Abstract
一种腹部推动健身器，属于体育器材领域。包括配重单元、施力支架、小插销、销轴、靠垫、座位、滑轮、绳索、大插销、机架、脚踏，施力支架通过销轴连接在机架上方座位的右侧，施力支架通过小插销固定在偏心轮支架上，绳索固定在施力支架偏心轮一端，另一端绕过滑轮进入配重单元的配重上，滑轮安装在机架中部立柱上，靠垫、座位及脚踏安装在机架上方位置，座位可通过大插销来调节，配重单元组装在机架左侧。使用时，人坐在座椅上，双脚平放在脚踏上，腰部靠在靠垫上。使用时，腹部用力向前推动施力支架滚轮，使其前后运动，此时固定在施力件偏心轮上的绳索做上下牵引运动，绳索绕过各滑轮后进入配重单元带动配重块做上下运动。

背景技术
随着全民健身运动的开展，增强体质、预防疾病、调节心理，在现代社会生活中具有积极的作用。目前，虽然有许多健身器材，对于腹部锻炼的还比较少，并且受时间和场地的限制满足不了这种愿望。该器械是一种利用短短的休息时间进行腹部锻炼，既可以节省时间，又可以起到锻炼身体的健身器材，以满足人们的生活要求。
体育锻炼由于受场地器械的限制，在体育训练中经常发生受伤现象，重者瘫痪，轻者腰酸腿疼，给身体带来许多不便。该器械能够在训练中带来辅助的练习效果，也可以在家庭和办公娱乐场所使用，是学校及家庭必备的健身器械。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足，本发明要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，操作实用，不受场地和时间限制的腹部推动健身器。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该腹部推动健身器，其特征在于：包括配重单元、施力支架、小插销、销轴、靠垫、座位、滑轮、绳索、大插销、机架、脚踏，施力支架通过销轴连接在机架上方座位的右侧，施力支架通过小插销固定在偏心轮支架上，绳索固定在施力支架偏心轮一端，另一端绕过滑轮进入配重单元的配重上，滑轮安装在机架中部立柱上，靠垫、座位及脚踏安装在机架上方位置，座位可通过大插销来调节，配重单元组装在机架左侧。
使用时，人坐在座椅上，双脚平放在脚踏上，腰部靠在靠垫上。使用时，腹部用力向前推动施力支架滚轮，使其前后运动，此时固定在施力件偏心轮上的绳索做上下牵引运动，绳索绕过各滑轮后进入配重单元带动配重块做上下运动。如此往复数次，可起到锻炼腹部肌肉的目的。

与现有技术相比，本发明所具有的有益效果是：通过安装缓冲垫，增加安全系数。本发明具有健腹功能，对消除腹部疲劳，减轻肌肉酸痛，促进血液循环。对活动不方便的中老年人病人起到增加运动，促进康复作用。本发明结构简单，体积小、不受场地和时间限制，搬运方便，容易操作。

下面结合附图对本发明腹部推动健身器作进一步说明：如图所示：腹部推动健身器，其特征在于：包括配重单元、施力支架、小插销、销轴、靠垫、座位、滑轮、绳索、大插销、机架、脚踏，施力支架（2）通过销轴（4）连接在机架（10）上方座位（6）的右侧，施力支架（2）通过小插销（3）固定在偏心轮支架上，绳索（8）固定在施力支架（2）偏心轮一端，另一端绕过滑轮（7）进入配重单元（1）的配重上，滑轮（7）安装在机架中部立柱上，靠垫（5）、座位（6）及脚踏（11）安装在机架（10）上方位置，座位（6）可通过大插销（9）来调节，配重单元（1）组装在机架（10）左侧。

1.腹部推动健身器，其特征在于：包括配重单元、施力支架、小插销、销轴、靠垫、座位、滑轮、绳索、大插销、机架、脚踏，施力支架（2）通过销轴（4）连接在机架（10）上方座位（6）的右侧，施力支架（2）通过小插销（3）固定在偏心轮支架上，绳索（8）固定在施力支架（2）偏心轮一端，另一端绕过滑轮（7）进入配重单元（1）的配重上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的腹部推动健身器，其特征在于：滑轮（7）安装在机架中部立柱上，靠垫（5）、座位（6）及脚踏（11）安装在机架（10）上方位置，座位（6）可通过大插销（9）来调节，配重单元（1）组装在机架（10）左侧。
