Abstract
本发明提供一种防晒织物,所述织物由70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺而成,所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的量为20~30μg/kg苎麻纤维。所述防晒织物的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)制备十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;(2)将苎麻纤维接枝表面活性剂改性的纳米二氧化钛;(3)风干得释香苎麻纤维;(4)与棉纤维混纺得织物。本发明选择合适的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛接枝到苎麻纤维上,获得了防晒效果良好的防晒织物。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料制备领域,具体涉及一种防晒织物及其制备方法。
背景技术
具有防晒功能的织物受到消费者的青睐,但是现有技术制备具有防晒功能的织物的防晒效果差,且印花染色织物的手感、耐摩擦、耐洗牢度、防污、耐侯性等性能在生产过程中应当予以保证,同时在进行印刷时透网应避免印浆堵塞影响生产,上述问题是在香味家纺面料的生产中应当解决的问题。
苎麻纤维吸湿透气性是棉纤维的3-5倍左右,同时含有叮咛,嘧啶,嘌呤等有益元素,具有抑菌、透气、凉爽、防腐、防霉、吸汗等功能。
本领域需要开发一种能够持久防晒的防晒织物。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种防晒织物,所述织物由70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺而成,所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的量为20~30μg/kg苎麻纤维。
所述十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的制备过程为:将纳米二氧化钛颗粒分散在溶解有十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入偶联剂,搅拌剪切后完成。
本发明所述防晒织物的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将苎麻纤维接枝表面活性剂改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(3)风干得释香苎麻纤维;
(4)与棉纤维混纺得织物。
步骤(1)所述十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:将30~70nm纳米二氧化钛分散在溶解有1~3mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入0.02~0.05mol/L偶联剂,喷雾干燥获得十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛。
所述喷雾干燥温度为120~150℃。
所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的方法为:将质量比0.1~0.5:3~5的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛和苎麻纤维混合,搅拌,加入偶联剂反应,反应完毕,洗涤,干燥得苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的产物;
所述偶联剂的加入量为十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛质量的0.01~0.07wt%。
所述风干的温度为20~35℃。与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明选择合适的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛接枝到苎麻纤维上,获得了防晒效果良好的防晒织物。
具体实施方式
为更好地说明本发明,便于理解本发明的技术方案,本发明的典型但非限制性的实施例如下:
实施例1
一种防晒织物,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将0.1mol/L纳米二氧化钛(粒径50nm)分散在溶解有3mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入0.02mol/L偶联剂,150℃喷雾干燥获得十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将质量比0.1:5的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛和苎麻纤维混合,搅拌,加入钛酸酯偶联剂反应,反应完毕,洗涤,干燥得苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的产物;所述偶联剂的加入量为十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛质量的0.07wt%;
(3)20℃风干得释香苎麻纤维;
(4)按70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺得织物。
采用Labsphere UV2000F织物防晒指数分析仪测定织物的防晒效果。
实施例2
一种防晒织物,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将0.3mol/L纳米二氧化钛(粒径30nm)分散在溶解有1~3mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入0.02mol/L偶联剂,120~150℃喷雾干燥获得十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将质量比0.5:3的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛和苎麻纤维混合,搅拌,加入钛酸酯偶联剂反应,反应完毕,洗涤,干燥得苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的产物;所述偶联剂的加入量为十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛质量的0.01wt%;
(3)35℃风干得释香苎麻纤维;
(4)按70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺得织物。
测试方法同实施例1,结果如表1。
实施例3
一种防晒织物,通过如下方法制备得到:
(1)将0.2mol/L纳米二氧化钛(粒径70nm)分散在溶解有2mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入0.03mol/L偶联剂,140℃喷雾干燥获得十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将质量比0.3:4的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛和苎麻纤维混合,搅拌,加入钛酸酯偶联剂反应,反应完毕,洗涤,干燥得苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的产物;所述偶联剂的加入量为十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛质量的0.04wt%;
(3)25℃风干得释香苎麻纤维;
(4)按70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺得织物。
测试方法同实施例1,结果如表1。
对比例
采用表面整理的方式整理70%的苎麻纤维和30%的棉纤维混纺而成的织物,所述表面整理使用与实施例1粒径相同的相同的纳米二氧化钛,测试方法与实施例1相同,结果如表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明提供的防晒织物具有良好的防晒性。

Claims (7)
1.一种防晒织物,其特征在于,所述织物由50%的苎麻纤维和50%的棉纤维混纺而成,所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的量为20~30μg/kg苎麻纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的织物,其特征在于,所述十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的制备过程为:将纳米二氧化钛颗粒分散在溶解有十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入偶联剂,搅拌剪切后完成。
3.如权利要求1所述防晒织物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
(1)制备十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将苎麻纤维接枝表面活性剂改性的纳米二氧化钛;
(3)风干得释香苎麻纤维;
(4)与棉纤维混纺得织物。
4.如权利要求3所述方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:将30~70nm纳米二氧化钛分散在溶解有1~3mol/L的十二烷基硫酸钠的溶液中,然后加入0.02~0.05mol/L偶联剂,喷雾干燥获得十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛。
5.如权利要求4所述方法,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥温度为120~150℃。
6.如权利要求3所述方法,其特征在于,所述苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的方法为:将质量比0.1~0.5:3~5的十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛和苎麻纤维混合,搅拌,加入偶联剂反应,反应完毕,洗涤,干燥得苎麻纤维接枝十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛的产物;
所述偶联剂的加入量为十二烷基硫酸钠改性的纳米二氧化钛质量的0.01~0.07wt%。
7.如权利要求3所述方法,其特征在于,所述风干的温度为20~35℃。
