本发明公开了一种紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,它是采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰的基材面粘牢,根据需要选择是否剥离塑料膜。本发明操作方便,效率高,效果理想。

紫外线固化涂层的成型方法
技术领域
本发明涉及紫外线固化涂层表面模压成型技术领域,更具体的是涉及紫外线固化涂层的成型方法。
背景技术
家具、装修装饰贴面和瓷砖、木地板等,近年均开始大量采用UV涂料涂饰表面,可使表面达到硬化和涂层保护等,一般UV涂料都是采用涂布后自动流平,再经UV灯照射固化,故只能获得自流平光亮或自流平哑光(涂料带消光剂)两种效果,当需要高光亮表面时,则需要很长时间流平或采用溶剂稀释加快,但又要烘干溶剂,工序加长,故目前工艺耗时低效;而且十分容易因流平不好而形成的橙皮状凹凸,要获得更好的光亮效果和其它花纹效果是无法实现的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术之不足而提供的一种不仅操作方便,效率高,而且效果更理想的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法。
本发明是采用如下技术解决方案来实现上述目的:一种紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,它是采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰面粘牢,由于塑料膜与UV涂料固化粘力极低,最后可剥离,无需流平,节省流平工序,效率高。
作为上述方案的进一步说明,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面为高光面。
进一步地,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面设置为凹凸的花纹面,花纹面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,当UV涂料固化后,剥离塑料膜即可在UV涂层表面得到相应的花纹图案。
进一步地,所述塑料薄膜为经过流延压光或压纹的塑料薄膜。
进一步地,在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,是把UV涂料涂在塑料膜表面,然后再压到待装饰的基材表面,把两者之间空气排清。
进一步地,在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,是把UV涂料涂到待装饰的基材表面,再压上塑料膜,把两者之间空气排清。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰面粘牢,由于塑料膜与UV涂料固化粘力极低,最后可剥离,无需流平,节省流平工序,效率高,效果更加理想。
2、可获得所需要的花纹,模印效果是流平方式无法获得的,并可复制丰富色彩的表面效果。
3、塑料膜又可作为保护膜用,一物多用,物尽其用,降低成本。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本技术方案作详细的描述。
实施例1
本发明是一种紫外线固化涂层的成型方法它是采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰面粘牢,由于塑料膜与UV涂料固化粘力极低,最后可剥离,无需流平,节省流平工序,效率高。本实施例中,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面设置为凹凸的花纹面,花纹面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,当UV涂料固化后,剥离塑料膜即可在UV涂层表面得到相应的花纹图案。在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,是把UV涂料涂在塑料膜表面,然后再压到待装饰的基材表面,把两者之间空气排清。
实施例2
本实施例中,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面设置为高光面。在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,把UV涂料涂到待装饰的基材表面,再压上塑料膜,把两者之间空气排清。值得注意的是,UV涂料的涂覆过程也可采用实施例1的涂覆顺序。
本发明与现有技术相比,采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰面粘牢,由于塑料膜与UV涂料固化粘力极低,最后可剥离,无需流平,节省流平工序,效率高,效果更加理想。可使涂层得到所需的花纹、高光、哑光等微立体表面,极大地丰富了UV涂层的装饰效果,是UV涂饰工艺革命性的突破。塑料膜又可作为保护膜用,一物多用,物尽其用,降低成本。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,它是采用能够透射紫外光的塑料膜作为紫外线固化涂层的表面成型模,先在塑料膜的一面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,然后在塑料膜外射入紫外光,使UV涂料固化并与需涂饰的基材面粘牢,根据需要选择是否剥离塑料膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面为高光面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,塑料膜涂覆UV涂料的一面设置为凹凸的花纹面,花纹面与需涂饰的基材间夹上UV涂料,当UV涂料固化后,剥离塑料膜即可在UV涂层表面得到相应的花纹图案。
4.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜为经过流延压光或压纹的塑料薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,是把UV涂料涂在塑料膜表面,然后再压到待装饰的基材表面,把两者之间空气排清。
6.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线固化涂层的成型方法,其特征在于,在所述UV涂料的涂覆过程中,是把UV涂料涂到待装饰的基材表面,再压上塑料膜,把两者之间空气排清。
