Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of food and beverage, and particularly relates to a medicinal and edible composition and application thereof, a plant beverage and a preparation method thereof. The medicinal and edible composition is prepared from, by weight, 0.1-30 parts of honey, 0.3-0.5 part of liquorice, 2-3 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1-3 parts of lotus seed, 0.3-0.5 part of hawthorn, 0.1-0.2 part of dried orange peel, 0.05-0.2 part of platycodon grandiflorum, 0.1-0.2 part of poria cocos, 0.1-0.2 part of dried ginger, 1-3 parts of chrysanthemum, 8-10 parts of mint, 0.1-0.2 part of honeysuckle, 0.05-0.2 part of radix puerariae and 0.01-0.15 part of menthol. The medicinal and edible composition and the plant beverage have obvious effects of clearing and moistening the throat, use medicinal and edible natural herbaceous plants as main raw materials, are sugar-free and low-energy beverages, have small weight burden, and are suitable for most consumers to drink, particularly patients with sore throat.

Background
Cough and throat discomfort can be caused by cold, excessive use of throat, smoking, haze and the like, and sphagitis is caused. Pharyngolaryngitis is a disease caused by bacteria, and is divided into acute pharyngolaryngitis and chronic pharyngolaryngitis. At present, throat-moistening products are mostly in the form of syrup or hard candy, for example, the invention patent with publication/publication number of CN104041649A discloses a breath-refreshing throat-moistening candy containing traditional Chinese medicine plant extracts and a preparation method thereof, wherein the throat-moistening candy is prepared from reed rhizome, tuckahoe, cardamom, agastache rugosus, angelica dahurica, dried orange peel, liquorice, clove, isomaltitol, menthol, acesulfame potassium, eucalyptus oil, edible essence and green tea powder; also, for example, the invention patent with publication/publication number CN102550782A discloses a herbal cool throat-moistening candy, which is prepared by processing the following raw materials: 4-5 parts of Hangzhou white chrysanthemum extract, 4-5 parts of licorice extract, 4-5 parts of isatis root extract, 4-5 parts of honeysuckle extract, 1-2 parts of mint extract, 1-2 parts of mulberry leaf extract, 3-5 parts of fructus momordicae extract, 1-2 parts of dandelion extract, 40-60 parts of starch syrup and 50-70 parts of white granulated sugar.
However, the existing throat moistening product has higher sweetness and slow relieving effect, and cannot meet the requirements of consumers. Thus, there is a need to provide a throat-moistening product that has a better and faster throat-moistening effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides a medicinal and edible composition and application thereof, a plant beverage and a preparation method thereof. The plant beverage has effects of clearing heat from throat and moistening throat, and has low weight burden and good stability.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

In an embodiment provided by the invention, the medicinal and edible composition is prepared from 30 parts by weight of honey, 0.4 part by weight of liquorice, 2 parts by weight of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 2 parts by weight of lotus seed, 0.4 part by weight of hawthorn, 0.1 part by weight of dried orange peel, 0.1 part by weight of platycodon root, 0.1 part by weight of poria cocos, 0.1 part by weight of dried ginger, 3 parts by weight of chrysanthemum, 10 parts by weight of mint, 0.1 part by weight of honeysuckle, 0.1 part by weight of kudzu root and 0.05 part by weight of menthol.
In another embodiment provided by the invention, the medicinal and edible composition is prepared from 20 parts by weight of honey, 0.3 part by weight of liquorice, 2.5 parts by weight of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 3 parts by weight of lotus seed, 0.5 part by weight of hawthorn, 0.15 part by weight of dried orange peel, 0.2 part by weight of platycodon root, 0.15 part by weight of poria cocos, 0.2 part by weight of dried ginger, 1 part by weight of chrysanthemum, 9 parts by weight of mint, 0.15 part by weight of honeysuckle, 0.2 part by weight of kudzu root and 0.01 part by weight of menthol.
In another embodiment provided by the invention, the medicinal and edible composition is prepared from, by weight, 0.1 part of honey, 0.5 part of liquorice, 3 parts of scaphium scaphigerum, 0.1 part of lotus seed, 0.3 part of hawthorn, 0.2 part of dried orange peel, 0.05 part of platycodon grandiflorum, 0.2 part of poria cocos, 0.15 part of dried ginger, 2 parts of chrysanthemum, 8 parts of mint, 0.2 part of honeysuckle, 0.05 part of radix puerariae and 0.15 part of menthol.
Preferably, the preparation method of the medicinal and edible composition comprises the following steps:
step 1: extracting Glycyrrhrizae radix, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, semen Nelumbinis, fructus crataegi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, Poria, Zingiberis rhizoma, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Lonicerae, and radix Puerariae with water;
step 2: adding mint into the water extract obtained in the step 1 for water extraction to obtain a filtrate;
and step 3: mixing the filtrate with Mel and Mentholum.
Preferably, the step 1 aqueous extraction is: adding water which is 20-40 times of the weight of the raw materials for water extraction, wherein the water extraction temperature is 90-95 ℃, and the water extraction time is 18-22 min.
Preferably, the step 1 aqueous extraction is: adding water 30 times the weight of the raw materials, and extracting with water at 95 deg.C for 20 min.
Preferably, the step 2 aqueous extraction is: adding water 30 times the weight of herba Menthae, and extracting with water at 95 deg.C for 20 min.
The invention also provides application of the medicinal and edible composition in preparation of medicines or health-care foods with the effects of clearing and moistening throat.
The invention also provides a plant beverage, wherein each 10000 parts of the plant beverage comprise, by weight, 0.1-20 parts of honey, 0.3-0.5 part of liquorice, 2-3 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1-3 parts of lotus seed, 0.3-0.5 part of hawthorn, 0.1-0.2 part of dried orange peel, 0.05-0.2 part of platycodon root, 0.1-0.2 part of poria cocos, 0.1-0.2 part of dried ginger, 1-3 parts of chrysanthemum, 8-10 parts of mint, 0.1-0.2 part of honeysuckle, 0.05-0.2 part of kudzu root, 0.01-0.15 part of menthol, 0.1-0.4 part of natural sweetener, 15-40 parts of white granulated sugar and 0.05-0.1 part of sucralose.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the plant beverage, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: extracting Glycyrrhrizae radix, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, semen Nelumbinis, fructus crataegi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, Poria, Zingiberis rhizoma, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Lonicerae, and radix Puerariae with water;
step 2: adding mint into the water extract obtained in the step 1 for water extraction to obtain a filtrate;
and step 3: mixing the filtrate with white sugar, Mel, Mentholum, natural sweetener, and sucralose, standing, centrifuging, diluting to desired volume, and sterilizing to obtain plant beverage.

0.1g of honey, 0.4g of liquorice, 2g of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1g of lotus seed, 0.4g of hawthorn, 0.1g of dried orange peel, 0.1g of platycodon root, 0.1g of tuckahoe, 0.1g of dried ginger, 3g of chrysanthemum, 0.1g of honeysuckle, 0.1g of kudzu root and 0.05g of menthol;
the procedure was the same as in example 1.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example medicinal and edible composition mainly comprises the following raw materials by weight (compared with example 1, chrysanthemum is absent):
0.1g of honey, 0.4g of liquorice, 2g of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1g of lotus seed, 0.4g of hawthorn, 0.1g of dried orange peel, 0.1g of platycodon root, 0.1g of tuckahoe, 0.1g of dried ginger, 10g of mint, 0.1g of honeysuckle, 0.1g of kudzu root and 0.05g of menthol;
the procedure was the same as in example 1.
Test example 1:
clinical treatment research is carried out on patients with throat discomfort, and the effectiveness of the product is determined.
1. Case selection: 400 patients suffering from pharyngolaryngitis and having throat discomfort with peculiar smell are observed, and are divided into 8 groups by double blindness at random, and each group comprises 50 patients.

The method has the following advantages: the symptoms improved after three days of administration, and most of the symptoms were relieved or disappeared after one week.
And (4) invalidation: the symptoms are not obviously changed or improved after the medicine is taken.

the manufacturing process comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: weighing the raw materials according to the composition proportion for later use;
the second step is that: cleaning Glycyrrhrizae radix, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, semen Nelumbinis, fructus crataegi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, Poria, Zingiberis rhizoma, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Lonicerae, radix Puerariae and fructus Siraitiae Grosvenorii, cutting herba Menthae into 4-5cm segments, and cleaning;
the third step: carrying out primary 95-DEG C hot water extraction on the washed herbs except the mint in the alkaline ionized water with the PH of 8.0 which is 30 times of that of the herbs for 20min, adding the mint, adding the alkaline ionized water with the PH of 8.0 which is 30 times of that of the mint for secondary water extraction at the water extraction temperature of 95 ℃ for 20min, and filtering, standing, centrifuging and removing slag to obtain filtrate for later use;
the fourth step: adding white granulated sugar, honey, menthol, sucralose and mogroside into the filtrate obtained in the third step, stirring uniformly, standing, centrifuging, fixing the volume, sterilizing, and finally filling at 20-25 ℃;
the standing temperature in the third step and the fourth step is 80 ℃ for 40 min.
Test example 2 evaluation test of taste of throat-moistening plant drink
The throat-moistening plant beverages of examples 5 and 6 are assigned to people with swollen and sore throat in Shanghai for tasting, the number of people is 30 in total, and the test subjects generally believe that the throat-moistening plant beverage has good sweetness, is cool after entering the mouth and has traditional Chinese medicine taste, compared with throat-moistening products such as throat-moistening sugar and syrup eaten by the test subjects before, 90% of the test subjects believe that the throat-moistening plant beverage has better mouthfeel and is more convenient to eat, and 10% of the test subjects believe that the difference is not large. Of these, 80% of the subjects considered better acceptance in example 5.
Test example 3 throat-moistening effect test
Subject: mainly aiming at patients with swollen and sore throat, the patients are divided into A, B groups and 15 patients respectively.
Group A: the throat-moistening plant beverage of the embodiment 5 of the invention is dispatched to the patient with the symptoms, and the administration method comprises the following steps: 2 bottles are taken one day, and 250mL is taken in 1 bottle, and the drink is ready to drink.
Group B: 15 patients with the above symptoms did not take the throat-moistening beverage described in example 5, but only take the placebo herbal flavored water added with the same white granulated sugar, and the taking method is the same as that of group A.
The throat-moistening curative effect is investigated after taking for 3, 7 and 10 days, and the test results are shown in tables 2 and 3:

Group A: the experimental result shows that 12 people show that a certain symptom which shows the sore throat is relieved after the medicine is taken for 3 days, 3 people show that the effect is not obvious, 11 people show that the symptom of the sore throat is better and better after the medicine is taken for 7 days, 2 people show that the symptom of the sore throat is relieved, and 2 people show that the effect is not obvious; after 10 days of taking, 9 people show that the symptoms of the sore throat are obviously improved, 4 people show that the symptoms of the sore throat are improved, 1 person shows that the symptoms of the sore throat are relieved, and 1 person shows that the effect is not obvious. Only one person of the above test population showed a slight weight gain (1% rise).
Group B: the experimental result shows that after 3 days of taking, 2 people show that a certain symptom of swollen sore throat is relieved, 13 people show that the effect is not obvious, 1 person shows that the symptom of swollen sore throat is improved after 7 days of taking, 4 people show that the symptom of swollen sore throat is relieved, and 10 people show that the effect is not obvious; after 10 days of taking, 4 people show that the symptoms of the sore throat are obviously improved, 5 people show that the symptoms of the sore throat are improved, 4 people show that the symptoms of the sore throat are relieved, and 2 people show that the effect is not obvious. In 3 of the above test populations, a slight weight gain (1-5% rise) occurred.
The test result shows that the throat-moistening plant beverage disclosed in the specific example 5 has an obvious effect of relieving sore throat, and meanwhile, the low-sugar beverage has little influence on the body weight of a patient and does not increase burden on body metabolism.
Similar experiments are carried out on the bitter tea beverage described in the specific example 6, and the results are similar to those of the specific example 5, which show that the bitter tea beverage has obvious effect of relieving sore throat and has little influence on body weight after drinking the bitter tea beverage.
Discussion: from the experimental results, the low-sugar throat-moistening plant beverage provided by the invention provides better cooling, moderate sweetness and good taste of traditional Chinese medicines than similar products such as throat-moistening sugar, throat-moistening syrup and the like, and has a good health-care function of clearing and benefiting throat. The burden of energy intake of modern people can be relieved through low sugar, low energy and other requirements, and the weight cannot be obviously influenced.
Test example 4 low-sugar throat-moistening plant beverage stability test:
the low-sugar throat-moistening plant beverages of examples 5 and 6 were stored in 37 ℃ incubators at the same time, and the amount of precipitates were measured after 0, 4, 8, and 12 weeks of storage. The results are shown in the following table:

As is clear from the above, in examples 5 and 6, the low-sugar throat-moistening plant beverage showed less precipitation and good stability.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

or the medicinal and edible composition is prepared from 30 parts by weight of honey, 0.4 part by weight of liquorice, 2 parts by weight of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 2 parts by weight of lotus seed, 0.4 part by weight of hawthorn, 0.1 part by weight of dried orange peel, 0.1 part by weight of platycodon grandiflorum, 0.1 part by weight of poria cocos, 0.1 part by weight of dried ginger, 3 parts by weight of chrysanthemum, 10 parts by weight of mint, 0.1 part by weight of honeysuckle, 0.1 part by weight of kudzu root and 0.05 part by weight of;

the preparation method of the medicinal and edible composition comprises the following steps:
step 1: extracting Glycyrrhrizae radix, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, semen Nelumbinis, fructus crataegi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, Poria, Zingiberis rhizoma, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Lonicerae, and radix Puerariae with water;
step 2: adding mint into the water extract obtained in the step 1 for water extraction to obtain a filtrate;
and step 3: mixing the filtrate with Mel and Mentholum;
step 1 water extraction comprises: adding water which is 20-40 times of the weight of the raw materials to carry out water extraction, wherein the water extraction temperature is 90-95 ℃, and the water extraction time is 18-22 min;
step 2, water extraction comprises the following steps: adding water 30 times the weight of herba Menthae, and extracting with water at 95 deg.C for 20 min.

A plant beverage is characterized in that each 10000 parts of the plant beverage comprise, by weight, 0.1-20 parts of honey, 0.3-0.5 part of liquorice, 2-3 parts of boat-fruited sterculia seed, 0.1-3 parts of lotus seed, 0.3-0.5 part of hawthorn, 0.1-0.2 part of dried orange peel, 0.05-0.2 part of platycodon root, 0.1-0.2 part of tuckahoe, 0.1-0.2 part of dried ginger, 1-3 parts of chrysanthemum, 8-10 parts of mint, 0.1-0.2 part of honeysuckle, 0.05-0.2 part of kudzu root, 0.01-0.15 part of menthol, 0.1-0.4 part of natural sweetener, 15-40 parts of white granulated sugar and 0.05-0.1 part of sucralose.

6. A method of preparing a vegetable beverage as claimed in any one of claims 3 to 5, comprising the steps of:
step 1: extracting Glycyrrhrizae radix, semen Scaphii Lychnophori, semen Nelumbinis, fructus crataegi, pericarpium Citri Tangerinae, radix Platycodi, Poria, Zingiberis rhizoma, flos Chrysanthemi, flos Lonicerae, and radix Puerariae with water;
step 2: adding mint into the water extract obtained in the step 1 for water extraction to obtain a filtrate;
and step 3: mixing the filtrate with white granulated sugar, honey, menthol, natural sweetener and sucralose, standing, centrifuging, fixing volume, and sterilizing to obtain the plant beverage.

The method of claim 6, wherein the water extraction of step 1 is: adding water which is 20-40 times of the weight of the raw materials to carry out water extraction, wherein the water extraction temperature is 90-95 ℃, and the water extraction time is 18-22 min; step 2, the water extraction comprises the following steps: adding water with the weight 20-40 times that of the mint for water extraction, wherein the water extraction temperature is 90-95 ℃, and the water extraction time is 18-22 min.
