Abstract
本发明提供了一种复合包装膜的加工方法,其特征在于:该复合包装膜由高聚合物层、金属复合层以及内阻隔层、外阻隔层组成。该复合包装膜的制造方法是:(1)PET12与AL20预合;(2)PET12/AL20复合材料与PETRA30预合;(3)PET12/AL20/PETRA30与EVOH混合物层复合;(4)切分成捆。有益效果:本发明采用在高阻隔复合包装膜增加了EVOH混合物层,提高了膜体本身的强度,有效克服了原有产品强度低、易撕破、折叠时易断裂的缺陷,提高了膜体的硬度,阻水、阻气性能好,并且具备了适应外部温湿度等环境状况变化的能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高阻隔复合包装膜,尤其是涉及一种复合包装膜的加工方法。
背景技术
目前,高阻隔复合包装膜由保护层、铝箔层和阻隔层组成,以往的阻隔层的材料为PVDC(聚偏二氯乙烯),其透明性、光泽性、机械强度、伸缩性、耐磨性、耐寒性和表面强度都不理想。再有铝箔层也是复合包装膜包装材料中唯一的金属箔类,包装上具有很长的应用时间,其阻水、阻气、遮光、等阻隔保护性能是其它任何包装材料所难以匹敌的,是至今尚不能完全代替的包装材料,又同时具有一定的对氧气和水蒸气的阻隔功能,而一般铝箔的延展性不佳、厚度很低、极易撕破、折叠时候易断裂、单位面积重量比较重,易产生孔眼等自身性能缺陷保护性差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合包装膜的加工方法,解决现有的复合包装膜延展性不佳、厚度低、单位面积重量比较重、保护性能不理想的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合包装膜的加工方法,其特征在于:该复合包装膜由高聚合物层、金属复合层以及内阻隔层、外阻隔层组成,所述的高聚合物层为PET12材质的聚酯膜层,所述的金属复合层为AL20材质的铝箔层,所述的外阻隔层为PETRA30的热封膜层,所述的内阻隔层为EVOH混合物层,
该复合包装膜通过以下步骤完成:
(1)PET12与AL20预合: PET12材料和AL20材料各在45℃-65℃的干燥间中干燥20-24小时,PET12与AL20之间通过加入有机胶水后,再经55℃-68℃的干燥间中干燥22-24小时;
(2)PET12/AL20复合材料与PETRA30预合:PET12/AL20复合材料在经58℃-62℃的干燥间中干燥22小时后入薄膜复合机,通过薄膜复合机冷却,用复合胶水整平压合在一起;
(3)PET12/AL20/ PETRA30与EVOH混合物层复合:PET12/AL20/ PETRA30的复合层经55℃-67℃的干燥间中干燥23-24小时后与EVOH混合物层复合,经46℃-50℃的薄膜复合机再加入醋酸乙脂胶合剂整平压合成型;
(4)切分成捆。
作为优选,所述的EVOH混合物层为聚丙烯和苯乙烯-乙烯-乙二醇酯-丁烯-苯乙烯共聚物混合物。
有益效果:本发明采用在高阻隔复合包装膜增加了EVOH混合物层,提高了膜体本身的强度,有效克服了原有产品强度低、易撕破、折叠时易断裂的缺陷,提高了膜体的硬度,阻水、阻气性能好,并且具备了适应外部温湿度等环境状况变化的能力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种复合包装膜的加工方法,其特征在于:该复合包装膜由高聚合物层、金属复合层以及内阻隔层、外阻隔层组成,所述的高聚合物层为PET12材质的聚酯膜层,所述的金属复合层为AL20材质的铝箔层,所述的外阻隔层为PETRA30的热封膜层,所述的内阻隔层为EVOH混合物层;
该复合包装膜的制造方法是:
(1)PET12与AL20预合: PET12材料和AL20材料各在50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时,PET12与AL20之间通过加入有机胶水后,再经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时;
(2)PET12/AL20复合材料与PETRA30预合:PET12/AL20复合材料在经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时后入薄膜复合机,通过薄膜复合机冷却,用复合胶水整平压合在一起;
(3)PET12/AL20/ PETRA30与EVOH混合物层复合:PET12/AL20/ PETRA30的复合层经50℃-60℃的干燥间中干燥24小时后与EVOH混合物层复合经40℃-45℃的薄膜复合机再加入醋酸乙脂胶合剂整平压合成型;
(4)切分成捆。
具有的,所述的EVOH混合物层为聚丙烯和苯乙烯-乙烯-乙二醇酯-丁烯- 苯乙烯共聚物混合物。

1.一种复合包装膜的加工方法,其特征在于:该复合包装膜由高聚合物层、金属复合层以及内阻隔层、外阻隔层组成,所述的高聚合物层为PET12材质的聚酯膜层,所述的金属复合层为AL20材质的铝箔层,所述的外阻隔层为PETRA30的热封膜层,所述的内阻隔层为EVOH混合物层,
该复合包装膜通过以下步骤完成:
(1)PET12与AL20预合: PET12材料和AL20材料各在45℃-65℃的干燥间中干燥20-24小时,PET12与AL20之间通过加入有机胶水后,再经55℃-68℃的干燥间中干燥22-24小时;
(2)PET12/AL20复合材料与PETRA30预合:PET12/AL20复合材料在经58℃-62℃的干燥间中干燥22小时后入薄膜复合机,通过薄膜复合机冷却,用复合胶水整平压合在一起;
(3)PET12/AL20/ PETRA30与EVOH混合物层复合:PET12/AL20/ PETRA30的复合层经55℃-67℃的干燥间中干燥23-24小时后与EVOH混合物层复合,经46℃-50℃的薄膜复合机再加入醋酸乙脂胶合剂整平压合成型;
(4)切分成捆,得成品。
