Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型缩合反应釜,包括罐体,罐体内设有与罐体内表面吻合的内衬,该内衬上端敞口,内衬内设有搅拌器,搅拌器通过搅拌轴与固定在罐体顶部的电机连接,内衬、搅拌器和搅拌轴均采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,罐体顶部设有蒸汽进口、肼料进口、尾气出口和上层液出口,罐体底部设有母液出口,尾气出口与尾气抽取器连接,尾气抽取器与尾气回收装置连接,母液出口与液氨回收装置连接。本发明的反应釜内设有聚四氟乙烯内衬,搅拌装置也采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,耐酸腐蚀,适用范围广,使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种反应釜,具体涉及一种新型缩合反应釜。
背景技术
发泡剂是一种使物质成孔的发泡添加剂,广泛应用于拖鞋、鞋底、鞋垫、塑料壁纸、天花板、地板革、人造革、绝热、隔音材料等发泡。发泡剂的制备过程中需要用到反应釜,一般采用间歇釜制备,将所有反应物均在操作前一次加入,随着反应的进行,釜内温度、浓度和反应速度都随时间变化,一直进行至达到预定的转化率出料为止。目前发泡剂尤其是ADC发泡剂,主要采用尿素法合成,缩合过程主要采用酸缩合,对反应釜的要求高,现有反应釜在反应过程中容易被腐蚀,损坏率高。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种设计合理的新型缩合反应釜。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种新型缩合反应釜,包括罐体,其特殊之处在于:罐体内设有与罐体内表面吻合的内衬,该内衬上端敞口,内衬内设有搅拌器,搅拌器通过搅拌轴与固定在罐体顶部的电机连接;所述内衬、搅拌器和搅拌轴均采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成;所述罐体顶部设有蒸汽进口、肼料进口、尾气出口和上层液出口,罐体底部设有母液出口;所述尾气出口与尾气抽取器连接,尾气抽取器与尾气回收装置连接;所述母液出口与液氨回收装置连接。
本发明的新型缩合反应釜,所述罐体外层设有夹套,夹套内配有蛇管,蛇管均匀的布满夹套,夹套上部设有与蛇管相通的进口和出口,进口高度低于出口高度。
本发明的新型缩合反应釜,所述罐体顶部与搅拌轴之间设有轴封装置,防止漏气。
本发明的新型缩合反应釜,所述罐体上部一侧设有安装支座,便于将罐体架起安装。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的反应釜内设有聚四氟乙烯内衬,搅拌装置也采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成,耐酸腐蚀,并增加了尾气抽取装置和液氨回收装置,同时适用于无酸缩合,适用范围广,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
附图是本发明的一种具体实施方式。该实施例包括罐体1,罐体1上部一侧设有安装支座19,所述罐体1外层设有夹套2,夹套2内配有蛇管3,蛇管3均匀的布满夹套2,夹套2上部设有与蛇管3相通的进口4和出口5,进口4高度低于出口5高度;所述罐体1内设有与罐体1内表面吻合的内衬18,该内衬18上端敞口,内衬18内设有搅拌器10,搅拌器10通过搅拌轴11与固定在罐体1顶部的电机13连接,所述罐体1顶部与搅拌轴11之间设有轴封装置12;所述内衬18、搅拌器10和搅拌轴11均采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成;所述罐体1顶部设有蒸汽进口6、肼料进口7、尾气出口8和上层液出口9,罐体1底部设有母液出口16;所述尾气出口8与尾气抽取器14连接,尾气抽取器14与尾气回收装置15连接;所述母液出口16与液氨回收装置17连接。
反应前将反应物加入罐体1内的内衬18内,密封好,设定好反应温度,蛇管3内通入循环冷却水,打开搅拌器10,设定搅拌器10转速,当反应进行到一定程度时,可打开母液出口16的控制阀进行放料,放料过程要尽快完成,防止物料堵塞出口,尤其对于自催化反应,一定浓度的产物能够加快反应的进行,通过母液出口16放出部分物料,再通过肼料进口7完成快速加料,从而保持产物浓度相对恒定,有利于反应的进行。罐体1顶部的尾气抽取器14将尾气进行抽取并送入尾气回收装置,底部放出的母液可送入液氨回收装置17进行液氨回收。

1.一种新型缩合反应釜,包括罐体(1),其特征在于:罐体(1)内设有与罐体(1)内表面吻合的内衬(18),该内衬(18)上端敞口,内衬(18)内设有搅拌器(10),搅拌器(10)通过搅拌轴(11)与固定在罐体(1)顶部的电机(13)连接;所述内衬(18)、搅拌器(10)和搅拌轴(11)均采用聚四氟乙烯材料制成;所述罐体(1)顶部设有蒸汽进口(6)、肼料进口(7)、尾气出口(8)和上层液出口(9),罐体(1)底部设有母液出口(16);所述尾气出口(8)与尾气抽取器(14)连接,尾气抽取器(14)与尾气回收装置(15)连接;所述母液出口(16)与液氨回收装置(17)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型缩合反应釜,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)外层设有夹套(2),夹套(2)内配有蛇管(3),蛇管(3)均匀的布满夹套(2),夹套(2)上部设有与蛇管(3)相通的进口(4)和出口(5),进口(4)高度低于出口(5)高度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型缩合反应釜,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)顶部与搅拌轴(11)之间设有轴封装置(12)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型缩合反应釜,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)上部一侧设有安装支座(19)。
