Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,包括:机架;复合辊,可转动地安装在机架上;压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第一滑动座上,第一滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;背压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第二滑动座上,第二滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;复合辊、压辊及背压辊并行设置,压辊位于复合辊和背压辊之间。本发明中压辊和复合辊可以单独使用,当如果压辊施加的力度不够或者压辊变形,可以在压辊基础上叠加背压辊,通过背压辊挤压压辊可以纠正压辊弯曲变形量,使得压辊的整个辊面都比较均匀,同时可以提供更大的挤压力,可见本发明可以确保压合质量,满足了高精密涂布机复合产品质的发展要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布机领域,特别是涉及一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构。
背景技术
现有的涂布机复合压辊机构多采用的是单气缸直压、单气缸摆臂压合、双气缸摆臂压合机构;其中,单气缸压合机构,其结构简单、成本较低,但其压合力不能太大,否则容易造成橡胶压辊弯曲变形,形成拱桥状,造成两基材中间贴合不良现象;双气缸摆臂压合机构,其结构复杂,在压合过程中,应其摆动角度的变化,其辊面的受力点也随之发生变化,导致压合力不是个恒定值,影响压合质量;可见传统的气缸结构无法适应高精密涂布机复合产品质量的发展要求;为此本发明提供一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构用于解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,包括:
机架;
复合辊,可转动地安装在机架上;
压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第一滑动座上,第一滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;
背压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第二滑动座上,第二滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;
复合辊、压辊及背压辊并行设置,压辊位于复合辊和背压辊之间。
所述机架上设置有直线导轨,所述第一滑动座及第二滑动座皆可滑动地安装在直线导轨上;复合辊、压辊及背压辊的中心轴位于同一平面。
所述机架上安装有第一气缸,第一气缸的输出端作用在第一滑动座上。
所述机架上安装有第二气缸,第二气缸的输出端作用在第二滑动座上。
所述压辊采用橡胶材质。
所述背压辊采用钢材。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用复合辊、压辊及背压辊并行设置的结构,其中压辊和复合辊可以单独使用,当如果压辊施加的力度不够或者压辊变形,可以在压辊基础上叠加背压辊,通过背压辊挤压压辊可以纠正压辊弯曲变形量,使得压辊的整个辊面都比较均匀,同时可以提供更大的挤压力,可见本发明可以确保压合质量,满足了高精密涂布机复合产品质的发展要求。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明是一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,包括:
机架1;
复合辊2,可转动地安装在机架1上,复合辊2优选通过电机3驱动,当然复合辊2还可以选择通过其它结构驱动,例如液压泵等;
压辊4,两端皆可转动地安装有第一滑动座5上,第一滑动座5可滑动地安装在机架1上,压辊4优选采用橡胶材质;
背压辊6,两端皆可转动地安装有第二滑动座7上,第二滑动座7可滑动地安装在机架1上,背压辊6优选采用钢材;
复合辊2、压辊4及背压辊6并行设置,压辊4位于复合辊2和背压辊6之间。
本发明采用复合辊2、压辊4及背压辊6并行设置的结构,其中压辊4和复合辊2可以单独使用,当如果压辊4施加的力度不够或者压辊4变形,可以在压辊4基础上叠加背压辊6,通过背压辊6挤压压辊4可以纠正压辊4弯曲变形量,使得压辊4的整个辊面都比较均匀,同时可以提供更大的挤压力,可见本发明可以确保压合质量,满足了高精密涂布机复合产品质的发展要求。
如图所示,为了进一步提升本发明的压合质量,所述机架1上设置有直线导轨8,所述第一滑动座5及第二滑动座7皆可滑动地安装在直线导轨8上;复合辊2、压辊4及背压辊6的中心轴位于同一平面;利用直线导轨8来导向,压合过程中,其辊面的受力点都是固定的,压合力是个恒定值,确保了压合质量。
如图所示,优选的,所述机架1上安装有第一气缸9,第一气缸9的输出端作用在第一滑动座5上;所述机架1上安装有第二气缸10,第二气缸10的输出端作用在第二滑动座7上;当然,第一滑动座5、第二滑动座7还可以通过油缸或者直线电机3等驱动。
上述实施例只是本发明的优选方案,本发明还可有其他实施方案。本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,例如,所述压辊还采用采用其它具有弹性的材质;背压辊还可以采用其它金属材质例如铝或者铜等,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所设定的范围内。
Claims (6)
1.一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于包括:
机架;
复合辊,可转动地安装在机架上;
压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第一滑动座上,第一滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;
背压辊,两端皆可转动地安装有第二滑动座上,第二滑动座可滑动地安装在机架上;
复合辊、压辊及背压辊并行设置,压辊位于复合辊和背压辊之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于所述机架上设置有直线导轨,所述第一滑动座及第二滑动座皆可滑动地安装在直线导轨上;复合辊、压辊及背压辊的中心轴位于同一平面。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于所述机架上安装有第一气缸,第一气缸的输出端作用在第一滑动座上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于所述机架上安装有第二气缸,第二气缸的输出端作用在第二滑动座上。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于所述压辊采用橡胶材质。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种新型涂布机复合压辊机构,其特征在于所述背压辊采用钢材。
