Abstract
本发明公开了一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,包括上膜、下膜,上膜表面经物理交联处理使其熔点达到180‑190℃,上膜包括CPP层以及在该CPP层的下表面依次设置的第一粘接层、第一PA层、油墨层、第二粘接层、PE层,下膜包括CPP、第三粘接层以及九层共挤层,上膜和下膜热封时,上膜的PE层和下膜的九层共挤层热封结合。通过将上膜表面经物理交联处理使得上膜的熔点可达到180度左右,在目前的杀菌消毒环境下,其可以保持平整性,不发生卷曲,采用九层共挤层,在九层共挤层中设置多层PE层,能在保持盖层功能的前提下,实现各层厚度可控,进而实现成本可控,其中具有EVOH层和PA层,EVOH层具有很强的阻隔性,PA层具有抗穿刺性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及包装膜,具体涉及一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜。
背景技术
现有食品包装膜,如台式烤肠的包装膜,其具有上膜和下模,在烤肠包装后,包装膜易发生卷曲,特别是杀菌消毒后,卷曲严重,主要原因有杀菌消毒过程需要较高的温度,而目前的包装膜其熔点为120度,因此在消毒过程中极易发生卷曲。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供了一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,通过将上膜表面经物理交联处理使得上膜的熔点可达到180度左右,在目前的杀菌消毒环境下,其可以保持平整性,不发生卷曲,采用九层共挤层,在九层共挤层中设置多层PE层,能在保持盖层功能的前提下,实现各层厚度可控,进而实现成本可控,其中具有EVOH层和PA层,EVOH层具有很强的阻隔性,PA层具有抗穿刺性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,包括上膜、下膜,上膜表面经物理交联处理使其熔点达到180-190℃,上膜包括CPP层以及在该CPP层的下表面依次设置的第一粘接层、第一PA层、油墨层、第二粘接层、PE层,CPP层包括位于最上层的CPP共聚层、PP和POP共混的中间层以及MLLDPE、LDPE、PB共混的下层,下膜包括CPP、第三粘接层以及九层共挤层,九层共挤层包括依次设置的第一PE层、第二PE层、第三PE层、第二PA层、EVOH层、第三PA层、第三PE层、第四PE层、第五PE层,上膜和下膜热封时,上膜的PE层和下膜的九层共挤层热封结合。
作为上述方案的优选,上膜的中间层中包括以下质量分数的原料:40-45%的PP和55-60%的POP。
作为上述方案的优选,上膜的下层包括以下质量分数的原料:20-25%的MLLDPE、30-40的LDPE、35-50%的PB。
本发明的有益效果是:通过将上膜表面经物理交联处理使得上膜的熔点可达到180度左右,在目前的杀菌消毒环境下,其可以保持平整性,不发生卷曲,采用九层共挤层,在九层共挤层中设置多层PE层,能在保持盖层功能的前提下,实现各层厚度可控,进而实现成本可控,其中具有EVOH层和PA层,EVOH层具有很强的阻隔性,PA层具有抗穿刺性。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,包括上膜1、下膜2,上膜为平整膜,下膜上具有储物腔21,上膜和下膜热封结合,上膜表面经物理交联处理使其熔点达到180-190℃,可保证该包装膜在高温杀菌效果过程中保持良好的平整性,不发生卷曲,上膜包括CPP层以及在该CPP层的下表面依次设置的第一粘接层、第一PA层、油墨层、第二粘接层、PE层,CPP层包括位于最上层的CPP共聚层、PP和POP共混的中间层以及MLLDPE、LDPE、PB共混的下层,下膜包括CPP、第三粘接层以及九层共挤层,其中第三粘接层具有良好的弹性,在下膜发生形变后能保证成型后的层间强度,九层共挤层包括由上向下依次设置的第一PE层、第二PE层、第三PE层、第二PA层、EVOH层、第三PA层、第三PE层、第四PE层、第五PE层,上膜和下膜热封时,上膜的PE层和下膜的九层共挤层热封结合。
九层共挤层采用五层PE层结构,可以保证功能性的前提下实现配方中各层厚度的控制,从而实现成本可控(PE相对便宜)。
其中,PA具有很强的抗穿刺性能,采用双层PA,能有效放置包有骨头的肉制品穿破包装袋。
其中EVOH层具有良好的阻隔性。
上膜的中间层中包括以下质量分数的原料:40-45%的PP和55-60%的POP。
上膜的下层包括以下质量分数的原料:20-25%的MLLDPE、30-40的LDPE、35-50%的PB。

Claims (3)
1.一种高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,其特征在于,包括上膜、下膜,上膜表面经物理交联处理使其熔点达到180-190℃,上膜包括CPP层以及在该CPP层的下表面依次设置的第一粘接层、第一PA层、油墨层、第二粘接层、PE层,CPP层包括位于最上层的CPP共聚层、PP和POP共混的中间层以及MLLDPE、LDPE、PB共混的下层,下膜包括CPP、第三粘接层以及九层共挤层,九层共挤层包括依次设置的第一PE层、第二PE层、第三PE层、第二PA层、EVOH层、第三PA层、第三PE层、第四PE层、第五PE层,上膜和下膜热封时,上膜的PE层和下膜的九层共挤层热封结合。
2.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,其特征在于,上膜的中间层中包括以下质量分数的原料:40-45%的PP和55-60%的POP。
3.如权利要求1所述的高阻隔耐高温灭菌后不卷的包装膜,其特征在于,上膜的下层包括以下质量分数的原料:20-25%的MLLDPE、30-40的LDPE、35-50%的PB。
