背景技术
汽车刹车片是汽车安全行驶的关键部件,主要由骨架材料、粘结剂、减摩剂、研磨剂和填充材料等组成,汽车刹车片的性能好坏直接关系着汽车运行的可靠性和稳定性,而刹车片的摩察系数高温衰退和高速稳定性则是汽车刹车片至关重要的性能要求,直接影响着制动安全性和舒适性。现有汽车刹车片主要为半金属汽车刹车片,有的刹车片材料含有金属铜,造成环境污染,有的刹车片材料含有有毒的铅和锑的硫化物对人身造成伤害,有的刹车片含有钢纤维使其易锈蚀、损伤偶件且有噪声。

为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种不含钢纤维、不含铜、不含铅和锑的硫化物的汽车刹车片配方及制备工艺。

钛酸钾晶须10-20g,硅酸铝纤维10-20克,浆泊芳纶10-18g,重晶石17-21g,酚醛树脂6-10g,粉末丁晴橡胶3-5g,丁晴橡胶3-5g,硅灰棉3-5g,石墨11-15g,焦炭11-15g,石英粉4-6g,鳞片石墨15-18g,氧化铝4-6g,氧化镁4-6g。

实施例2测试结果:应用该发明制造的汽车刹车片的摩察系数为:当温度低于100℃时其摩察系数为0.385;当温度为200℃时,其摩察系数为0.40;当温度为250℃时,其摩察系数为0.405;当温度为300℃时,其摩察系数为0.40;当温度为350℃时,其摩察系数为0.385;随着温度的变化,该发明刹车片的摩察系数变化不大。该发明的刹车片对其偶件没有明显的磨损。
