Abstract

本发明提供了一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,先将海藻酸钠、明胶、黄原胶、柠檬酸加至水中,加热至50‑60℃保温30‑40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂,得到混合溶液;再将豆粕、鱼粉、卵磷脂、鱼油、发酵大豆蛋白、复合维生素份、消化酶混合,得到混合物;在搅拌条件下将所得混合物加至所得混合溶液中,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。本发明采用海藻酸钠、明胶和黄原胶作为微胶囊壁,并添加了包埋后的纤维素酶和蛋白酶以促进微胶囊的消化,所得微颗粒饲料容易消化、生物利用率高。

技术领域
本发明属于水产动物饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺。
背景技术
银鱼是淡水鱼,见于东亚咸水和淡水中,在中国被誉为美味。体细长,似鲑,无鳞或具细鳞,银鱼可分为小银鱼和大银鱼,其中大银鱼可长到长约七至十厘米,很少长于15公分。口大,牙大而尖利,掠食鱼。银鱼因体长略圆,细嫩透明,色泽如银而得名。
银银鱼是我国名贵的水产品之一,被誉为席上珍品。银鱼的营养价值极高,是滋补佳品,别名冰鱼,玻璃鱼,银条鱼,面条鱼。中医认为,银鱼味甘、性平,归脾、胃经;有润肺止咳、善补脾胃、宜肺、利水的功效;可治脾胃虚弱、肺虚咳嗽、虚劳诸疾。尤其适合体质虚弱,营养不足,消化不良者宜食。另外,银鱼属一种高蛋白低脂肪食品,对高脂血症患者食之亦宜。
迄今为止,在大银鱼育苗生产中,尽管活饵要优越于人工配合饲料,但是生产活饵料的高昂代价、环境因素对活饵料生产量的影响以及活饵料营养价值的变化,给幼鱼的人工培育带来诸多的不便和潜在的威胁。因此,寻找粒度适宜、诱食性好、营养平衡和易消化的人工微粒饲料来替代活饵料饲养幼鱼成为了急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,所得微颗粒饲料容易消化、生物利用率高。
一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠5-10份、明胶5-10份、黄原胶2-6份、柠檬酸0.8-1.5份加至水100份中,加热至50-60℃保温30-40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂2-4份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕3-7份、鱼粉2-6份、卵磷脂1-3份、鱼油2-4份、发酵大豆蛋白1-3份、复合维生素0.2-0.5份、消化酶0.1-0.2份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
优选地,所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物。
优选地,所述脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
优选地,所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶。
优选地,所述经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶是将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至2-3倍重量的5-10wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,40-45℃保温10-20min后降温至20℃,再加入1-2倍重量的15-20wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
优选地,步骤3中还需要加入0.5-1wt.%氯化钠。
本发明采用海藻酸钠、明胶和黄原胶作为微胶囊壁,并添加了包埋后的纤维素酶和蛋白酶以促进微胶囊的消化,所得微颗粒饲料容易消化、生物利用率高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠5份、明胶5份、黄原胶2份、柠檬酸0.8份加至水100份中,加热至50℃保温40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂2份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕3份、鱼粉2份、卵磷脂1份、鱼油2份、发酵大豆蛋白1份、复合维生素0.2份、消化酶0.1份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,再加入0.5wt.%氯化钠,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
其中,所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物,脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶,将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至2倍重量的10wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,40-45℃保温10-20min后降温至20℃,再加入1倍重量的20wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
采用所得饲料对100条大银鱼由于进行饲喂,60天后幼鱼的成活率在98%,料重比为8.87。
实施例2
一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠7份、明胶6份、黄原胶3份、柠檬酸1.1份加至水100份中,加热至55℃保温40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂2份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕4份、鱼粉4份、卵磷脂2份、鱼油3份、发酵大豆蛋白2份、复合维生素0.4份、消化酶0.2份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,再加入0.5wt.%氯化钠,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
其中,所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物,脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶,将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至2倍重量的10wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,40-45℃保温10-20min后降温至20℃,再加入1倍重量的20wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
采用所得饲料对100条大银鱼由于进行饲喂,60天后幼鱼的成活率在99%,料重比为9.05。
实施例3
一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠8份、明胶7份、黄原胶4份、柠檬酸1.2份加至水100份中,加热至60℃保温40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂3份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕5份、鱼粉4份、卵磷脂2份、鱼油3份、发酵大豆蛋白2份、复合维生素0.4份、消化酶0.1份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,再加入0.8wt.%氯化钠,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
其中,所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物,脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶,将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至3倍重量的6wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,45℃保温15min后降温至20℃,再加入1倍重量的20wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
采用所得饲料对100条大银鱼由于进行饲喂,60天后幼鱼的成活率在97%,料重比为9.12。
实施例4
一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠10份、明胶10份、黄原胶6份、柠檬酸1.5份加至水100份中,加热至60℃保温30min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂4份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕7份、鱼粉6份、卵磷脂3份、鱼油4份、发酵大豆蛋白3份、复合维生素0.5份、消化酶0.2份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,再加入1wt.%氯化钠,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
其中,所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物,脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶,将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至3倍重量的5wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,45℃保温10min后降温至20℃,再加入2倍重量的15wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
采用所得饲料对100条大银鱼由于进行饲喂,60天后幼鱼的成活率在99%,料重比为9.23。

Claims (6)

1.一种大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1,以重量份计,将海藻酸钠5-10份、明胶5-10份、黄原胶2-6份、柠檬酸0.8-1.5份加至水100份中,加热至50-60℃保温30-40min,边搅拌边加入乳化剂2-4份,得到混合溶液;
步骤2,以重量份计,将豆粕3-7份、鱼粉2-6份、卵磷脂1-3份、鱼油2-4份、发酵大豆蛋白1-3份、复合维生素0.2-0.5份、消化酶0.1-0.2份混合,得到混合物;
步骤3,在搅拌条件下将步骤2所得混合物加至步骤1所得混合溶液中,高压均质后经喷雾干燥,制得微颗粒饲料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述乳化剂是脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述脂肪酸蔗糖酯、单硬脂酸甘油酯和吐温80的重量比是1:1:0.2-0.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述消化酶是经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述经过包埋的纤维素酶和蛋白酶是将等重量的纤维素酶和蛋白酶加至2-3倍重量的5-10wt.%阿拉伯胶水溶液中,40-45℃保温10-20min后降温至20℃,再加入1-2倍重量的15-20wt.%明胶水溶液,降温至4℃,干燥后制得。
6.根据权利要求1所述的大银鱼微颗粒饲料的生产工艺,其特征在于:步骤3中还需要加入0.5-1wt.%氯化钠。
