背景技术
现有印花机在进行多色套印时会出现套印不准的情况,尤其是一边套印准确,另一边套印不准,如出现这种问题就更难以处理,如要解决此时产生的问题就需要重新更换印版辊,再重新组装进行印刷,如是这样就会给企业增加许多费用,既费时又费工,而且新印版辊上机后需要重新进行套印调节和试印,费时和费料,从而印品质量受到很大影响,延误交货周期,影响企业信誉。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种保证套印准确,提高印花机效率,生产出高品质的印花产品的印花机倾斜调版机构。
本发明的任务是这样完成的,其特征在于:墙板的下侧固定有支座,所述支座上用销钉固定有直线电机,所述直线电机的电机轴上通过销钉连有偏心套,偏心套内孔里装有版辊轴通过轴承支撑,所述墙板的上侧通过螺钉固定有压块。安装压块的目的是在偏心套转动时达到轴向限位,偏心套外圆中心来作倾斜调整。

具体实施方式
结合以上附图详细描述实施例,墙板的下侧固定有支座6,所述支座6上用销钉固定有直线电机5,所述直线电机的电机轴上通过销钉连有偏心套4,偏心套内孔8里装有版辊轴3通过轴承2支撑,版辊轴穿配在印版辊7加工的轴孔里,所述墙板的上侧通过螺钉固定有压块1,安装压块的目的是在偏心套转动时达到轴向限位。
印花机在工作时版辊轴出现倾斜时是由直线电机来控制倾斜调版,所述直线电机内装有电位器,电位器与控制器电性连接,电位器输出信号由控制器显示倾斜调版量的大小,并且在直线电机内置有微动开关限位,保证安全可靠。
印花机在工作时,当发现其中一边套印不准时,就可以在操控台的触摸屏上,按动相应的倾斜调整按钮,使直线电机带动偏心套转动相应的量,偏心套转动使在偏心套内孔中心的轴承和版辊轴的中心位置发生改变,使版辊倾斜一定的角度,从而实现倾斜调整印花图案的目的,保证套印精度和印品的质量。
