技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车的技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种基于四驱越野车的HEV动力系统。
背景技术
现有技术中的四驱汽油车动力系统构架如图1所示,所述动力系统架构由发动机(ENG)以及发动机控制单元(EMS)、自动变速箱(AT)及变速器控制器(TCU)、离合器(Clutch)构成,变速器控制器(TCU)控制离合器接合和分离,从而切断和传递发动机向变速箱输入的动力。现有技术中的四驱汽油车整备质量较大,仅有发动机一个动力源,发动机特性决定低速扭矩输出远远小于其峰值扭矩,导致车辆低速加速性差,顾客产生抱怨。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种基于四驱越野车的HEV动力系统。
为了解决发明所述的技术问题并实现发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种基于四驱越野车的HEV动力系统,其特征在于:包括整车控制器、发动机控制器、发动机、变速器控制器、自动变速器、电池管理系统、动力电池、电机控制器、电机、变速器离合器、电机端电磁离合器、前级主减速器、中间减速器、后级主减速器、前车轴以及设置在前车轴两端的一对驱动前轮、后车轴以及设置在后车轴两端的一对驱动后轮;所述发动机控制器通过硬线与发动机连接,发动机的输出端通过自动变速器与中间减速器连接,而所述中间减速器分别连接至所述前级主减速器和后级主减速器,所述前级主减速器耦合在前车轴上,所述后级主减速器耦合在后车轴上;所述电机的输出端与后级主减速器连接,并且所述电机与所述后级主减速器之间设置有电机端电磁离合器;所述整车控制器分别通过CAN总线连接所述变速器控制器、电池管理系统以及电机端电磁离合器;所述变速器控制器通过CAN总线连接所述发动机控制器,所述变速器控制器通过硬线连接所述自动变速器;所述电池管理系统通过CAN总线连接电机控制器,还通过硬线连接所述动力电池;所述电机控制器分别通过高压线和硬线连接所述电机;所述动力电池通过高压线连接所述电机控制器。

在本实施例中,发动机(ENG)作为四驱混合动力汽车的主要动力输出装置;所述变速器离合器(Clutch1)以及电机端电磁离合器(Clutch2)用于传递动力并同时进行动力传递接通与断开的切换。所述动力电池提供汽车行驶所述后电机(TM)等需要的电能,所述电池管理器(BMS)对所述动力电池进行管理;所述发动机控制(EMS)用于对所述发动机(ENG)进行控制。所述整车控制器(VCU)用于对电池管理系统(BMS)、变速器控制器(TCU)以及电机端电磁离合器(Clutch2)等的管理。
本实施例的基于四驱越野车的HEV动力系统中的整车控制器可以根据车速控制电磁离合器接合和分离,从而控制电机接通和切断动力源输出信号。车辆在起步或低速段时,整车控制器(VCU)控制电磁离合器闭合,电机工作,扭矩快速响应,为整车提供加速助力,实现混合动力驱动模式(比如:驾驶员在超车动作时,加速助力装置可配合驾驶员快速完成超车动作,在提高驾驶感受的同时保证驾驶安全性);车辆在高速段时,电机转速受限,为保护电机,整车控制器(VCU)控制电磁离合器分离,电机关闭,实现发动机单独驱动行驶模式;车辆在减速时,整车控制器(VCU)控制电磁离合器接合,发动机带动电机发电,实现制动能量回收的同时给电池充电,保证电池电量可满足车辆在频繁加减速行驶工况中提供加速助力。
图3示出了发动机和电机在越野车运行过程中的动作过程。本实施例的HEV动力系统的整车行驶模式共4种,各行驶模式工作情况如下:
1.动机单独驱动模式(高速工况,保护电机):发动机工作,整车控制器(VCU)控制电机端电磁离合器分离,电机关闭。
2.混合驱动模式(加速助力):发动机工作,整车控制器(VCU)控制电机端电磁离合器接合,电机工作。
3.行车发电模式(保持电池电量可随时提供加速助力):发动机工作,整车控制器(VCU)控制电磁离合器接合,发动机除保证行车扭矩外还提供一定扭矩用于电机发电,实现给动力电池充电。
4.再生制动模式(提高经济性,补充动力电池电量,减轻制动片磨损):发动机工作,整车控制器(VCU)控制电磁离合器接合,电机发电。
本发明实施例的四驱混合动力汽车的整车控制系统对四驱混合动力汽车的工作模式考虑周全,可实现多种混合动力汽车复杂的工作模式,充分利用各总成的优势,在保证车辆具有良好的整车动力性及驾驶乐趣,满足顾客的个性化需求。
