本发明涉及一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂:24‑43份、颜填料:10‑33份、碳纳米管:6‑10份、石墨烯:6‑10份、氢氧化镁:6‑10份、蒙脱土:4‑8份、Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.01‑1份、有机硅消泡剂:0.01‑1份、水:34‑56份。本发明的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料具有良好的环保性,并且本发明使用多种成分科学复配使用,得到的涂料具有优异的附着性、力学性能、成膜性能、阻燃性、抗菌性、导电性,是一种品质优异的涂料。

一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体的涉及一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料。
背景技术
阻燃涂料,又可称为防火涂料,是指涂覆在木材、纸、纤维、塑料等易燃建筑基材或涂刷于电缆、金属构件等物体表面的一类涂料的总称。阻燃涂料能隔离火焰、推迟可燃基材的着火时间、延缓火焰在物体表面的传播速度、阻滞火灾的迅速蔓延,也可以提高构件的耐火极限,推迟结构破坏,起到防火保护和装饰作用,还能防腐、防锈、耐酸碱、防烟雾等。
导电涂料是一种具有导电和排除积累静电荷能力的功能性涂料,其发展至今已有半个多世纪的历史。随着导电涂料研究开发的不断深入,其应用也日益广泛,在电子、建筑、航空等领域具有重要的应用价值,尤其在导电、抗静电方面有很大的实用价值。
常用的导电填料有金属粉末和碳系粉末,其中金属粉末作为填料制备的涂料具有较好的导电性能,但金属密度大,在涂料中易沉降,且在服役期间容易氧化导致涂层导电性能下降甚至失去导电性能。相比金属填料而言,碳系导电填料具有密度小、耐腐蚀和导电性能稳定等优点。
随着社会的发展,人们的日常生活及建筑物、船舶、循环冷却水等很多领域都存在着抗菌需求。因此,开发具有抗菌功能的涂料是涂料工业发展的方向之一。在涂料中添加一定适宜的、能稳定存在的抗菌材料,即可制成抗菌涂料。抗菌涂料可直接涂装在各种材料上,因其使用方便而备受关注。
中国专利申请CN 101210124 A公开了一种导电涂料及其制备方法,所述涂料按重量比计,包括下列组分:成膜物质30~55%,导电涂料助剂1~10%,混合稀释剂40~69%;其中,所述的成膜物质包括金属粉末,其含量是导电漆料重量比的15~30%。该专利采用金属粉末作为涂料的导电成分,虽然具有优异的导电性,但成本也相对较高,且耐腐蚀性不好,金属污染严重。
发明内容
本发明根据现有技术的不足,提供了一种阻燃性能、抗菌性能及导电能力均十分优异的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:24-43份;
颜填料:10-33份;
碳纳米管:6-10份;
石墨烯:6-10份;
氢氧化镁:6-10份;
蒙脱土:4-8份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.01-1份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.01-1份;
水:34-56份。
进一步的,所述水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:30-38份;
颜填料:15-29份;
碳纳米管:7-9份;
石墨烯:7-9份;
氢氧化镁:7-9份;
蒙脱土:5-7份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.3-0.8份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.3-0.8份;
水:40-50份。
进一步的,所述水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:34份;
颜填料:22份;
碳纳米管:8份;
石墨烯:8份;
氢氧化镁:8份;
蒙脱土:6份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.5份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.5份;
水:45份。
进一步的,所述颜填料为碳酸钙、硫酸钡、云母粉、滑石粉中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述Ag/TiO2抗菌剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
将0.5g二氧化钛分散于250mL乙醇中,超声分散30min,放入光化学反应器中,通入氮气30min,加入5mL(1mg/mL)的硝酸银,打开紫外灯照射1h。再加入10mL的硝酸银,反应1h,离心分离,干燥。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:具有良好的环保性,并且本发明使用多种成分科学复配使用,得到的涂料具有优异的附着性、力学性能、成膜性能、阻燃性、抗菌性、导电性,是一种品质优异的涂料。

实施例1
一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:34份;
硫酸钡:22份;
碳纳米管:8份;
石墨烯:8份;
氢氧化镁:8份;
蒙脱土:6份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.5份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.5份;
水:45份。
实施例2
一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:24份;
碳酸钙:22份;
滑石粉:11份;
碳纳米管:6份;
石墨烯:6份;
氢氧化镁:6份;
蒙脱土:4份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.01份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.01份;
水:34份。
实施例3
一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:43份;
碳酸钙:4份;
云母粉:11份;
碳纳米管:10份;
石墨烯:10份;
氢氧化镁:10份;
蒙脱土:8份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:1份;
有机硅消泡剂:1份;
水:56份。
实施例4
一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:24份;
硫酸钡:29份;
碳纳米管:7份;
石墨烯:9份;
氢氧化镁:9份;
蒙脱土:5份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.3份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.8份;
水:40份。
实施例5
一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
水性丙烯酸树脂:24份;
碳酸钙:2份;
云母粉:8份;
碳纳米管:9份;
石墨烯:7份;
氢氧化镁:7份;
蒙脱土:7份;
Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.8份;
有机硅消泡剂:0.3份;
水:50份。
对比例1
除组分中未添加Ag/TiO2抗菌剂外,其他组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例2
除组分中未添加碳纳米管和石墨烯外,其他组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
对比例3
除组分中未添加氢氧化镁和蒙脱土外,其他组分及制备方法与实施例1相同。
抗菌涂膜性能测试
为更好地证明本发明所提供的一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料具有优异的效果,选取实施例1、2、3、4、5与对比例1、2、3分别辊涂于应用物体表面,所得涂膜进行下表所述性能测试。

结果表明:
由表1可见,实施例1-5制备涂膜均平整光滑,无脱膜开裂现象,具有优异的附着性、力学性能、成膜性能、阻燃性、抗菌性、导电性。表1与表2对比可知,其中实施例1-5涂料的体积电阻系数均达到107级别,比对比例2体积电阻系数小很多,导电性能十分优异,表明碳纳米管和石墨烯的添加使涂料具有优异的导电性能;添加抗菌剂的实施例1-5涂料的抗菌率均较高,并且远高于对比例1,表明其抗菌性能十分优异,表明Ag/TiO2抗菌剂的添加使涂料具有优异的抗菌性能;添加氢氧化镁和蒙脱土的实施例1-5涂料的阻燃性均较好,远好于对比例3,表明氢氧化镁和蒙脱土的添加使涂料具有很好的阻燃性能。

1.一种水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂:24-43份、颜填料:10-33份、碳纳米管:6-10份、石墨烯:6-10份、氢氧化镁:6-10份、蒙脱土:4-8份、Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.01-1份、有机硅消泡剂:0.01-1份、水:34-56份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂:30-38份、颜填料:15-29份、碳纳米管:7-9份、石墨烯:7-9份、氢氧化镁:7-9份、蒙脱土:5-7份、Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.3-0.8份、有机硅消泡剂:0.3-0.8份、水:40-50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:水性丙烯酸树脂:34份、颜填料:22份、碳纳米管:8份、石墨烯:8份、氢氧化镁:8份、蒙脱土:6份、Ag/TiO2抗菌剂:0.5份、有机硅消泡剂:0.5份、水:45份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,其特征在于,所述颜填料为碳酸钙、硫酸钡、云母粉、滑石粉中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的水性阻燃抗菌导电涂料,其特征在于,所述Ag/TiO2抗菌剂,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
将0.5g二氧化钛分散于250mL乙醇中,超声分散30min,放入光化学反应器中,通入氮气30min,加入5mL(1mg/mL)的硝酸银,打开紫外灯照射1h。再加入10mL的硝酸银,反应1h,离心分离,干燥。
