Abstract
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其是一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,包括基础层,所述基础层的上下面均连接有隔热层,所述隔热层远离基础层的一面均连接有PTFE纤维覆膜,所述PTFE纤维覆膜上均布有散热板,所述散热板上等距设有条形的散热槽,所述散热板靠近隔热层的一面连接有连接座,所述基础层上穿插有多条连接带,所述连接带交错穿过基础层两面的连接座。本发明设置了PTFE纤维覆膜作为外部保护层,有效提高了针刺毡的耐腐蚀、耐高温能力,同时设置了隔热层对内部进行隔热保护,另外还设置了交错的连接带用于增加各层之间连接的紧密性,有效避免分层现象的发生,同时设置了散热板,增加了连接强度,并增加了散热效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及针刺毡技术领域,尤其涉及一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡。
背景技术
目前,在一些烟尘过滤温度较低的场合,如炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气厂等使用的过滤材料,其热稳定性、耐化学气体腐蚀性、过滤精度较差,滤料的使用寿命很低,为此有人设计出了使用多层材料复合的针刺毡,虽然具有一定的耐高温效果,但是各层之间的连接不稳定,容易分层脱落,结构强度差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在理化性能差、易分层的缺点,而提出的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,包括基础层,所述基础层的上下面均连接有隔热层,所述隔热层远离基础层的一面均连接有PTFE纤维覆膜,所述PTFE纤维覆膜上均布有散热板,所述散热板上等距设有条形的散热槽,所述散热板靠近隔热层的一面连接有连接座,所述基础层上穿插有多条连接带,所述连接带交错穿过基础层两面的连接座。
优选的,所述基础层的内部设有与之平行的加强层,所述加强层为铁丝网或尼龙网。
优选的,所述隔热层内均布有长方体状的隔热槽。
优选的,所述散热板为铜质板,所述连接带为铝合金条。
优选的,所述隔热层为耐高温隔热棉。
本发明提出的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,有益效果在于:本发明设置了PTFE纤维覆膜作为外部保护层,有效提高了针刺毡的耐腐蚀、耐高温能力,同时设置了隔热层对内部进行隔热保护,另外还设置了交错的连接带用于增加各层之间连接的紧密性,有效避免分层现象的发生,同时设置了散热板,增加了连接强度,并增加了散热效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1,一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,包括基础层1,基础层1的内部设有与之平行的加强层2,加强层2为铁丝网或尼龙网。基础层1的上下面均连接有隔热层9,隔热层9为耐高温隔热棉。隔热层9内均布有长方体状的隔热槽4。加强层2用于增加基础层1内部的结构强度,隔热层9用于隔绝外部与基础层1之间的热量传播,从而减少高温对隔热层9的破坏。
隔热层9远离基础层1的一面均连接有PTFE纤维覆膜5,PTFE纤维覆膜5上均布有散热板6,散热板6上等距设有条形的散热槽7,散热板6靠近隔热层9的一面连接有连接座8,基础层1上穿插有多条连接带3,连接带3交错穿过基础层1两面的连接座8。散热板6为铜质板,连接带3为铝合金条。PTFE纤维覆膜5起到高温保护以及耐腐蚀保护的作用,散热板6用于增加表面的散热效果同时提高表面的结构强度,避免热量积累对内部造成损害,散热槽7用于增加散热板6的表面积,提高散热效果,连接带3用于增加各层之间的连接强度,连接座8起到固定连接带3的作用。

1.一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,包括基础层(1),其特征在于:所述基础层(1)的上下面均连接有隔热层(9),所述隔热层(9)远离基础层(1)的一面均连接有PTFE纤维覆膜(5),所述PTFE纤维覆膜(5)上均布有散热板(6),所述散热板(6)上等距设有条形的散热槽(7),所述散热板(6)靠近隔热层(9)的一面连接有连接座(8),所述基础层(1)上穿插有多条连接带(3),所述连接带(3)交错穿过基础层(1)两面的连接座(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述基础层(1)的内部设有与之平行的加强层(2),所述加强层(2)为铁丝网或尼龙网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述隔热层(9)内均布有长方体状的隔热槽(4)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述散热板(6)为铜质板,所述连接带(3)为铝合金条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PTFE纤维覆膜耐高温针刺毡,其特征在于:所述隔热层(9)为耐高温隔热棉。
