本发明涉及一种模压机的液压控制系统,属于制鞋设备领域。包括齿轮油泵、溢流阀、电磁阀、单向阀、蓄能器、压力继电器和模压机组,所述电磁阀、溢流阀、单向阀依次相连,单向阀连接到模压机组,齿轮油泵连接到溢流阀与单向阀之间,在单向阀与模压机组之间连接有蓄能器和压力继电器;本发明解决了液压磨牙机组压力不足和不稳定的问题,满足了生产的需要。

技术领域
本发明涉及制鞋设备领域,尤其涉及一种模压机的液压控制系统。
背景技术
目前,国内模压皮鞋较多使用液压模压机进行生产。液压系统的压力保持足够和稳定,是保证模压鞋大底粘合牢固、花纹饱满的重要条件之一。但是,由于模压机是多机台集中供油设备(一般一台油泵可带动20至30台机器工作),操作机器时间短,橡胶硫化保压时间长,属于间歇性工作。又由于模压机组是多人操作的,所以单位时间内同时开机的台数很难确定,油泵输油量的选取也就不够准确或流量过大。
发明内容
针对现有技术中缺陷与不足的问题,本发明提出了一种模压机的液压控制系统,解决了液压磨牙机组压力不足和不稳定的问题,满足了生产的需要。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种模压机的液压控制系统,包括齿轮油泵、溢流阀、电磁阀、单向阀、蓄能器、压力继电器和模压机组,所述电磁阀、溢流阀、单向阀依次相连,单向阀连接到模压机组,齿轮油泵连接到溢流阀与单向阀之间,在单向阀与模压机组之间连接有蓄能器和压力继电器。
进一步的,所述齿轮油泵、溢流阀和电磁阀分别连接有油箱。
进一步的,所述溢流阀与单向阀之间还连接有油压表。
进一步的,所述蓄能器与模压机组之间连接有油压表。
进一步的,所述电磁阀采用二位二通电磁换向阀。
进一步的,所述蓄能器采用皮囊式蓄能器。
本发明具有如下有益效果:当油泵输油量大于模压机组用油量时,油泵将过剩的油液输入蓄能器,进行蓄压;压力继电器起控制二位二通电磁换向阀的作用,使溢流阀的先导泄油口打开或关闭,实现油泵是否卸荷的目的;单向阀的作用是当油泵处于卸荷状态时,防止液压系统的压力油回流而使压力降低。

如图所示,一种模压机的液压控制系统,一种模压机的液压控制系统,包括齿轮油泵1、溢流阀2、电磁阀3、单向阀4、蓄能器5、压力继电器6和模压机组7,所述电磁阀3、溢流阀2、单向阀4依次相连,单向阀4连接到模压机组7,齿轮油泵1连接到溢流阀2与单向阀4之间,在单向阀4与模压机组7之间连接有蓄能器5和压力继电器6。
所述齿轮油泵、溢流阀和电磁阀分别连接有油箱,在溢流阀与单向阀、蓄能器与模压机组之间连接有油压表。
所述电磁阀采用二位二通电磁换向阀,蓄能器采用皮囊式蓄能器。
具体的,当模压机组工作台较少或全部静止,而处于橡胶硫化保压状态时,也就是说油泵输油量大于机组用油量,油泵就将过剩的油液输入蓄能器中,使其蓄压。当液压系统压力达到最高工作压力时,压力继电器操纵电磁阀励磁换向,使溢流阀的先导泄油口连通油箱,达到油泵卸荷的目的,从而减少了液压系统油温的升高和功率的消耗,在卸荷时,单向阀可以防止液压系统的压力油回流而使压力迅速降低。
当模压机组机器的工作使压力降至最低工作压力时,压力继电器再次控制电磁阀失电,关闭溢流阀的先导泄油口,使油泵停止卸荷,从而给液压系统增压。当模压机组同时开机台数达到五台,油缸需要大量油液时,油泵和蓄能器同时供出压力油,从而避免了模压机组运行速度慢、压力不足的现象发生,使液压系统的压力始终保持在合适的范围内。

1.一种模压机的液压控制系统,其特征在于:包括齿轮油泵、溢流阀、电磁阀、单向阀、蓄能器、压力继电器和模压机组,所述电磁阀、溢流阀、单向阀依次相连,单向阀连接到模压机组,齿轮油泵连接到溢流阀与单向阀之间,在单向阀与模压机组之间连接有蓄能器和压力继电器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模压机的液压控制系统,其特征在于:所述齿轮油泵、溢流阀和电磁阀分别连接有油箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种模压机的液压控制系统,其特征在于:所述溢流阀与单向阀之间还连接有油压表。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种模压机的液压控制系统,其特征在于:所述蓄能器与模压机组之间连接有油压表。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种模压机的液压控制系统,其特征在于:所述电磁阀采用二位二通电磁换向阀。
