Description

本发明涉及一种由注射器筒体和注射器活塞组成的一次性注射器,这种注射器筒体的一端是敞开的,而另一端设有端壁,端壁上除靠近针头座的区域以外是封闭的;所述活塞包括活塞裙,其自由端从注射器筒体向外凸出且在自由端上设有手柄,这种活塞还包括一个活塞头,该活塞头设在注射器筒体内并带有与活塞筒体内表面接触的环形密封,环形密封是通过圆环凸缘与活塞头连接的。
这种一次性注射器通常都是由塑料制成的,并要求这种注射器在活塞的吸排液冲程期间于环形密封和筒体内表面之间保持绝对不泄漏的接触,还要求这种注射器保证活塞动作平缓且在实际注射时所施力最小。但使用现有的注射器不能圆满地满足这两项要求,现有的注射器中包括与活塞头制成一体的密封边或带有双支腿密封唇的凸缘(德国申请2025379;法国专利说明书1500009所公开),这样这种密封便由在径向方向上多少是刚性的装置适宜地支撑住且在密封和筒体的内表面之间施加一个足够大的压力。但在将这种注射器保存相当长的时间时,这种设计将使得筒壁膨胀,从而使密封作用或多或少有所损失,同时由于应力使得筒体直径发生变化,因而活塞不可能如所期望的那样均匀动作。在密封和筒体内表面之间采取更紧密的配合也不能改善这种情况,因为这样做只能导致要求更大的力来使活塞动作,这会使活塞不可能灵活动作。已有人建议在筒体材料中掺入一种固体润滑剂来消除这种缺陷,但采用这种方法,在制成这种注射器之后至所述固体润滑剂在这种材料中形成润滑作用之前需要很长时间。
在另一种已知的注射器中,活塞头是帽形的并与活塞裙的接合端相配合(瑞士专利说明书366126;法国专利说明书1228933),由于这种活塞头的圆周面限定了一个向前的环形楔状缺口,因而由其构成一个外凸的锥形密封唇,该密封唇与一个反方向的第二密封唇结为一体。为保证活塞运动的两个方向上所需的紧密接触,密封唇必须在足够大的压力下与筒体的内表面接触,这种压力将使密封具有较高刚性,由此也囊括了上述的所有缺陷。由于实际上这种活塞头必须是足够牢固地装在活塞裙上,所以这种刚性还要进一步增大。
所有上述一次性注射器还存在一种危险,即在使用注射器时由于活塞的倾斜会导致泄漏。由于在活塞裙和注射器筒体之间存在径向间隙且这种注射器是由柔性材料制成的,因而使倾斜成为不可避免的。
为此,本发明的目的在于消除上述缺陷,提供一种具备上述第一种注射器的性质的一次性注射器,且区别在于这种注射器操作省力且绝对不泄漏。
根据本发明这样完成上述目的,其中,凸缘带有截头圆锥形外表面,该面对着注射器筒体的内表面和注射器筒体的端壁;凸缘还具有截头圆锥形内表面,该面对着活塞裙和注射器筒体的开口端;所述凸缘向着注射器筒体的开口端呈喇叭状;截头圆锥内表面和活塞裙之间的径向间隙连续增加,环形密封是圆柱形与凸缘共轴相连,且向着端壁自由凸出。由于凸缘和环形密封具有上述形状,因而在径向上相对较软地支撑住密封并形成弹性密封系统,从而使产生的偏移力非常小且无需担心延期贮存时所出现的注射器筒体膨胀。此外,注射器活塞在注射器筒体中的往复运动仅有很小的摩擦力,这将导致操作力减小。凸缘的圆锥形状、环形密封无支撑且自由凸出部分的结构将保证径向方向的可塑性和弹性,从而使注射器如期望的那样容易操作,而且这种注射器是绝对不泄漏的。由于凸缘的特殊形状和筒体空间中所存在的密封压力工况都将影响密封力并保证在密封必须与筒体内表面接触的情况下使压力与压力工况匹配。由于活塞密封的弹性,可在无任何泄漏危险的情况下对注射器筒体的任何膨胀或活塞的任何倾斜很容易地予以补偿。
如果活塞头由一个圆锥形件组成,则可进一步改善用于支撑密封的装置的可塑性和弹性。该件置于活塞裙之上并由凸缘延续,且其倾角大于凸缘的倾角。
以公知的方式还可对活塞密封的弹性施加影响,即任选环形密封和凸缘使其壁厚小于注射器筒体的壁厚,最好以公知的方式使环形密封的壁厚向其自由边减少,另外使凸缘的壁厚也向着环形密封减小。
由于在密封边和筒体的内表面之间的线接触将使密封条件更一致且更精确,所以理想的结构是以公知的方式在环形密封的圆柱形两端的外侧设置圆周环形密封边。
在一个实施例中,注射器筒体的除靠近针头座附近的区域之外的端壁具有与活塞头端面相配合的内表面,针头座被偏心地设置于凸缘和环形密封之间的通常为三角形的空间中,并与相对的通常为三角形的筒体端壁部分相交,注射之后保留在注射器中的残余空间将减至最小并有助于在注射之前排出浸入的空气。
图1和2分别表示根据本发明的一次性注射器的轴向剖视图和仰视图;
图3以放大的比例详细表示这种一次性注射器前端的轴向剖视图。
下面将参照各示意图详细描述本发明的图示实施例。
一次性注射器1包括一个注射器筒体2和一个注射器活塞3。注射器筒体2和注射器活塞3均为由合成热塑性材料制成的单件。注射器筒体2的一端设有端壁5,该端壁除靠近中空针头座4附近的区域以外是封闭的。在注射器筒体2的另一端设有手柄6。注射器活塞3由一个活塞头7和一具活塞裙8组成,活塞裙8向注射器筒体2外凸出的自由端上设有手柄9。活塞头7上设有凸缘10,凸缘10上带有一个与筒体内表面相接触的环形密封11。凸缘10具有一个截头圆锥状的内表面,该面对着活塞裙8和注射器筒体2的开口端;凸缘10还具有一个截头圆锥状的外表面,该面对着注射器筒体2的内表面和筒体的端壁。凸缘10向着注射器筒体2的开口端成喇叭形。环形密封由一个从凸缘向着端壁5自由凸出的圆柱构成。活塞头7包括一个锥形件12,该件置于活塞裙8之上并由凸缘10连接,但该件具有比凸缘大的多的倾角。在圆柱状环形密封11两端的外侧设有与筒体的内表面密封接触的圆周环形密封边13,14。此外,除靠近针头座附近区域之外的注射器筒体2的端壁5具有与活塞头端面一致的内表面。针头座4相对由凸缘10和环形密封11所形成的圆环形空间15偏心设置,圆环形空间15在径向方向上的剖面通常为三角形。针头座4上有与圆环形部分17相交的开口16,圆环形部分17处于筒体的端壁中且其径向剖面通常为三角形。
注射器3的独特设计提供了一种弹性的、柔软的活塞密封,这种密封在活塞和筒体之间保证绝对紧密的接触,并还使注射器操作容易。在注射器筒体2中出现的压力将影响施加于环形密封11和注射器筒体2之间的接触压力,并将使所说的力与主要的压力相匹配。例如,注射操作将会在靠近活塞头7附近的通常为三角形的空间15中建立过高的压力,从而导致一个促使环形密封11径向向外的力,而且将更强有力地将密封自由端的密封边13压在筒体的内表面上,以致于确保紧密密封。在吸液时于通常为三角形的空间15中建立的负压将作用在凸缘10上,这将使密封11另一端的密封边14更有力地靠在筒体的内表面上,因而在吸液冲程期间也保证紧密的密封。
利用环形密封11的弹性和可塑性,可以在无任何泄漏危险的情况下将由于注射器筒体2的膨胀所起的所述筒体直径的变化或在注射器的使用过程中所产生的注射器活塞3的倾斜迅速地吸收并予以调整。
由于活塞头的端面和端壁内表面相互匹配,因此注射操作后的残留空间最小,并且这种适宜的偏心设置的针头将有助于吸入的空气外逸,这是因为任何气泡都将沿着通常为三角形的空间15移动进入针头座的开口16中,从而使这种气泡肯定能够被排除。

Claims (6)

1、一种由注射器筒体和注射器活塞组成的一次性注射器,注射器筒体的一端敞开而另一端设有除靠近针头座附近的区域外为封闭的端壁,注射器活塞包括一个活塞裙,活塞裙具有从注射器筒体向外凸出的自由端,且在该自由端上设有手柄,所说的活塞还包括一个活塞头,活塞头装在注射器筒体之中且其上设有环形密封,环形密封与筒体内表面相接触并由圆环形凸缘与活塞头连接,其特征在于,凸缘具有一个截头圆锥形的外表面,该表面对着注射器筒体的内表面和注射器筒体的端壁;一个截头圆锥形的内表面,该面对着活塞裙和注射器筒体的开口端;凸缘向着注射器筒体的开口端成喇叭形;截头圆锥内表面和活塞裙之间的径向间隙连续增加;环形密封为圆柱状且与凸缘共轴连接并向端壁自由凸出。
2、如权利要求1所述的一次性注射器,其特征在于,活塞头由一个圆锥形件组成,该件置于活塞裙之上并由凸缘接续,且圆锥形件的倾角大于凸缘的倾角。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的一次性注射器,其特征在于,凸缘具有小于注射器筒体的壁厚,且环形密封的壁厚最好以公知的方式向其自由边减小,另外,凸缘的壁厚也向着环形密封减小。
4、如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的一次性注射器,其特征在于,以公知的方式在外侧在环形密封的圆柱形的两端设置圆环密封边。
5、如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一次性注射器,其特征在于,除靠近针头座附近区域之外的注射器筒体的端壁具有与活塞头端面相配合的内表面,将针头座偏心地设置于凸缘和环形密封之间的通常为三角形的空间中,且使其与相对的通常为三角形的筒体端壁部分相交。
6、一种基本上如上参照附图所描述的并如图所示的一次性注射器。
