技术领域
本发明涉及涂料生产技术领域,具体为一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机。
背景技术
涂料在现代的房屋装修中有着不可替代的作用。在物质生活越来越丰富的当今社会,我们对房屋的装修也是越来越多样化,从而加快了涂料行业的发展,涂料种类也越来越丰富。在涂料生产中需要先对原料进行研磨,将原料研磨成符合要求的粉末,在出料时需要过滤,避免大颗粒原料混入到成品中,往往这些过滤留下的大颗粒处理不是十分便捷,有的直接被废弃了,这对原料是十分浪费的,同样有的可以收集起来,再次倒入装置继续研磨,但是操作起来都不是十分便捷,自动化程度不高,这些都是需要我们去解决的地方,从而去提高涂料生产的技术性,提高涂料质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机,包括底座以及设置于底座顶部的机架,所述机架顶部设有研磨机本体,所述底座顶部设有立柱,所述立柱一侧设有支架,所述支架一端设有连通于研磨机本体的加料斗,所述研磨机本体一侧设有出料斗,所述出料斗一端设有第一风机,所述第一风机一端设有出料管,所述出料斗内设有滤网,所述出料斗底部设有连通于出料斗的支管,所述支管一侧设有第二风机,所述第二风机一端设有连通于加料斗的回流管,所述立柱一侧设有配电箱,所述研磨机本体电性连接于配电箱,所述配电箱上设有第一风机控制开关和第二风机控制开关,所述第一风机电性连接于第一风机控制开关,所述第二风机电性连接于第二风机控制开关。
优选的,所述支管位于滤网左侧。
优选的,所述出料管一端设有成品收集滤箱。
优选的,所述回流管上设有阀门。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明可以通过第一风机将符合要求的粉末通过滤网抽出,收集在成品收集滤箱中,当大颗粒粉末在出料斗内聚集过多时,可以通过第二风机将未研磨合格的大颗粒原料由回流管送入到加料斗内继续研磨,对大颗粒原料的循环研磨更加便捷,自动化程度更高,给涂料的研磨带来巨大的便利性。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机,包括底座1以及设置于底座1顶部的机架2,所述机架2顶部设有研磨机本体3,所述底座1顶部设有立柱4,所述立柱4一侧设有支架5,所述支架5一端设有连通于研磨机本体3的加料斗6,所述研磨机本体3一侧设有出料斗7,所述出料斗7一端设有第一风机9,所述第一风机9一端设有出料管10,所述出料斗7内设有滤网8,所述出料斗7底部设有连通于出料斗7的支管12,所述支管12一侧设有第二风机13,所述第二风机13一端设有连通于加料斗6的回流管14,所述立柱4一侧设有配电箱15,所述研磨机本体3电性连接于配电箱15,所述配电箱15上设有第一风机控制开关16和第二风机控制开关16,所述第一风机9电性连接于第一风机控制开关16,所述第二风机13电性连接于第二风机控制开关17。
所述支管12位于滤网8左侧。支管12位于滤网8左侧,避免合格的粉末落入到支管12中,实现对大颗粒粉末的回流。所述出料管10一端设有成品收集滤箱11。合格的粉末被收集在成品收集滤箱11中。所述回流管14上设有阀门18。当第一风机9工作时,第二风机13停止工作,且关闭阀门18,避免合格粉末回流进入到加料斗6内。
具体的,使用时,将需要研磨的原料加入到加料斗6内,通过研磨机本体3进行研磨,通过第一风机控制开关16控制第一风机9动作,第一风机9将符合要求的粉末通过滤网8抽出,通过出料管10送入到成品收集滤箱11中,当大颗粒粉末在出料斗7中聚集过多时,可以打开回流管14上的阀门18,同时通过第二风机控制开关17控制第二风机13动作,将大颗粒粉末经由回流管14送入加料斗6内。
本发明可以通过第一风机9将符合要求的粉末通过滤网8抽出,收集在成品收集滤箱11中,当大颗粒粉末在出料斗7内聚集过多时,可以通过第二风机13将未研磨合格的大颗粒原料由回流管14送入到加料斗6内继续研磨,对大颗粒原料的循环研磨更加便捷,自动化程度更高,给涂料的研磨带来巨大的便利性。

1.一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机,包括底座(1)以及设置于底座(1)顶部的机架(2),所述机架(2)顶部设有研磨机本体(3),其特征在于:所述底座(1)顶部设有立柱(4),所述立柱(4)一侧设有支架(5),所述支架(5)一端设有连通于研磨机本体(3)的加料斗(6),所述研磨机本体(3)一侧设有出料斗(7),所述出料斗(7)一端设有第一风机(9),所述第一风机(9)一端设有出料管(10),所述出料斗(7)内设有滤网(8),所述出料斗(7)底部设有连通于出料斗(7)的支管(12),所述支管(12)一侧设有第二风机(13),所述第二风机(13)一端设有连通于加料斗(6)的回流管(14),所述立柱(4)一侧设有配电箱(15),所述研磨机本体(3)电性连接于配电箱(15),所述配电箱(15)上设有第一风机控制开关(16)和第二风机控制开关(17),所述第一风机(9)电性连接于第一风机控制开关(16),所述第二风机(13)电性连接于第二风机控制开关(17)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可使物料循环研磨的涂料研磨机,其特征在于:所述支管(12)位于滤网(8)左侧。
