Abstract

本发明公开了一种导光板切割刀头,包括有三个主刀头,每个主刀头底部均设有楔形的主刀片;两个相邻主刀头之间均设有连接杆,两个相邻主刀头之间相对的侧面上设有凸楞,还包括有设于两相邻主刀头之间的滑块,滑块的两侧设有与凸楞配合的第一导槽;还包括有螺杆,所述螺杆底部与滑块的顶部相连,螺杆穿过连接杆,顶部螺接有调节螺母;通过两组刀头,一组可伸缩,形成对导光板表面的切缝能够有效到位切线,防止划不到的地方,导致掰开导光板的时候造成导光板边缘毛糙和不整齐。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导光板切割刀头。
背景技术
由于导光板是类似亚克力板的一种,导光板的切割方式有很多,包括激光或者直接切割,但是目前较为成本低或者较为简单的切割方式是在导光板上划道,然后两边一压,就划玻璃一样将导光板断开。
但由于,该种方式是在传统导光板上延伸出来的,目前导光板随着自身发展,已经有很多种,比如在表面设有很多撞点和凹坑的导光板,这样的话再普通划刀进行划道的时候凹坑内就无法进行有效的划道,导致掰开导光板的时候出现断面不均匀,或者毛糙出现。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服以上所述的缺点,提供一种导光板切割刀头。
为实现上述目的,本发明的具体方案如下:一种导光板切割刀头,包括有三个主刀头,每个主刀头底部均设有楔形的主刀片;
两个相邻主刀头之间均设有连接杆,两个相邻主刀头之间相对的侧面上设有凸楞,还包括有设于两相邻主刀头之间的滑块,滑块的两侧设有与凸楞配合的第一导槽;还包括有螺杆,所述螺杆底部与滑块的顶部相连,螺杆穿过连接杆,顶部螺接有调节螺母;
两个相邻主刀头之间设有副刀头,副刀头底部均设有截面为楔形的副刀片,副刀片的主视面呈锐角三角形;所述副刀头的两侧设有可与凸楞配合第二导槽,所述副刀头可沿着凸楞上下移动;所述副刀头顶部与连接杆底部之间连接有压缩弹簧。
其中,其中一个外侧的主刀片外侧还设有倒角。
其中,还包括有一个安装板,安装板设于主刀头上方,将所有主刀头连接在一起,所述安装板上设有安装孔。
其中,所述安装板与主刀头上的顶面通过螺钉连接在一起。
本发明的有益效果为:通过两组刀头,一组可伸缩,形成对导光板表面的切缝能够有效到位切线,防止划不到的地方,导致掰开导光板的时候造成导光板边缘毛糙和不整齐。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明,并不是把本发明的实施范围局限于此。
如图1至图2所示,本实施例所述的一种导光板切割刀头,包括有三个主刀头a11,每个主刀头a11底部均设有楔形的主刀片a12;
两个相邻主刀头a11之间均设有连接杆a31,两个相邻主刀头a11之间相对的侧面上设有凸楞a34,还包括有设于两相邻主刀头a11之间的滑块a32,滑块a32的两侧设有与凸楞a34配合的第一导槽;还包括有螺杆a33,所述螺杆a33底部与滑块a32的顶部相连,螺杆a33穿过连接杆a31,顶部螺接有调节螺母;
两个相邻主刀头a11之间设有副刀头a21,副刀头a21底部均设有截面为楔形的副刀片a22,副刀片a22的主视面呈锐角三角形;所述副刀头a21的两侧设有可与凸楞a34配合第二导槽,所述副刀头a21可沿着凸楞a34上下移动;所述副刀头a21顶部与连接杆a31底部之间连接有压缩弹簧a35。
具体原理,结合图3所示,在划导光板a5的时候,副刀头a21遇到坑洼的地方会回弹回去,刀尖与坑洼的内表面会有一个充分的接触,不会形成划切盲区,有效实现断开的导光板截面均匀,无毛糙。本发明中 可通过螺杆a33调节滑块a32,滑块a32升高或者降低,来调节压缩弹簧a35的弹力,从而调节副刀头a21的压力,对应不同导光板进行有效调节。
本实施例所述的一种导光板切割刀头,其中一个外侧的主刀片a12外侧还设有倒角。
本实施例所述的一种导光板切割刀头,还包括有一个安装板a41,安装板a41设于主刀头a11上方,将所有主刀头a11连接在一起,所述安装板a41上设有安装孔。用于安装在机架上。
本实施例所述的一种导光板切割刀头,所述安装板a41与主刀头a11上的顶面通过螺钉连接在一起。
通过两组刀头,一组可伸缩,形成对导光板表面的切缝能够有效到位切线,防止划不到的地方,导致掰开导光板的时候造成导光板边缘毛糙和不整齐。

1.一种导光板切割刀头,其特征在于:包括有三个主刀头(a11),每个主刀头(a11)底部均设有楔形的主刀片(a12)。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种导光板切割刀头,其特征在于:
两个相邻主刀头(a11)之间均设有连接杆(a31),两个相邻主刀头(a11)之间相对的侧面上设有凸楞(a34),还包括有设于两相邻主刀头(a11)之间的滑块(a32),滑块(a32)的两侧设有与凸楞(a34)配合的第一导槽;还包括有螺杆(a33),所述螺杆(a33)底部与滑块(a32)的顶部相连,螺杆(a33)穿过连接杆(a31),顶部螺接有调节螺母;
两个相邻主刀头(a11)之间设有副刀头(a21),副刀头(a21)底部均设有截面为楔形的副刀片(a22),副刀片(a22)的主视面呈锐角三角形;所述副刀头(a21)的两侧设有可与凸楞(a34)配合第二导槽,所述副刀头(a21)可沿着凸楞(a34)上下移动;所述副刀头(a21)顶部与连接杆(a31)底部之间连接有压缩弹簧(a35)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种导光板切割刀头,其特征在于:其中一个外侧的主刀片(a12)外侧还设有倒角。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种导光板切割刀头,其特征在于:还包括有一个安装板(a41),安装板(a41)设于主刀头(a11)上方,将所有主刀头(a11)连接在一起,所述安装板(a41)上设有安装孔。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种导光板切割刀头,其特征在于:所述安装板(a41)与主刀头(a11)上的顶面通过螺钉连接在一起。
