本发明公开了一种带有肘部扶手的小腿及背部锻炼器械，横向框架与纵向框架固定连接；横向框架上设有两个平行的滑动杆；滑动杆外侧设有配重块；纵向框架底部还设有底部横杆；底部横杆一端设有肘部支撑部立杆和脚踏板；肘部支撑部立杆顶端设有肘部支撑垫；肘部支撑垫前端设置两个肘部扶手；纵向框架的立柱上还固定有悬杆；悬杆一端固定有背部支撑垫锁定结构；背部支撑垫锁定结构通过背部支撑垫固定杆将背部支撑垫固定；悬杆中间处设有吊杆；吊杆连接配重块；配重块通过销钉可以增减配重。本发明的有益效果如下：相对于市场上同类产品来说本发明具有结构简单、时尚美观、可方便的锻炼小腿及背部肌肉，且锻炼时动作较小，不易造成运动损伤。

背景技术
当今社会人们对亚健康状态越来越重视，经常进行体育锻炼，目前的锻炼方式多采用大动作的运动训练方式，但容易对缺乏经验者造成运动损伤，其中损伤最多的以腰部和腿部为主，而目前的健身器械的中，单独锻炼腿部和背部肌肉的器械并没有。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的不足，本发明提出了一种带有肘部扶手的小腿及背部锻炼器械。采用的技术方案如下：一种带有肘部扶手的小腿及背部锻炼器械，包括横向框架，滑动杆，配重块，销钉，纵向框架，肘部支撑部立杆，底部横杆，肘部支撑垫，脚踏板，悬杆，背部支撑垫锁定结构，背部支撑垫，背部支撑垫固定杆，吊杆，肘部扶手。横向框架与纵向框架固定连接；横向框架上设有两个平行的滑动杆；滑动杆外侧设有配重块；纵向框架底部还设有底部横杆；底部横杆一端设有肘部支撑部立杆和脚踏板；肘部支撑部立杆顶端设有肘部支撑垫；肘部支撑垫前端设置两个肘部扶手；纵向框架的立柱上还固定有悬杆；悬杆一端固定有背部支撑垫锁定结构；背部支撑垫锁定结构通过背部支撑垫固定杆将背部支撑垫固定；悬杆中间处设有吊杆；吊杆连接配重块；配重块通过销钉可以增减配重；所述肘部扶手有两个，所述肘部扶手安装在肘部支撑垫两侧。
本发明的有益效果如下：相对于市场上同类产品来说本发明具有结构简单、时尚美观、可方便的锻炼小腿及背部肌肉，且锻炼时动作较小，不易造成运动损伤。

参见图1-2所示，一种带有肘部扶手的小腿及背部锻炼器械，包括横向框架11，滑动杆12，配重块13，销钉14，纵向框架15，肘部支撑部立杆16，底部横杆17，肘部支撑垫18，脚踏板19，悬杆20，背部支撑垫锁定结构21，背部支撑垫22，背部支撑垫固定杆23，吊杆24，肘部扶手25，其特征在于：横向框架11与纵向框架15固定连接；横向框架11上设有两个平行的滑动杆12；滑动杆12外侧设有配重块13；纵向框架15底部还设有底部横杆17；底部横杆17一端设有肘部支撑部立杆16和脚踏板19；肘部支撑部立杆16顶端设有肘部支撑垫18；肘部支撑垫18前端设置两个肘部扶手25；纵向框架15的立柱上还固定有悬杆20；悬杆20一端固定有背部支撑垫锁定结构21；背部支撑垫锁定结构22通过背部支撑垫固定杆23将背部支撑垫22固定；悬杆20中间处设有吊杆24；吊杆24连接配重块13；配重块13通过销钉14可以增减配重，所述肘部扶手（25）有两个，所述肘部扶手（25）安装在肘部支撑垫（18）两侧。
实施例一：如图3-图4所示，使用时，先通过销钉14调整配重块重量，脚部踩踏脚踏板19上，背部与背部支撑垫22相抵，肘部置于肘部支撑垫18上，双手握于肘部扶手25，双腿微屈，如图3所示。此时双腿可直立，如图4所示。如此反复，即达到了锻炼腿部用于背部的目的。

1.一种带有肘部扶手的小腿及背部锻炼器械，包括横向框架（11），滑动杆（12），配重块（13），底部横杆（17），背部支撑垫锁定结构（21），背部支撑垫（22），背部支撑垫固定杆（23），横向框架（11）上设有两个平行的滑动杆（12）；纵向框架（15）底部还设有底部横杆（17）；背部支撑垫锁定结构（21）通过背部支撑垫固定杆（23）将背部支撑垫（22）固定；还包括销钉（14），纵向框架（15），肘部支撑部立杆（16），肘部支撑垫（18），脚踏板（19），悬杆（20），吊杆（24），肘部扶手（25）;横向框架（11）与纵向框架（15）固定连接；滑动杆（12）外侧设有配重块（13）；底部横杆（17）一端设有肘部支撑部立杆（16）和脚踏板（19）；肘部支撑部立杆（16）顶端设有肘部支撑垫（18）；肘部支撑垫（18）前端设置两个肘部扶手（25）；纵向框架（15）的立柱上还固定有悬杆（20）；悬杆（20）一端固定有背部支撑垫锁定结构（21）；悬杆（20）中间处设有吊杆（24）；吊杆（24）连接配重块（13）；配重块（13）通过销钉（14）可以增减配重，所述肘部扶手（25）有两个，所述肘部扶手（25）安装在肘部支撑垫（18）两侧。
