Abstract
本发明公开了一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,所述三层结构的复合膜从面层向里层依次为PET层、油墨层、AL层和RCPP层,油墨层、AL层和RCPP层相邻之间通过胶水粘结复合成整体膜结构。本发明的复合膜整体包装的外观效果和设计的性能在自动成型包装和高温杀菌过程中受到的不良影响极小,能够达到客户的要求;具体来讲:复合膜局部和整体的拉伸均没出现铝箔有裂纹或断裂的情况,各层之间无松壳、离层的现象,表面平整、规整,图案内容完整,产品包装后经过121℃高温蒸煮40分钟,或135℃蒸煮5分钟两种杀菌工艺后,袋形完整,无明显变形、无破袋、无离层,不翘角、不翘边,图案不变色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸煮复合膜,属于包装膜技术领域,尤其是指一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜及其制作方法。
背景技术
现在食品市场上用的高温蒸煮包装膜,一般是三层结构或四层结构,每一层材料和功效各有不同,外层主是承印物,可以印刷上文字及图案信息,有一定的耐摩擦功能、较好的光泽度和一定的保护作用,中间层主要提高整体结构的阻隔性(阻光、阻水、阻氧),内层是热封层,主要起到热封成型和改善袋子柔软性、阻隔性的作用。目前的工艺一般是加工制作好袋子,供食品厂进行手动或自动装袋,包装完成后,连同袋子一起进行高温杀菌工艺,确保产品有一定的保质期。高温水煮比高温蒸煮要求更高,对整个成品膜制作过程中用的所有材料(膜材、油墨、胶水)的耐水性提出苛刻的要求。
现有技术中,在软包装复合膜的制作中,含金属铝箔的产品的阻隔性是最好,但是生产或使用过程中,现有工艺往往会对铝箔层造成破坏。现有包装不能对软质产品的外形进行定型保护,不美观;特别是用于自动包装机的高温蒸煮复合膜,在包装过程中对膜的局部冲压成型和整体拉伸过程中,易出现铝箔层裂开、与上下层分离、穿孔等问题。在高温水煮时,极易出现油墨离层、袋子变形严重甚至是破袋的现象,丧失这种包装膜整个结构设计的包装性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,该复合膜局部和整体的拉伸均没出现铝箔有裂纹或断裂的情况,各层之间无松壳、离层的现象,表面平整、规整,图案内容完整,高温蒸煮后袋形完整,无明显变形、无破袋、无离层,不翘角、不翘边,图案不变色。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供上述可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜的制作方法。
为了实现上述第一个目的,本发明按照以下技术方案实现:
一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,所述三层结构的复合膜从面层向里层依次为PET层、油墨层、AL层和RCPP层,油墨层、AL层和RCPP层相邻之间通过胶水粘结复合成整体膜结构。
进一步,所述四层结构的复合膜的AL层和RCPP层之间还包括有PA层,PA层与AL层和RCPP层之间也分别通过胶水粘结复合。
进一步,所述复合膜在10cm*15cm的范围内四周延伸成型深度达5mm以上,在400mm的宽度上拉伸定型长度为15mm。
进一步,所述PA层的表面张力达因数在52dyn以上,RCPP为135℃蒸煮型。
为了实现上述第二个目的,本发明按照以下技术方案实现:
一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜的制作方法,所述复合膜采用多层结构分次复合,逐层预固化后再粘结复合成形或一次性按顺序复合成型。
进一步,所述逐层预固化4小时,单层上胶量为干基4.5克/平方米,熟化稳定为55℃,熟化时间为96小时以上。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
本发明的复合膜整体包装的外观效果和设计的性能在自动成型包装和高温杀菌过程中受到的不良影响极小,能够达到客户的要求;具体来讲:复合膜局部和整体的拉伸均没出现铝箔有裂纹或断裂的情况,各层之间无松壳、离层的现象,表面平整、规整,图案内容完整,产品包装后经过121℃高温蒸煮40分钟,或135℃蒸煮5分钟两种杀菌工艺后,袋形完整,无明显变形、无破袋、无离层,不翘角、不翘边,图案不变色。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,所述复合膜包括有三层结构,从面层向里层依次为PET层1、AL层2和RCPP层3,PET层1和AL层2之间有油墨层4,油墨层4、AL层2和RCPP层3相邻之间通过胶水51、52粘结复合成整体膜结构。
如图2所示,本发明所述复合膜包括有四层结构,AL层2和RCPP层3之间还包括有PA层6,PA层6与AL层2和RCPP层3之间也分别通过胶水53、54粘结复合。
上述复合膜在10cm*15cm的范围内四周延伸成型深度达5mm以上,在400mm的宽度上拉伸定型长度为15mm;上述PA层的表面张力达因数在52dyn以上,RCPP为135℃蒸煮型。
上述可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜的制作方法,所述复合膜采用多层结构分次复合,逐层预固化后再粘结复合成形。进一步,所述逐层预固化4小时,单层上胶量干基约为4.5克/平方米,熟化稳定为55℃,熟化时间为96小时以上。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变型不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型。
Claims (6)
1.一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,其特征在于:所述复合膜从面层向里层依次为PET层、油墨层、AL层和RCPP层,油墨层、AL层和RCPP层相邻之间通过胶水粘结复合成整体膜结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,其特征在于:所述复合膜的AL层和RCPP层之间还包括有PA层,PA层与AL层和RCPP层之间也分别通过胶水粘结复合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,其特征在于:所述复合膜在10cm*15cm的范围内四周延伸成型深度达5mm以上,在400mm的宽度上拉伸定型长度为15mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜,其特征在于:所述PA层的表面张力达因数在52dyn以上,RCPP为135℃蒸煮型。
5.如权利要求1所述一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述复合膜采用多层结构分次复合,逐层预固化后再粘结复合成形或一次性连续复合工艺。
6.根据权利要求4所述一种可延伸含铝箔的高温蒸煮复合膜的制作方法,其特征在于:所述逐层预固化4小时,单层上胶量为干基4.5克/平方米,熟化稳定为55℃,熟化时间为96小时以上。
