本发明涉及一种油泵部件。目的是提供一种齿轮泵侧板的改进,该侧板应能有效解决偏磨失效以及润滑失效的问题,并具有液压油输出压力稳定、侧板受力平衡的特点。技术方案是:一种齿轮泵侧板,包括制作有两个齿轮轴孔的8字形的侧板本体;其特征在于:所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的旁边至少制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油泵部件,具体是齿轮泵的侧板。
背景技术
齿轮泵是应用普遍的液压动力装置;其工作原理是由两个齿轮在两个封闭空间内啮合并旋转,依靠泵缸与啮合齿轮的之间形成的工作容积的变化,来提高液体的压力及其实现液体的输送;齿轮泵侧板是齿轮泵的关键部件,其结构是否合理直接影响整个泵的性能。现有的齿轮泵会产生因润滑失效或高低压区压力不平衡导致的偏磨失效(导致齿轮咬死)的弊病,进而对正常的生产造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述背景技术中的不足,提供一种齿轮泵侧板的改进,该侧板应能有效解决偏磨失效以及润滑失效的问题,并具有液压油输出压力稳定、侧板受力平衡的特点。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种齿轮泵侧板,包括制作有两个齿轮轴孔的8字形的侧板本体;其特征在于:所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的旁边至少制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔。
所述小孔还连通一与齿轮轴线平行的盲孔,该盲孔的出口面朝着同一齿轮泵的另一侧板。
所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的左右两边分别制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔。
所述小孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
所述盲孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
本发明的有益效果是:由于齿轮轴孔旁边开设了与外部相通的小孔,润滑油可源源不断地从外部进入轴孔内,从而在轴孔内建立了可靠的润滑油膜,有效保证了齿轮轴高速转动时的润滑需要,保证了侧板与齿轮间的油膜润滑均衡流畅;同时也能通过小孔将高压区的压力油移走一些,从而降低了高低压区之间的油压差,防止了因高低压不平衡而发生的偏磨失效现象,确保了齿轮泵的输出压力油的稳定。此外,本发明制作简单方便,成本也低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图所示的实施例进一步说明。
附图所示的齿轮泵侧板,包括制作有两个齿轮轴孔1的8字形的侧板本体;该侧板本体的结构与现有的齿轮泵侧板结构类同。
本发明的改进在于:所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的旁边至少制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔2;所述小孔还连通一与齿轮轴线平行的盲孔3,该盲孔的出口面朝着同一齿轮泵的另一侧板(即该盲孔的出口位于侧板本体的烧结铜铅合金耐磨层H的一面;烧结铜铅合金耐磨层后,可使该侧板与齿轮端面的耐磨功效,提升减摩效应减小摩擦系数,增加使用寿命)。
作为优选,所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的左右两边分别制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔。
进一步地,所述小孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
进一步地,所述盲孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。

1.一种齿轮泵侧板,包括制作有两个齿轮轴孔(1)的8字形的侧板本体;其特征在于:所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的旁边至少制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮泵侧板,其特征在于:所述小孔还连通一与齿轮轴线平行的盲孔(3),该盲孔的出口面朝着同一齿轮泵的另一侧板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的齿轮泵侧板,其特征在于:所述侧板本体上每个齿轮轴孔的左右两边分别制作有一个垂直于齿轮轴线且将齿轮轴孔与侧板外部贯通的小孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的齿轮泵侧板,其特征在于:所述小孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的齿轮泵侧板,其特征在于:所述盲孔的孔径为0.5-1.5mm。
