Abstract

本发明公开了一种搅拌装置,伸缩架垂直固定在安装底座上,上安装板和下安装板上下分层固定在伸缩架的可伸缩端,五根搅拌轴均转动连接在下安装板上,一个主动齿轮和四个从动齿轮分别对应固定在五根搅拌轴上,且主动齿轮和四个从动齿轮相啮合,搅拌电机固定于上安装板上,且搅拌电机的输出轴与主动齿轮上的搅拌轴固定连接,在每根搅拌轴上均固定一个第一搅拌叶、一个第二搅拌叶和一个支撑单元,且每根搅拌轴上的支撑单元对应滚动支撑于搅拌桶的内壁上。本发明可以一次对五个搅拌桶内的油漆进行搅拌,搅拌效率高;支撑单元跟随搅拌轴一起转动,支撑滚轮在搅拌轴的内壁上转动,能够使得搅拌轴的转动更加稳定。

一种搅拌装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种搅拌装置。
背景技术:
现有的油漆搅拌装置一次只能对一个搅拌桶内的油漆进行搅拌,搅拌效率低,且搅拌装置中的搅拌轴的长度普遍较长,在使用段时间后,搅拌轴容易发生摆动现象,进而造成的涂料搅拌机振动较大。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题的而提供一种搅拌装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种搅拌装置,包括安装底座、伸缩架、上安装板、下安装板、搅拌电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、搅拌轴、第一搅拌叶、第二搅拌叶、搅拌桶和支撑单元,所述伸缩架垂直固定在安装底座上,上安装板和下安装板上下分层固定在伸缩架的可伸缩端,五根搅拌轴均转动连接在下安装板上,且每根搅拌桶对应伸于一个搅拌桶内,一个主动齿轮和四个从动齿轮分别对应固定在五根搅拌轴上,且主动齿轮和四个从动齿轮相啮合,搅拌电机固定于上安装板上,且搅拌电机的输出轴与主动齿轮上的搅拌轴固定连接,在每根搅拌轴上均固定一个第一搅拌叶、一个第二搅拌叶和一个支撑单元,且每根搅拌轴上的支撑单元对应滚动支撑于搅拌桶的内壁上;
所述第一搅拌叶包括连接体和第一搅拌片,两所述第一搅拌片通过连接体固定于搅拌轴上;
所述第二搅拌叶包括安装螺钉、连接座和第二搅拌片,若干个第二搅拌片沿连接座的圆周方向固定于连接座上,在连接座上设有轴孔,安装螺钉螺纹连接在连接座的侧壁上,且安装螺钉的一端伸于所述轴孔内;
所述支撑单元包括套管、调节杆、紧固螺钉和支撑滚轮,若干个所述套管通过螺钉固定连接在连接座的下端面上,调节杆插接在套管内,紧固螺钉螺纹连接在套管上,且紧固螺钉的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆上,支撑滚轮转动连接在调节杆上,且支撑滚轮与搅拌桶的内壁相触接。
进一步地,所述搅拌桶的内壁上设有定位凹槽,支撑滚轮置于该定位凹槽内。
进一步地,所述连接体包括两个形状相同的抱箍体,所述抱箍体包括圆弧部和Z形部,两Z形部固定于圆弧部的两端。
进一步地,所述第二搅拌片的侧壁上连接有直角连接块。
进一步地,所述伸缩架包括子杆、母杆和定位螺钉,所述子杆插接于母杆内,定位螺钉螺纹连接在母杆侧壁上,且一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵接在子杆上。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明可以一次对五个搅拌桶内的油漆进行搅拌,搅拌效率高;
2)本发明中的支撑单元跟随搅拌轴一起转动,支撑滚轮在搅拌轴的内壁上转动,能够使得搅拌轴的转动更加稳定;
3)本发明中的搅拌轴与搅拌叶之间以及搅拌叶均为可拆卸结构,便于置换,材料利用率高,节省成本。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1至图7,本发明公开一种搅拌装置,包括安装底座11、伸缩架12、上安装板13、下安装板14、搅拌电机15、主动齿轮16、从动齿轮17、搅拌轴18、第一搅拌叶5、第二搅拌叶19、搅拌桶8和支撑单元9,伸缩架12垂直固定在安装底座11上,上安装板13和下安装板14上下分层固定在伸缩架12的可伸缩端,五根搅拌轴18通过轴承转动连接在下安装板14上,且每根搅拌桶8对应伸于一个搅拌桶8内。一个主动齿轮16和四个从动齿轮17分别对应固定在五根搅拌轴18上,且主动齿轮16和四个从动齿轮17相啮合,搅拌电机15固定于上安装板13上,且搅拌电机15的输出轴与主动齿轮16上的搅拌轴固定连接。在每根搅拌轴18上均固定一个第一搅拌叶5、一个第二搅拌叶19和一个支撑单元9,且每根搅拌轴18上的支撑单元9对应滚动支撑于搅拌桶8的内壁上。
本发明中的第一搅拌叶5包括连接体52和第一搅拌片53,连接体52固定在搅拌轴18上,两个第一搅拌片53固定于连接体52上。
连接体52包括两个形状相同的抱箍体521,抱箍体521包括一体成型地圆弧部522和Z形部523,两个Z形部523设于圆弧部522的两端。第一搅拌片53通过螺钉固定在两个抱箍体521上的Z形部523之间。
第二搅拌叶19包括安装螺钉191、连接座192和第二搅拌片193,若干个第二搅拌片193沿连接座192的圆周方向固定于连接座192上,在连接座192上设有轴孔,搅拌叶19通过该轴孔套设在搅拌轴18上,安装螺钉191螺纹连接在连接座192的侧壁上,且安装螺钉191的一端伸于轴孔内,拧紧安装螺钉191,将搅拌叶19固定于搅拌轴18上。
为便于将第二搅拌片193连接在连接座192上,在第二搅拌片193的侧壁上连接有直角连接块1931。第二搅拌片193与连接座192之间通过螺钉固定连接。
支撑单元9包括套管91、调节杆92、紧固螺钉93和支撑滚轮94,若干个套管91通过螺钉固定连接在连接座192的下端面上,调节杆92插接在套管91内,紧固螺钉93螺纹连接在套管91上,且紧固螺钉93的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆92上,支撑滚轮94转动连接在调节杆92上,且支撑滚轮94与搅拌桶8的内壁相触接。
为便于更好地对支撑滚轮94进行定位,在搅拌桶8的内壁上设有定位凹槽81,支撑滚轮94置于该定位凹槽81内。
本发明中的伸缩架12包括子杆121、母杆122和定位螺钉123,子杆121插接于母杆122内,定位螺钉123螺纹连接在母杆122侧壁上,且一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵接在子杆121上,上安装板13和下安装板14固定在子杆121上。
在使用时,先调整调节杆92的位置,使得调节杆92上的支撑滚轮94与搅拌桶8的内壁相触接,然后拧紧紧固螺钉93。搅拌轴18转动,支撑单元9跟随搅拌轴18一起转动,支撑滚轮94在搅拌桶8的内壁上转动。支撑单元9能够使得搅拌轴18的转动更加稳定。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括安装底座(11)、伸缩架(12)、上安装板(13)、下安装板(14)、搅拌电机(15)、主动齿轮(16)、从动齿轮(17)、搅拌轴(18)、第一搅拌叶(5)、第二搅拌叶(19)、搅拌桶(8)和支撑单元(9),所述伸缩架(12)垂直固定在安装底座(11)上,上安装板(13)和下安装板(14)上下分层固定在伸缩架(12)的可伸缩端,五根搅拌轴(18)均转动连接在下安装板(14)上,且每根搅拌桶(8)对应伸于一个搅拌桶(8)内,一个主动齿轮(16)和四个从动齿轮(17)分别对应固定在五根搅拌轴(18)上,且主动齿轮(16)和四个从动齿轮(17)相啮合,搅拌电机(15)固定于上安装板(13)上,且搅拌电机(15)的输出轴与主动齿轮(16)上的搅拌轴固定连接,在每根搅拌轴(18)上均固定一个第一搅拌叶(5)、一个第二搅拌叶(19)和一个支撑单元(9),且每根搅拌轴(18)上的支撑单元(9)对应滚动支撑于搅拌桶(8)的内壁上;
所述第一搅拌叶(5)包括连接体(52)和第一搅拌片(53),两所述第一搅拌片(53)通过连接体(52)固定于搅拌轴(18)上;
所述第二搅拌叶(19)包括安装螺钉(191)、连接座(192)和第二搅拌片(193),若干个第二搅拌片(193)沿连接座(192)的圆周方向固定于连接座(192)上,在连接座(192)上设有轴孔,安装螺钉(191)螺纹连接在连接座(192)的侧壁上,且安装螺钉(191)的一端伸于所述轴孔内;
所述支撑单元(9)包括套管(91)、调节杆(92)、紧固螺钉(93)和支撑滚轮(94),若干个所述套管(91)通过螺钉固定连接在连接座(192)的下端面上,调节杆(92)插接在套管(91)内,紧固螺钉(93)螺纹连接在套管(91)上,且紧固螺钉(93)的一端穿过套管并抵接在调节杆(92)上,支撑滚轮(94)转动连接在调节杆(92)上,且支撑滚轮(94)与搅拌桶(8)的内壁相触接。
2.如权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶(8)的内壁上设有定位凹槽(81),支撑滚轮(94)置于该定位凹槽(81)内。
3.如权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述连接体(52)包括两个形状相同的抱箍体(521),所述抱箍体(521)包括圆弧部(522)和Z形部(523),两Z形部(523)固定于圆弧部(522)的两端。
4.如权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述第二搅拌片(193)的侧壁上连接有直角连接块(1931)。
5.如权利要求1所述的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述伸缩架(12)包括子杆(121)、母杆(122)和定位螺钉(123),所述子杆(121)插接于母杆(122)内,定位螺钉(123)螺纹连接在母杆(122)侧壁上,且一端穿过母杆侧壁并抵接在子杆(121)上。
