技术领域
本发明涉及一种易撕型自粘弹性绷带及其制造方法,属于医疗包扎和运动保护用品技术领域。
背景技术
自粘弹性绷带是一种特殊弹性绷带,该类产品具有良好的弹性和自粘性,绷带与绷带可以粘合,而不会粘结皮肤、毛发与衣物等。在医疗与运动领域得到广泛使用,通常用于伤口敷料和留置针的固定、手术后的加压包扎、静脉曲张的辅助治疗,运动时的保护和损伤部位的包扎固定。

易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于:包含无纺布层、氨纶丝层和棉纱布层,所述无纺布层上涂覆有胶粘剂层,其上与氨纶丝层和棉纱布层压合复合形成绷带基材,绷带基材的正面和背面浸轧有胶粘剂层。
进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其中,所述无纺布层采用丙纶无纺布。
更进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其中,所述丙纶无纺布为纺粘丙纶无纺布。
更进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其中,所述丙纶无纺布的布料克重为8~15g/m2。
更进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其中,所述氨纶丝层的氨纶丝为60~120D规格的氨纶丝。
更进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其中,所述氨纶丝为拉伸状态具有200%~250%拉伸率的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为7~11根/英寸。

本发明易撕型自粘弹性绷带的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)布料复合,选用无纺布、氨纶丝和棉纱布,无纺布层上涂覆有胶粘剂,其上与拉伸状态的氨纶丝和棉纱布层压合形成绷带基材;所述无纺布为纺粘丙纶无纺布,丙纶无纺布的布料克重为8~15g/m2;所述氨纶丝为60~120D规格的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为7~11根/英寸;所述棉纱布的经密为15~20根/英寸,纬密为8~18根/英寸,纱线的支数为30~40S;
2)上胶,复合后的绷带基材浸轧胶粘剂,每平方米的涂布量为10~30g;
3)烘干、分卷,获得绷带成品。
再进一步地,上述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带的制造方法,其中,所述胶粘剂为天然乳胶、聚异戊二烯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中的一种或两种复合。

如图1所示,易撕型自粘弹性绷带,包含无纺布层1、氨纶丝层3和棉纱布层4,无纺布层1上涂覆有胶粘剂层2,其上与氨纶丝层3和棉纱布层4压合复合形成绷带基材,绷带基材的正面浸轧有胶粘剂层5,绷带基材的背面浸轧有胶粘剂层6。
其中,无纺布层1采用丙纶无纺布,丙纶无纺布为纺粘丙纶无纺布,丙纶无纺布的布料克重为8~15g/m2。
氨纶丝层3的氨纶丝为60~120D规格的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为7~11根/英寸。氨纶丝为拉伸状态具有200%~250%拉伸率的氨纶丝。
棉纱布层4的棉纱布的经密为15~20根/英寸,纬密为8~18根/英寸,纱线的支数为30~40S。
胶粘剂层2、胶粘剂层5和胶粘剂层6的胶粘剂为天然乳胶、聚异戊二烯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中的一种或两种复合。
实施例1:
1)布料复合,选用无纺布、氨纶丝和棉纱布,无纺布上涂覆有胶粘剂,其上与拉伸状态的氨纶丝和棉纱布压合形成绷带基材;

氨纶丝为70D规格的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为9根/英寸,氨纶丝为拉伸状态具有230%拉伸率的氨纶丝;
棉纱布的经密为18根/英寸,纬密为13根/英寸,纱线的支数为40S;
胶粘剂的配方为:天然乳胶70%、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂30%,每平方米的干胶涂布量为13~18g;
2)上胶,复合后的绷带基材浸轧胶粘剂,胶粘剂的配方为:聚异戊二烯乳液90%、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂为10%,每平方米的干胶涂布量为16~22g;
3)烘干、分卷,获得绷带成品。
该绷带成品的撕裂面清晰,整齐,不发生歪斜。
实施例2:

2)上胶,复合后的绷带基材浸轧胶粘剂,胶粘剂的配方为:聚异戊二烯乳液20%、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂为80%,每平方米的干胶涂布量为20~30g;
3)烘干、分卷,获得绷带成品。
该绷带成品的撕裂面清晰,整齐,不发生歪斜。
实施例3:

胶粘剂的配方为:天然乳胶50%、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂95%,每平方米的干胶涂布量为12~14g;
2)上胶,复合后的绷带基材浸轧胶粘剂,胶粘剂的配方为:聚异戊二烯乳液30%、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂为70%,每平方米的干胶涂布量为10~15g;
3)烘干、分卷,获得绷带成品。
该绷带成品的撕裂面清晰,整齐,不发生歪斜。

5.根据权利要求1所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于:所述氨纶丝层的氨纶丝为60~120D规格的氨纶丝。
6.根据权利要求5所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于:所述氨纶丝为拉伸状态具有200%~250%拉伸率的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为7~11根/英寸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于:所述棉纱布层的棉纱布的经密为15~20根/英寸,纬密为8~18根/英寸,纱线的支数为30~40S。
8.根据权利要求1所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂层的胶粘剂为天然乳胶、聚异戊二烯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中的一种或两种复合。
9.权利要求1所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带的制造方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)布料复合,选用无纺布、氨纶丝和棉纱布,无纺布层上涂覆有胶粘剂,其上与拉伸状态的氨纶丝和棉纱布层压合形成绷带基材;所述无纺布为纺粘丙纶无纺布,丙纶无纺布的布料克重为8~15g/m2;所述氨纶丝为60~120D规格的氨纶丝,氨纶丝的经向密度为7~11根/英寸;所述棉纱布的经密为15~20根/英寸,纬密为8~18根/英寸,纱线的支数为30~40S;
2)上胶,复合后的绷带基材浸轧胶粘剂,每平方米的涂布量为10~30g;
3)烘干、分卷,获得绷带成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的易撕型自粘弹性绷带的制造方法,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为天然乳胶、聚异戊二烯乳液、聚丙烯酸酯胶粘剂中的一种或两种复合。
