一种高强耐火保温浇注料
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,特别涉及一种高强耐火保温浇注料及其制备方法。
背景技术
高炉、热风炉管道等中,为了保证高温气体在输送过程中的温度,在管道内要砌筑耐火材料。在高温窑炉使用中,为保证窑炉的保温效果,同时提高窑炉内衬使用寿命,常采用由重质砖和轻质耐火材料组合砌筑,导致窑炉内衬热容量大,热效率降低。由于传统轻质节能材料具有气孔率大,吸水率高,强度相对较低,保温节能效果差的缺陷,不能直接用于工作层,必须用多层耐火材料砌筑,也使得管径增大,这使得设备重量和体积增加,材料消耗和成本增加。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种质量轻、强度高、导热系数低、整体性好的窑炉用耐火节能浇注料及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种高强耐火保温浇注料,包括以下组分原料及重量份:包括以下组分原料及重量份:1-8mm轻质镁白云石50-55份,珍珠岩生矿5-10份,1-0mm轻质博耐特10-25份,200目轻质叶蜡石粉5-10份,325目轻质莫来石细粉5-10份,硅微粉5-10份,粒径2~3μm的Al2O3 微粉5-10份,铝酸盐水泥3-8份,0.25-1.5mm玻化微珠5-10份,六偏磷酸钠0.31份,防爆纤维0.3份。
优选的,所述轻质镁白云石由粒径1-3mm和3-8mm的两种颗粒级配而成,粒径3-8mm的颗粒占轻质镁白云石总重量的40%。
优选的,所述珍珠岩生矿的粒度为0-1mm。
优选的,所述氯化铝溶液的比重为1.25克每立方厘米。
优选的,所述防爆纤维为直径3μm,长度8mm的聚丙烯纤维。
一种高强耐火保温浇注料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将方案中的各种原料加入搅拌机中搅拌混合,加入占其重量10-12%的氯化铝溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌好的物料注入模具,震动成型,养护24后进行烘烧,温度达到100℃时保温4h,温度达到450℃时保温8h,即可投入使用。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明采用轻质镁白云石、轻质博耐特、玻化微珠作为基体,材料导热系数小,化学性质稳定,对酸、碱都有良好的抵抗性,隔热效果好、耐侵蚀。
本发明采用轻质叶蜡石粉,轻质莫来石细粉,硅微粉,粒径2~3μm的Al2O3 微粉,作为细粉填充骨料间的间隙,骨料表面凹凸不平,增大与细粉之间的接触比表面积,使得两者结合更紧密;采用氯化铝溶液、高铝水泥、珍珠岩生矿,硅微粉和Al2O3 微粉作为基质结合物质,通过氯化铝溶液化学结合作用将细粉和骨料粘结在一起高温下,同时在高温下可以生成反应产物磷酸铝,磷酸钙等物质,把骨料和细粉牢固的结合在一起,促进多相融合,从而提高浇注料的整体结合强度;其中的珍珠岩生矿是一种轻质料,随温度升高体积会膨胀,可以改变轻质材料随温度升高收缩线变化大的缺陷,不会导致轻质材料收缩变形,其高温下的膨胀正好可以逐步抵消材料的收缩,提高材料的稳定性。其比膨胀珍珠岩具有优异的性能,一是成本降低无需煅烧,而是膨胀珍珠岩经过煅烧后,不会继续膨胀,随温度升高只会导致轻质材料收缩。
本发明通过添加防爆纤维提高轻质材料中低温下的透气性,防爆纤维在烘烧过程软化、收缩、熔化,最后形成气孔并碳化,在材料内部形成网络气孔,打开通道,不仅可减轻材料内部应力,同时内部产生的微孔又能降低导热率,提高节能效果。因此,通过整个技术方案就可以实现材料内部结合牢固,同时可以实现低导热,体积不收缩不膨胀保持体积稳定的性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种高强耐火保温浇注料,包括以下组分原料及重量份:1-8mm轻质镁白云石50份,珍珠岩生矿10份,1-0mm轻质博耐特10份,200目轻质叶蜡石粉5份,325目轻质莫来石细粉10份,硅微粉5份,粒径2~3μm的Al2O3 微粉5份,铝酸盐水泥3份,0.25-1.5mm玻化微珠5份,六偏磷酸钠0.31份,防爆纤维0.3份。
按如下步骤制备浇注料:将方案中的各种原料加入搅拌机中搅拌混合,加入占其重量12%的氯化铝溶液搅拌均匀,搅拌好的物料注入模具,震动成型,养护24后进行烘烧,温度达到100℃时保温4h,温度达到450℃时保温8h,即可投入使用。

一种高强耐火保温浇注料,包括以下组分原料及重量份:1-8mm轻质镁白云石55份,珍珠岩生矿5份,1-0mm轻质博耐特10份,200目轻质叶蜡石粉5份,325目轻质莫来石细粉5份,硅微粉5份,粒径2~3μm的Al2O3 微粉5份,铝酸盐水泥3份,0.25-1.5mm玻化微珠5份,六偏磷酸钠0.31份,防爆纤维0.3份。
