本发明公开了一种搅拌轴结构,包括轴体、第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶和支撑单元,所述第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶和支撑单元由上至下分层固定在轴体上。本发明中的支撑单元跟随搅拌轴一起转动,支撑滚轮在搅拌轴的内壁上转动,能够使得搅拌轴的转动更加稳定;本发明中的搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间为可拆卸结构,便于置换,材料利用率高,节省成本。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种搅拌轴结构。
背景技术:
现有的搅拌装置中的搅拌轴的长度普遍较长,在使用段时间后,搅拌轴容易发生摆动现象,进而造成的涂料搅拌机振动较大,且现有的涂料搅拌装置中的搅拌叶与搅拌轴多为整体式结构,在某一部件损坏后会直接导致整个搅拌轴的损坏,材料利用率低。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种搅拌轴结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种搅拌轴结构,包括轴体、第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶和支撑单元,所述第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶和支撑单元由上至下分层固定在轴体上;
所述第一搅拌叶包括连接体和第一搅拌片,两所述第一搅拌片通过连接体固定于轴体上;
所述第二搅拌叶包括安装螺钉、连接座和第二搅拌片,若干个第二搅拌片沿连接座的圆周方向固定于连接座上,在连接座上设有轴孔,安装螺钉螺纹连接在连接座的侧壁上,且安装螺钉的一端伸于所述轴孔内;
所述支撑单元包括套管、调节杆、紧固螺钉和支撑滚轮,若干个所述套管通过螺钉固定连接在连接座的下端面上,调节杆插接在套管内,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在套管上,且紧固螺钉的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆上,支撑滚轮转动连接在调节杆上。
进一步地,所述连接体包括两个形状相同的抱箍体,所述抱箍体包括圆弧部和Z形部,两Z形部固定于圆弧部的两端。
进一步地,所述第二搅拌片的侧壁上连接有直角连接块。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明中的支撑单元跟随搅拌轴一起转动,支撑滚轮在搅拌轴的内壁上转动,能够使得搅拌轴的转动更加稳定;
2)本发明中的搅拌叶与搅拌轴之间为可拆卸结构,便于置换,材料利用率高,节省成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图5所示,本发明公开一种搅拌轴结构,包括轴体18、第一搅拌叶5、第二搅拌叶19和支撑单元9,第一搅拌叶5、第二搅拌叶19和支撑单元9由上至下分层固定在轴体18上。
本发明中的第一搅拌叶5包括连接体52和第一搅拌片53,连接体52固定在轴体18上,两个第一搅拌片53固定于连接体52上。
连接体52包括两个形状相同的抱箍体521,抱箍体521包括一体成型地圆弧部522和Z形部523,两个Z形部523设于圆弧部522的两端。第一搅拌片53通过螺钉固定在两个抱箍体521上的Z形部523之间。
第二搅拌叶19包括安装螺钉191、连接座192和第二搅拌片193,若干个第二搅拌片193沿连接座192的圆周方向固定于连接座192上,在连接座192上设有轴孔,搅拌叶19通过该轴孔套设在轴体18上,安装螺钉191螺纹连接在连接座192的侧壁上,且安装螺钉191的一端伸于轴孔内,拧紧安装螺钉191,将搅拌叶19固定于轴体18上。
为便于将第二搅拌片193连接在连接座192上,在第二搅拌片193的侧壁上连接有直角连接块1931。第二搅拌片193与连接座192之间通过螺钉固定连接。
支撑单元9包括套管91、调节杆92、紧固螺钉93和支撑滚轮94,若干个套管91通过螺钉固定连接在连接座192的下端面上,调节杆92插接在套管91内,紧固螺钉93螺纹连接在套管91上,且紧固螺钉93的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆92上,支撑滚轮94转动连接在调节杆92上。
结合图6,在使用时,先调整调节杆92的位置,使得调节杆92上的支撑滚轮94与搅拌桶8的内壁相触接,然后拧紧紧固螺钉93。轴体18转动,支撑单元9跟随轴体18一起转动,支撑滚轮94在搅拌桶8的内壁上转动。支撑单元9能够使得轴体18的转动更加稳定。

1.一种搅拌轴结构,其特征在于:包括轴体(18)、第一搅拌叶(5)、第二搅拌叶(19)和支撑单元(9),所述第一搅拌叶(5)、第二搅拌叶(19)和支撑单元(9)由上至下分层固定在轴体(18)上;
所述第一搅拌叶(5)包括连接体(52)和第一搅拌片(53),两所述第一搅拌片(53)通过连接体(52)固定于轴体(18)上;
所述第二搅拌叶(19)包括安装螺钉(191)、连接座(192)和第二搅拌片(193),若干个第二搅拌片(193)沿连接座(192)的圆周方向固定于连接座(192)上,在连接座(192)上设有轴孔,安装螺钉(191)螺纹连接在连接座(192)的侧壁上,且安装螺钉(191)的一端伸于所述轴孔内;
所述支撑单元(9)包括套管(91)、调节杆(92)、紧固螺钉(93)和支撑滚轮(94),若干个所述套管(91)通过螺钉固定连接在连接座(192)的下端面上,调节杆(92)插接在套管(91)内,紧固螺钉(93)螺纹连接在套管(91)上,且紧固螺钉(93)的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆(92)上,支撑滚轮(94)转动连接在调节杆(92)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的搅拌轴结构,其特征在于:所述连接体(52)包括两个形状相同的抱箍体(521),所述抱箍体(521)包括圆弧部(522)和Z形部(523),两Z形部(523)固定于圆弧部(522)的两端。
3.如权利要求1所述的搅拌轴结构,其特征在于:所述第二搅拌片(193)的侧壁上连接有直角连接块(1931)。
