合器90。发电机30固定套设在传动轴20上,换言之,发电机30与传动轴20同步转动,当发动机10工作且离合器90处于接合状态时,发电机30处于发电状态,发电机30所发出的电可以储存在车辆上的动力电池上。
电机40套设在传动轴20上,而且电机40与发电机30轴向间隔开。其中,需要说明的是,电机40可以为电动机,电机40还可以为电动发电机。电机40空套在传动轴20上,换言之,电机40不随传动轴20同步转动。具体地,如图1所示,发电机30设置在电机40和发动机10之间。
发电机30和电机40分别与动力电池电连接,当发电机30发电时,电能可以储存在动力电池内,当电机需要40工作时,动力电池可以提供电能给电机40。
如图1所示,减速机构50可以包括低速挡齿轮组51和高速挡齿轮组52,电机40与低速挡齿轮组51传动,传动轴20可选择性地与低速挡齿轮组51和高速挡齿轮组52中的一个同步。优选地,减速机构50可以为两挡减速机构。可以理解的是,传动轴20可以与低速挡齿轮组51中的齿轮同步,或者传动轴20可以与高速挡齿轮组52中的齿轮同步,或者传动轴20还可以既不与低速挡齿轮组51中的齿轮同步,也不与高速挡齿轮组52中的齿轮同步。例如,在纯电驱模式中,电机40可以直接通过低速挡齿轮组51向差速器输出动力,此时,传动轴20既不与低速挡齿轮组51中的齿轮同步,也不与高速挡齿轮组52中的齿轮同步。对于纯电驱模式,在下面的内容中将详细描述。
当电机40工作且传动轴20与高速挡齿轮组52同步时,电机40产生的动力可以通过低速挡齿轮组51和高速挡齿轮组52传递给传动轴20,传动轴20可以将该动力输出给发动机10以用于启动发动机10。可以理解的是,电机40可以通过减速机构50和传动轴20输出动力以启动发动机10,从而可以省略传统的动力系统中的飞轮,进而至少一定程度上可以减小动力系统100的轴向长度。
由此,根据本发明实施例的动力系统100,电机40可以通过减速机构50和传动轴20输出动力以启动发动机10,从而可以省略传统的动力系统中的飞轮,进而至少一定程度上可以减小动力系统100的轴向长度。而且,相对于变速器来说,减速机构50体积小,轴向尺寸小,可以较好地减小动力系统100的轴向长度,便于动力系统100在车辆上的布置。另外,减速机构50成本低,并且动力系统100可以省略飞轮,从而可以降低动力系统100的成本。
根据本发明的一个可选的实施例,如图1所示,低速挡齿轮组51包括可以相互啮合的第一齿轮51a和第二齿轮51b,第一齿轮51a与电机40相连,而且第一齿轮51a套设在传动轴20上。高速挡齿轮组52包括相互啮合的第三齿轮52a和第四齿轮52b,第四齿轮52b与第二齿轮51b同轴固定,第三齿轮52a套设在传动轴20上。换言之,第二齿轮51b和第四齿轮52b固定在同一轴上,而且当第二齿轮51b转动时,第二齿轮51b可以通过该轴带动第四齿轮52b同步转动。
可选地,如图1所示,减速机构50还可以包括:同步器53,同步器53用于同步传动轴20和第一齿轮51a或者用于同步传动轴20和第三齿轮52a。如图1所示,同步器53设置在第一齿轮51a和第三齿轮52a之间,从而可以便于同步器53同步传动轴20和第一齿轮51a,以及可以便于同步器53同步传动轴20和第三齿轮52a。
可选地,如图1所示,发电机30和电机40可以集成在减速机构50内,而且发电机30、电机40与减速机构50可以共用一套冷却系统。可以理解的是,发电机30和电机40可以设置在减速机构50的壳体内,从而可以提高动力系统100的集成度,进一步地可以降低动力系统100占用车辆的空间,减小动力系统100的轴向长度。而且三者共用一套冷却系统,可以较少冷却系统的数量,可以降低动力系统100的成本。
具体地,如图1所示,动力系统100还可以包括前差速器60和后差速器70以及用于分配前差速器60和后差速器70扭矩的扭矩管理器80。扭矩管理器80可以分配给前差速器60和后差速器70扭矩,从而可以使得车辆实现两驱和四驱之间的切换,以及调节前轮和后轮的转速。
根据本发明实施例的动力系统100可以具有纯电驱模式、发动机启动模式、能量回收模式、低速挡加速模式和高速档加速模式。
如图2所示,在动力系统100处于纯电驱模式时,传动轴20不与高速挡齿轮组52同步且不与低速挡齿轮组51同步,电机40工作,而且电机40通过低速挡齿轮组51输出动力。换言之,同步器53此时处于中间位置,既不用于同步传动轴20和第一齿轮51a,也不用于同步传动轴20和第三齿轮52a。电机40的动力可以依次通过第一齿轮51a、第二齿轮51b和输出齿轮54后传递给前差速器60和后差速器70。
如图3所示,在动力系统100处于发动机启动模式时,电机40工作,而且电机40通过低速挡齿轮组51输出一部分动力,传动轴20和高速挡齿轮组52同步以使电机40输出的另一部分动力通过高速挡齿轮组52和传动轴20启动发动机10。可以理解的是,同步器53同步传动轴20和第三齿轮52a,电机40的一部分动力经过第一齿轮51a、第二齿轮51b和输出齿轮54传递给前差速器60和后差速器70,电机40的另一部分动力经过第一齿轮51a、第二齿轮51b、第四齿轮52b、第三齿轮52a、同步器53和传动轴20传递给发动机10以启动发动机10。
如图4所示,在动力系统100处于能量回收模式时,传动轴20与低速挡齿轮组51同步,从车轮传递来的动力经过高速挡齿轮组52、低速挡齿轮组51和传动轴20传递给发电机30。同步器53同步传动轴20和第一齿轮51a,从前轮和后轮传递给来的动力依次经过输出齿轮54、第二齿轮51b、第一齿轮51a、同步器53和传动轴20传递给发电机30,发电机30发电并且将电能储存在动力电池内。
如图5所示,在动力系统100处于低速挡加速模式时,传动轴20和低速挡齿轮组51同步,发动机10和电机40均工作,而且发动机10和电机40的动力在低速挡齿轮组51处耦合后输出。同步器53同步传动轴20和第一齿轮51a,发动机10和电机40的动力在第一齿轮51a处耦合,耦合后的动力依次经过第二齿轮51b和输出齿轮54传递给前差速器60和后差速器70。
如图6所示,在动力系统100处于高速挡加速模式时,传动轴20和高速挡齿轮组52同步,发动机10和电机40均工作,而且发动机10和电机40的动力在高速挡齿轮组52处耦合后输出。同步器53同步传动轴20和第三齿轮52a,发动机10的动力经过传动轴20和第三齿轮52a传递给第四齿轮52b,电机40的动力经过第一齿轮51a传递给第二齿轮51b,第二齿轮51b和第四齿轮52b上的动力耦合后通过输出齿轮54传递给前差速器60和后差速器70。
需要说明的是,低速挡加速模式和高速挡加速模式都是短时模式,其目的是为了实现短时的提速功能。当车辆速度满足驾驶者需求后,通常为了省油,会调节同步器53的位置,由电机40单独提供动力。
其中,上述的动力系统100的多种驱动模式均以扭矩管理器80分配扭矩给前差速器60和后差速器70为例进行说明,当扭矩管理器80还可以仅分配给后差速器70以使得车辆以两驱的形式行驶。
具体地,车辆的控制系统可以实时监控四个车轮的转速,分析车轮对应路面的摩擦系数,由此决定传递给前差速器60的扭矩大小,控制系统会根据整车的横向加速度传感器反馈的数值,来判定整车运行状态(例如转弯、甩尾等),然后适时地控制传递到前差速器60的扭矩大小,可以实现50:50的扭矩分配。
具有上述多种驱动模式的车辆可以有效利用发动机10和电机40功率特性,可以实满足客户的日常驾驶需求,又能够充分发挥电机40的优点,降低燃油的消耗,减少污染气体的排放,保护环境。

Claims (3)

1.一种动力系统(100),其特征在于,包括:
发动机(10);
传动轴(20),所述传动轴(20)与所述发动机(10)相连,所述传动轴(20)在车辆的前后方向延伸;
发电机(30),所述发电机(30)固定套设在所述传动轴(20)上;
电机(40),所述电机(40)套设在所述传动轴(20)上且与所述发电机(30)轴向间隔开;
动力电池,所述动力电池分别与所述发电机(30)和所述电机(40)电连接;
减速机构(50),所述减速机构(50)包括低速挡齿轮组(51)和高速挡齿轮组(52),所述电机(40)与所述低速挡齿轮组(51)传动,所述传动轴(20)可选择性地与所述低速挡齿轮组(51)和所述高速挡齿轮组(52)中的一个同步;
所述动力系统(100)还包括前差速器(60)和后差速器(70)以及用于分配所述前差速器(60)和所述后差速器(70)扭矩的扭矩管理器(80);
所述发电机(30)和所述电机(40)集成在所述减速机构(50)内且与所述减速机构(50)共用一套冷却系统;
所述动力系统(100)具有纯电驱模式,在所述纯电驱模式中,所述传动轴(20)不与所述高速挡齿轮组(52)同步且不与低速挡齿轮组(51)同步,所述电机(40)工作且通过所述低速挡齿轮组(51)输出动力;
所述动力系统(100)具有发动机(10)启动模式,在所述发动机(10)启动模式中,所述电机(40)工作且通过所述低速挡齿轮组(51)输出一部分动力,所述传动轴(20)和所述高速挡齿轮组(52)同步以使所述电机(40)输出的另一部分动力通过所述高速挡齿轮组(52)和所述传动轴(20)启动所述发动机(10);
所述动力系统(100)具有能量回收模式,在所述能量回收模式中,所述传动轴(20)与所述低速挡齿轮组(51)同步,从车轮传递来的动力经过所述高速挡齿轮组(52)、所述低速挡齿轮组(51)和所述传动轴(20)传递给所述发电机(30);
所述动力系统(100)具有低速挡加速模式,在所述低速挡加速模式中,所述传动轴(20)和所述低速挡齿轮组(51)同步,所述发动机(10)和所述电机(40)均工作且所述发动机(10)和所述电机(40)的动力在所述低速挡齿轮组(51)处耦合后输出;
所述动力系统(100)具有高速挡加速模式,在所述高速挡加速模式中,所述传动轴(20)和所述高速挡齿轮组(52)同步,所述发动机(10)和所述电机(40)均工作且所述发动机(10)和所述电机(40)的动力在所述高速挡齿轮组(52)处耦合后输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力系统(100),其特征在于,所述低速挡齿轮组(51)包括相互啮合的第一齿轮(51a)和第二齿轮(51b),所述第一齿轮(51a)与所述电机(40)相连且套设在所述传动轴(20)上;
所述高速挡齿轮组(52)包括相互啮合的第三齿轮(52a)和第四齿轮(52b),所述第四齿轮(52b)与所述第二齿轮(51b)同轴固定,所述第三齿轮(52a)套设在所述传动轴(20)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力系统(100),其特征在于,所述减速机构(50)还包括:同步器(53),所述同步器(53)用于同步所述传动轴(20)和所述第一齿轮(51a)或用于同步所述传动轴(20)和所述第三齿轮(52a)。
