本发明公开了一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料,本发明属于化工技术领域,其配方的特征是:由氟碳树脂、脂肪族异氰酸酯、炭黑、丙酮、氧化镁微粉、超细松蜡微粉、埃洛石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、丁酮肟组成的。本发明的成品能应用于钢材防锈蚀、木材防腐蚀、混凝土防碳化以及船舶、桥梁、各类户外户内五金器材的表面,为其作防护之涂料。本发明同时具有微米级及纳米级双重粗糙结构,所以才具有荷叶效应的超疏水自洁功能,使用本发明的产品后,物体的表面长期不需要人工清洁及从复涂刷返新,节省了大量的人力物力,同时也不受风雨的侵蚀,3倍于普通氟碳树脂防护漆的使用寿命,确实是一种使用寿命长久且性能优异的超疏水氟碳树脂防护漆涂料。

技术领域
本发明属于化工领域,本发明涉及一种防护漆涂料,具体涉及的是一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料。
背景技术
防锈及防护的工作历来是国内外的重大科研课题之一。普通的氟碳树脂防护漆涂料是一种能应用于钢材防锈蚀、木材防腐蚀、混凝土防碳化、船底防浮游生物、甲板防磨损等构造物之防护涂料。但是现有技术的氟碳树脂防护漆涂层没有疏水自洁功能,短期要人工清洁及从复涂刷返新,使用寿命不长,浪费了人力物力。
发明的内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种具有自洁功能、长期不需要人工清洁及从复涂刷返新、能节省大量人力物力、不受风雨侵蚀、使用寿命长久且性能优异的超疏水氟碳树脂防护漆涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料,其配方的特征是:由氟碳树脂、脂肪族异氰酸酯、碳黑、丙酮、氧化镁微粉(0.38um~0.72um粒径)、超细松蜡微粉(20nm~70nm粒径)、埃洛石粉、聚丙烯酰胺、丁酮肟组成的。

本发明的有益效果:本发明是把氧化镁微粉(0.38um~0.72um粒径)、超细松蜡微粉(20nm~70nm粒径)通过分散剂聚丙烯酰胺所起的分散作用,高度分散于氟碳树脂防护漆中,分布率在97%以上,使用本发明的成品后,漆膜形成具荷叶效应的超疏水自洁表面,用半球法测定了多个氟碳树脂防护漆的漆膜试样,其漆膜试样与水的接触角均在150°以上;而且,试样通过用电子显微镜进行的观察,发现其表面同时具有微米级及纳米级双重粗糙结构。本发明的成品能应用于钢材防锈蚀、木材防腐蚀、混凝土防碳化以及船舶、桥梁、各类户外户内五金器材的表面,使物体的表面具有荷叶效应的超疏水自洁功能,能长期不需要人工清洁及从复涂刷返新,节省了大量的人力物力,而且不受风雨的侵蚀,3倍于普通氟碳树脂防护漆的使用寿命,是一种使用寿命长久且性能优异的超疏水氟碳树脂防护漆涂料。

将本发明的以上三个实施例所得的成品分别涂覆在三块载玻片上,用半球法来测定这三个试样与水的接触角:
1、实施例一的载玻片 试样与水的接触角为150.7°
2、实施例二的载玻片 试样与水的接触角为153.3°
3、实施例三的载玻片 试样与水的接触角为152.4°
用半球法测定了以上三个实施例的试样,都呈现出本发明的成品其表面润湿性能为超疏水特性。
本发明一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料,已在粤西地区应用,已供给多家广告公司,在其户外大型广告金属结构骨架的表面上使用;与普通的氟碳树脂防护漆作比较,本发明的产品所具有荷叶效应的超疏水自洁功能,使金属结构的表面不受风雨侵蚀,长久光亮如新,节省了大量的人力物力,本发明的产品有3倍于普通氟碳树脂防护漆的使用寿命,确实是一种使用寿命长久且性能优异的超疏水氟碳树脂防护漆涂料。

Claims (2)

1.一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料,其特征在于:该配方各组分的重量百分比为:氟碳树脂45%--57%、脂肪族异氰酸酯6%--22%、碳黑4%--23%、丙酮18%--27%、氧化镁微粉4%--24%、超细松蜡微粉3%--25%、埃洛石粉2%--21%、聚丙烯酰胺4%--23%、丁酮肟2%--22%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氟碳树脂防护漆涂料,其特征是:把氧化镁微粉0.38um~0.72um粒径、超细松蜡微粉20nm~70nm粒径,通过分散剂聚丙烯酰胺所起的分散作用,高度分散于氟碳树脂防护漆中,分布率在97%以上,使用本成品后,漆膜形成具荷叶效应的超疏水自洁表面,用半球法测定了多个氟碳树脂防护漆的漆膜试样,其漆膜试样与水的接触角均在150°以上。
