本发明涉及一种用于在塑料材料卷材的边缘处焊接该叠合的塑料材料卷材的焊接设备,该设备包括加热装置,该加热装置设置于底座上并且配置成用于在其边缘处熔融塑料材料卷材;该底座包括支撑框架,该支撑框架包括彼此偏离的至少两个导向辊(running rollers),彼此相对设置的至少两个压料辊(pressing and feed rollers,按压和进料辊),和具有传动装置的至少一个驱动单元,其中相应的下进料辊固定于适当位置而第二上进料辊可枢转地支撑,其中导向辊用来支撑于底部上,压料辊用于使叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘通过,驱动单元和传动装置用于驱动该压料辊。
背景技术
这种通用型的焊接设备在本领域中是已知的,并且用于焊接由塑料制成的薄膜、防水布和其它平面材料。因此,通过将热量引入其边缘的重叠部分对塑料卷材进行塑化,随后在压力下对其进行压缩。
专利申请EP 1900501 A1公开了一种用于沿着其边缘连接侧面叠合的衬垫卷材的焊接设备。该焊接设备包括通过导向辊可移位的框架和由底座的支撑框架支撑的加热装置,该加热装置配置为用于熔融待焊接的塑料卷材。塑料卷材由压缩和给进辊按压在一起,该压缩和给进辊支撑于支撑框架上并且由包括至少一个电机和至少一个传动装置的驱动单元驱动。另外,还提供了用于使至少一个上压料辊相对于固定的下压料辊移动的装置,该装置包括用于该至少一个可枢转支撑的上压料辊的张紧装置。因此,例如,在塑料卷材的搭接焊期间,个体卷材必须在预期焊缝处叠合放置并固定。此外,必须将提供的加热装置插入于待焊接在一起的卷材的边缘之间,并且必须施加结合压力。因此,根据期望的焊缝几何形状和跑合面(running surface)的污染程度,需要十分频繁地更换压料辊。由于加热装置设置在邻近压料辊处,使该更换通常更难进行。
在本发明的技术领域中,还引用了印刷文本DE 29719434 U1、DE 29719436U1和DE7700687U1。
DE 29719434 U1公开了一种用于薄膜边缘的搭接焊的焊接设备,该焊接设备包括加热元件,可在该加热元件的加热表面上移动薄膜边缘以进行分类;其中加热元件悬挂成可自由移动,实质上以弹性可伸缩方式垂直于加热元件的加热表面可移动;其中加热元件至少悬挂于一个板簧臂处,该板簧臂基本上在所提供的薄膜边缘的移动方向的方向上延伸,使得加热元件关于取向为垂直于薄膜边缘的预期移动方向的平行轴可枢转。因此,加热元件尤其以弹性可伸缩方式悬挂,使得当加热元件未负载致使至少一个板簧以其平坦侧部基本上水平地延伸时,其已放置在一个用于进给薄膜边缘的基本最佳位置。由此,基于与较弱的弹簧作用相逆的薄膜边缘的接触压力,提供了自动最佳适配。同理,至少一个板簧夹持于进料侧并延伸至输出侧,在输出侧加热元件支撑于板簧的自由端处。
DE 29719436U1提出了一种用于薄膜边缘的搭接焊的焊接设备,该焊接设备包括压辊以用于在加热之后压缩薄膜边缘,其中压辊支撑于轮轴上,其中至少一个轮轴相对于另一轮轴可移动地支撑,反之亦然。其中至少一个轮轴通过平行于另一轮轴的对准装置可对准并且在该位置可固定,该对准装置与可移动支撑的轮轴尤其相关。由此,该轮轴支撑在两个枢转臂上,其中对准装置连接两个枢转臂并且在枢转臂之间形成桥接件,该桥接件可拆卸(disengageably)地连接至一个枢转臂处,从而使该连接为可调节的。
DE 7700687U1提出了一种用于连续地焊接在边缘处叠合的由热塑性塑料材料制成的卷材的装置,其中该装置包括用于隔开和结合待焊接的卷材边缘的支撑件和用于塑化卷材边缘的加热装置;其中加热装置支撑成从外壳的纵向侧突出至卷材边缘之间,该卷材边缘支撑于距彼此的特定距离处,其中,一个成对压辊设置于加热装置的下游的外壳的纵向侧处,其中一个压辊刚性支撑,另一压辊支撑成使得其可逆着弹簧力移位,并且其中加热装置配置为接触焊垫材(contact welding skid),优选配置为热楔物(heating wedge,加热楔形物),且加热装置形成支撑装置的一部分。因此,上压辊附接于上框架处,使得它们彼此独立地可枢转,并且使得通过常用弹簧能够将它们压至焊接材料上。追加的压辊在接触焊垫材的两侧上设置于压辊的前部,以将待焊接的卷材按压至楔形接触加热元件上,其中接触压力优选由板簧施加,接触焊垫材配置成关于两个枢转轴支撑的热楔物。
发明内容
为改善上文所述技术,本发明的目标是提出一种因为加热装置的连接被简化并由此产生相对于压料辊的简单位置变化、从而使得便于更换压料辊(pressing and feedroller,按压和进料辊)的选项。因此,加热装置在支撑框架处的连接应为机械上简单的和经济的。
根据本发明该目标通过具有权利要求1所述的特征的焊接设备来实现。其它优选实施例可得自从属权利要求。
据此,加热装置设置于焊接设备的底座(chassis,底盘)的支撑框架的纵向弯曲臂上,其中,纵向弯曲臂从支撑框架朝焊接方向伸出,并且在焊接设备的操作位置至少在垂直方向上为可弹性变形的,其中纵向弯曲臂在纵向弯曲臂的端部处以刚性方式连接支撑框架,该端部在焊接方向上处于后面;并且其中加热装置通过加热装置部段以不可移动方式连接于纵向弯曲臂的位于焊接方向上的前方的端部处,该加热装置部段在焊接方向上处于后面。根据本发明,纵向弯曲臂在无变形的情况下以向上锐角相对于由导向辊所限定的行进平面伸出。因此,没有外力会对纵向弯曲臂产生影响。纵向弯曲臂可以线性、拱形或扭结方式伸出。设置于纵向弯曲臂端部的向前端部处的加热装置设置成在没有力影响纵向弯曲臂时、远离该至少一个局部固定的下压料辊,同时优选的是还设置成与可枢转支撑的上压料辊保持一定距离。因此,距该至少一个下和上压料辊的距离可任意选择。可相对于焊接设备来规定焊接方向,并且可以焊接设备的典型运行方向的对立方向来标定焊接方向。
因此,纵向弯曲臂为可在垂直方向上弹性变形的,并且将加热装置相对于压料辊和相对于导向辊的不同位置定义为纵向弯曲臂的弯曲度函数。这有助于以简单方式通过将力施加于纵向弯曲臂的向前端部上,使加热装置向远离压料辊的方向枢转或向靠近压料辊的方向枢转。可弹性变形纵向弯曲臂的枢转运动可由提供的端部止动件限定,或由合适的致动装置限定,例如致动杠杆。
因此,在本发明的一个优选实施例中,加热装置使纵向弯曲臂向焊接方向伸展。优选地,加热装置为热楔物,优选为电热楔物。因此,加热装置可以为例如接触加热装置或热空气喷嘴。
优选地,加热装置可以与至少一个可枢转的上压料辊一起,朝着和逆着该至少一个固定下压料辊的方向枢转。
因此,在根据本发明的焊接设备的一个优选实施例中,支撑框架上设置有用于具有加热装置的纵向弯曲臂的致动装置,其中,该致动装置有助于使纵向弯曲臂的向前端部向下弯曲,这是指在焊接设备的操作位置在垂直方向上,其中致动装置通过致动杠杆直接地压紧纵向弯曲臂或致动装置通过加热装置间接地压紧纵向弯曲臂。致动杠杆可枢转地设置于支撑框架上。通过作用在致动杠杆上的力,可将加热装置向朝向至少一个固定下压料辊的方向移动,由此使纵向弯曲臂负载。当向相反方向移动致动杠杆时,使纵向弯曲臂卸载,这样纵向弯曲臂自动松弛,由此使加热装置远离该至少一个固定下压料辊。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,支撑框架上设置有用于该至少一个可枢转支撑的上压料辊的张紧装置,其中张紧装置与纵向弯曲臂的致动装置连接,且该张紧装置将该至少一个可枢转上压料辊按压在至少一个固定下压料辊上。这,例如,有助于更换压料辊,且有助于将加热装置引入待焊接的塑料材料卷材的两个边缘之间,而且有助于将加热装置插入彼此相对设置的至少两个压料辊之间,这是因为在打开压料辊时也同步枢转了加热装置。
在本发明的一个实施例中,致动杠杆包括用于纵向弯曲臂的至少一个下保持杆,其中,下保持杆从纵向弯曲臂侧向伸出,且当致动装置被致动时其压紧加热装置和/或纵向弯曲臂,并由此将加热装置带至焊接位置(因为下保持杆在焊接设备的操作位置使纵向弯曲臂垂直向下弯曲并且因此以张力负载该纵向弯曲臂)。因此,在根据本发明的焊接设备的一个优选实施例中,当压料辊彼此分开时,该至少一个下保持杆使叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘远离加热装置。此外,当压料辊彼此分开时,加热装置从叠合的塑料材料卷材升离。因此,在焊接过程之前和之后以及在焊接过程的短暂中断期间,可靠地防止了塑料材料卷材的叠合边缘的不符合需求的分类。优选在致动杠杆的底侧侧向突出的下保持杆,至少部分地到达纵向弯曲臂和/或加热装置上。下保持杆优选配置成相对于致动杠杆为可调节的。下保持杆尤其适用于焊接薄的塑料材料卷材,这是指塑料薄膜。
在根据本发明的焊接设备的另一个实施例中,致动杠杆包括用于纵向弯曲臂的至少一个下保持辊;当致动装置被致动时,该下保持杆压紧加热装置,并且由此使纵向弯曲臂在焊接设备的操作位置垂直向下弯曲。因此,在本发明的优选实施例中,当叠合的塑料材料卷材支撑于压料辊之间并且压料辊彼此接触时,该至少一个下保持辊将塑料材料卷材的边缘按压至加热装置上。因此,当压料辊彼此分开时,下保持辊不能使叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘远离加热装置。因此,在焊接过程的暂时中断期间,加热装置持续加热叠合塑料材料卷材的边缘,这使得该解决方案仅适于厚的塑料材料卷材。类似于下保持杆,该至少一个下保持辊配置成相对于致动杠杆为可调节的。
优选地,通过使纵向弯曲臂在焊接设备的操作位置向下弯曲,能够将加热装置在两个相对压料辊之间居中设置,其中加热装置通过自作用(self-acting)自动地居中。相对于至少两个相对压料辊对加热装置进行调整为非必要的。根据本发明的焊接设备,简化了焊接设备的使用,并且因此缩短了设置焊接设备所需的时间。
在本发明的优选实施例中,纵向弯曲臂由弹簧弹性板金坯料制成。该弹簧弹性板金坯料具有0.3mm至3.0mm的厚度。因此,纵向弯曲臂的宽度优选配置为纵向弯曲臂的长度的函数。为了纵向弯曲臂的充分稳定性,其宽度还优选配置成随着纵向弯曲臂的长度增加而更大。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的用于搭接热塑性塑料材料卷材的熔边(edge melting)的焊接设备1,该热塑性塑料材料卷材在附图中未示出。焊接设备包括底座(chassis,底盘)2,底座2上设置有加热装置3以用于塑料材料卷材的边缘熔融。其中,底座2包括支撑框架4,支撑框架4上设置有彼此偏移的三个导向辊5和彼此相对设置的两个压料辊6,6',其中分别将下压料辊6固定于适当位置而将另一上压料辊6'可枢转地支撑起来。此外,焊接设备1包括在附图中仅部分可见的驱动器,其中该驱动器包括具有传动装置20的至少一个驱动单元。导向辊5配置为用于地面支撑。进料辊6,6'配置为用于使搭接的塑料材料卷材的边缘穿过,驱动器配置为用于驱动压料辊6,6'。
所示焊接设备1为本发明的典型实施例,其中进料辊6或6'分别由未示出的挠性轴驱动。焊接设备1的支撑框架4由三个导向辊5可移动地支撑,此外,支持框架4支撑外壳7,图中未示出的驱动器至少部分地收纳于外壳7中。除了外壳7之外,支撑框架4上还为压料辊6,6'设置有张紧装置8,其中该张紧装置包括两个侧向弯曲刚性(stiff,坚硬的、不易移动的)横向臂9,9'。下横向臂9以刚性方式连接支撑框架4,然而上横向臂9'可枢转地设置在支撑框架4上。可枢转地设置于支撑框架4上的横向臂9'相对于固定于支撑框架4处的横向臂9可枢转。张紧装置8的两个横向臂9,9'各自在其自由端处支撑一个压料辊6,6'。横向臂9,9'在该典型实施例中为中空的,并且在其内部包括相应的未示出的挠性轴以用于驱动压料辊6,6',其中相应的挠性轴从驱动器伸展出来。
通过在枢轴上转动可枢转上横向臂9'将压料辊6或6'之间的间隙闭合以用于焊接过程,并夹持布置于其间的塑料材料卷材以用于焊接过程。在枢轴上转动可枢转横向臂9'是通过致动把手10来执行的,致动把手10链接于支撑框架4处。致动把手10设置在支撑元件11上,其中通过翻转致动把手10将焊接装置从相对压料辊6或6'彼此分开的位置移动至相对压料辊6,6'彼此接触的位置。在该典型实施例中,致动把手10致动时,负载弹簧12被压缩,由此产生相应的弹簧力,该相应弹簧力在相对压料辊6,6'之间生成所需夹持力。
在所示实施例中,将加热装置3配置成热锲物(heating wedge,加热楔形物)。加热装置3设置于支撑框架4的纵向弯曲臂13上,纵向弯曲臂13从支撑框架4伸出沿焊接方向延伸。纵向弯曲臂13在焊接设备1的操作位置至少在垂直方向上为可弹性变形的,并且其通过在焊接方向上处于后面的臂端部14固定于支撑框架4上。如图5所示,加热装置3在焊接方向上以其尾部加热装置部段15固定于纵向弯曲臂13的向前臂端部16处,该向前臂端部16在焊接方向上处于前部。加热装置3使纵向弯曲臂13在焊接方向上延伸,并且优选以可拆卸方式(disengageable manner)螺栓连接至向前臂端部16。纵向弯曲臂13继而以其后臂端部14螺栓连接于支撑框架4处。
就像可从图1和图2得出的那样,纵向弯曲臂13在无变形的情况下以直线从支撑框架4延伸至加热装置3。在所示的无变形的情况下,纵向弯曲臂13相对于由导向辊5限定的行进平面,以锐角向上延伸。在该情况下,纵向弯曲臂13以向上斜坡设置于底座2处,使得加热装置3距下压料辊6或上压料辊6'有数厘米的距离。另外,在焊接设备1的外壳7中为具有传动装置20的驱动单元设置有电控制件17。

图3以侧视图示出了具有下保持杆22的图1的焊接设备1,示出了处于闭合情况下的加热装置3和压料辊6,6'。下保持杆22从致动杠杆19横向突出并且接触加热装置3的顶侧。因此,下保持杆22在焊接设备1的闭合位置将加热装置3垂直向下按压。下保持杆尤其适用于较薄的塑料材料卷材,这是指仅需要极小量的热接触的塑料材料薄膜。
图4以侧视图示出了具有下保持辊23的图1的焊接设备1的变型,展示了处于闭合位置的加热装置3和压料辊6,6'。下保持辊23设置于致动杠杆19的横向支撑臂24处。因此,下保持辊23在焊接设备1的闭合位置将加热装置3垂直向下按压,并且将加热装置压在两个导向支撑辊21上。因此,下保持辊22还将图中未示出的上和下塑料材料卷材的边缘按压在加热装置上。下保持辊22尤其使用于较厚的塑料材料卷材,这是指需要良好热接触的塑料材料薄膜。
图5从底部示出了根据图3的焊接设备,以侧视图展示了具有纵向弯曲臂13和加热装置3的底座2。纵向弯曲臂13(加热装置3设置于向前臂端部16处)通过位于支撑框架4处的其后臂14附接于底座2上。纵向弯曲臂13与支撑框架4螺栓连接在一起,与加热装置3也是同样的连接方式。因此,当加热装置必须进行清洁或更换时,可将加热装置3从臂13脱离。纵向弯曲臂13优选由弹簧弹性板金坯料制成。板金坯料通常具有0.3mm至3mm的厚度。因此,纵向弯曲臂13的宽度选择为使得纵向弯曲臂13在焊接设备的操作位置针对在水平方向上的弯曲为刚性的。此外,张紧装置8的不可移动下横向臂9在该图中为清晰可见的,其中不可移动下横向臂9承载下压料辊6。下压料辊6设置成与加热装置3成一直线。这也适用于可枢转上压料辊6'。在该图示中,底座2的三个导向辊5也为清晰可见的。

Claims (15)

1.一种焊接设备(1),用于沿着叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘焊接所述叠合的塑料材料卷材,所述焊接设备包括:
底座(2)和
加热装置(3),所述加热装置(3)设置在所述底座(2)上,并配置成用于所述叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘熔融;
其中,所述底座(2)包括支撑框架(4),所述支撑框架(4)包括
彼此偏离设置的至少两个导向辊(5),
彼此相对设置的至少两个压料辊(6,6'),其中,相应的下压料辊(6)固定设置,而相应的另一上压料辊(6')可枢转地支撑,
具有传动装置(20)的至少一个驱动单元;
其中,所述导向辊(5)配置成用于在底部支撑所述底座,
其中,所述压料辊(6,6')配置成用于使所述叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘穿过,且
其中,具有传动装置(20)的所述驱动单元配置成用于驱动所述压料辊(6,6');
其特征在于,支撑框架(4)的纵向弯曲臂(13)从所述支撑框架(4)向焊接方向伸出,
所述纵向弯曲臂在所述焊接设备(1)的操作位置至少在垂直方向上为可弹性变形的,
所述纵向弯曲臂通过所述纵向弯曲臂的在所述焊接方向上向后取向的端部(14)固定于所述支撑框架(4),
所述加热装置(3)通过在所述焊接方向上向后取向的加热装置部段(15)固定于所述纵向弯曲臂的在所述焊接方向上向前取向的端部(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)使所述纵向弯曲臂(13)向所述焊接方向伸展。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述纵向弯曲臂(13)在无变形情况下,相对于由所述导向辊(5)限定的行进平面呈一向上的锐角设置。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,在所述支撑框架(4)上为具有加热装置(3)的所述纵向弯曲臂(13)设置有致动装置(18),所述致动装置有助于使所述向前臂端部(16)向下弯曲,
其中,所述致动装置(18)通过致动杠杆(19)直接地或通过所述加热装置(3)间接地压紧所述纵向弯曲臂(13),所述致动装置(18)由此使所述纵向弯曲臂(3)在所述焊接设备(1)的操作位置垂直向下移动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述支撑框架(4)包括用于所述至少一个可枢转支撑的上压料辊(6')的张紧装置(8),
其中,所述张紧装置连接所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的致动装置(18),且
其中,所述张紧装置将所述至少一个可枢转支撑的上压料辊(6')按压在所述至少一个固定设置的下压料辊(6)上。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述致动杠杆(19)包括用于所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的至少一个下保持杆(22),
其中,所述下保持杆在所述致动装置(18)致动时压紧所述加热装置(3)和/或所述纵向弯曲臂(13),使所述纵向弯曲臂(13)在所述焊接设备(1)的操作位置垂直向下弯曲。
7.根据权利要求6所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,当所述压料辊(6,6')彼此分开时,所述至少一个下保持杆(22)使所述叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘远离所述加热装置(3)。
8.根据权利要求4或5所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述致动杠杆(19)包括用于所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的至少一个下保持辊(23),
其中,所述下保持辊在所述致动装置(18)致动时压紧所述加热装置(3),使所述纵向弯曲臂(13)在所述焊接设备(1)的操作位置垂直向下弯曲。
9.根据权利要求8所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,当所述叠合的塑料材料卷材支撑于所述压料辊(6,6')之间且所述压料辊(6,6')彼此接触时,所述至少一个下保持辊(23)将所述叠合的塑料材料卷材的边缘按压在所述加热装置(3)上。
10.根据权利要求6至9所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述下保持杆(22)或所述下保持辊(23)为可调节的。
11.根据先前权利要求3至10中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,通过使所述纵向弯曲臂(13)在所述焊接设备(1)的操作位置向下弯曲,所述加热装置(3)能够在所述至少两个相对的压料辊(6,6')之间居中定位,
其中,所述加热装置(3)通过自作用居中。
12.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述纵向弯曲臂(13)由弹簧弹性板金坯料制成。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的厚度为0.3~3.0mm。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的宽度配置为所述纵向弯曲臂(13)的长度的函数。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的焊接设备,其特征在于,所述加热装置(3)为热楔物。
