广告牌在是“信号”或“信号板”的意思;泛指一切传递广告信息的户外媒体。媒体大小按实际环境而定。现有技术中,户外用电力广告牌包括底板、支架等组件;其中底板是标识牌的关键组件,按照材质来分,其有多种,仅包括铝板、PVC板、钢板和陶瓷板等。铝板底板存在价格较高、强度和刚度不够,容易变形等缺陷;PVC板底板,易老化使用寿命短,一般仅局限于室内一次性使用,应用范围窄;钢质底板容易生锈,而且质量太重,不容易搬移。
发明内容

具体地,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料:按照重量份称取氧化锶1-2份、氧化钡1-2份、氧化硼1-2份、氧化钾2-3份、二硫化钼2-3份、海藻酸钠2-3份、白石墨3-5份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、羟乙基纤维素4-7份、高岭土5-9份、玻璃纤维5-9份、水15-22份、石英砂20-30份、氮化硅20-30份、海泡石25-35份、氧化铝30-50份、碳化硅100-150份;
步骤2)制备混合料1:将白石墨、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素以及玻璃纤维加入到水中,200转/min搅拌15min,然后加热至50℃,保温5min,自然冷却至室温,得到混合料1;
步骤3)制备混合料2:将石英砂、氮化硅、海泡石、氧化铝以及碳化硅依次添加到球磨罐中,球磨至粒径为10-50微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以200转/min的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,得到混合料2;
步骤4)制备混合料3:将氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠以及高岭土混合,300转/min搅拌10min,得到混合料3;
步骤5)喷雾造粒:将混合料1、混合料2以及混合料3混匀,进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒后的颗粒平均粒径为100-200微米;
步骤6)压坯烧结:将步骤5)所得物料置于模具中压制成坯,成型压力为10MPa,将成型后的坯体充分干燥,放入烧结炉中烧结,升温速率为10℃/分,烧结温度900℃,保温2小时,取出,冷却至室温,即得。
优选地,氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠、白石墨、羟乙基纤维素以及高岭土的粒径均控制在10-50微米;玻璃纤维的直径为10-20微米,长度为30-50微米。
本发明标识牌的其他组件并不是本发明的发明点,具体设计可参照常规设计,此处并不一一赘述。
本发明还提供了一种高强度耐腐蚀的陶瓷板,具体制备方法同上。
本发明取得的有益效果主要包括:
本发明制备的陶瓷底板抗弯抗压强度大,硬度高,耐酸碱腐蚀,可用于户外用电力广告牌,前景广阔;本发明制备工艺简单有效,通过简单的操作步骤,即可获得理想的陶瓷板材料,节省了中间繁琐的流程步骤,更为环保简易;通过添加玻璃纤维等物料,提高了耐腐蚀性能;通过添加合适配伍的石英砂、氮化硅、氧化铝以及碳化硅,提高了陶瓷底板强度和硬度;本发明工艺条件温和,制备方法和生产工艺简单易操作,满足工业化大生产。

为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面将结合本申请具体实施例,对本发明进行更加清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种户外用电力广告牌,其包括底板,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料,步骤2)制备混合料1,步骤3)制备混合料2,步骤4)制备混合料3,步骤5)喷雾造粒,步骤6)压坯烧结。
具体地,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料:按照重量份称取氧化锶1份、氧化钡1份、氧化硼1份、氧化钾2份、二硫化钼2份、海藻酸钠2份、白石墨3份、聚乙烯醇4份、羟乙基纤维素4份、高岭土5份、玻璃纤维5份、水15份、石英砂20份、氮化硅20份、海泡石25份、氧化铝30份、碳化硅100份;
步骤2)制备混合料1:将白石墨、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素以及玻璃纤维加入到水中,200转/min搅拌15min,然后加热至50℃,保温5min,自然冷却至室温,得到混合料1;
步骤3)制备混合料2:将石英砂、氮化硅、海泡石、氧化铝以及碳化硅依次添加到球磨罐中,球磨至粒径为10微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以200转/min的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,得到混合料2;
步骤4)制备混合料3:将氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠以及高岭土混合,300转/min搅拌10min,得到混合料3;
步骤5)喷雾造粒:将混合料1、混合料2以及混合料3混匀,进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒后的颗粒平均粒径为100微米;
步骤6)压坯烧结:将步骤5)所得物料置于模具中压制成坯,成型压力为10MPa,将成型后的坯体充分干燥,放入烧结炉中烧结,升温速率为10℃/分,烧结温度900℃,保温2小时,取出,冷却至室温,即得。
其中,氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠、白石墨、羟乙基纤维素以及高岭土的粒径均控制在10微米;玻璃纤维的直径为10微米,长度为30微米。
实施例2
一种户外用电力广告牌,其包括底板,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料,步骤2)制备混合料1,步骤3)制备混合料2,步骤4)制备混合料3,步骤5)喷雾造粒,步骤6)压坯烧结。
具体地,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料:按照重量份称取氧化锶2份、氧化钡2份、氧化硼2份、氧化钾3份、二硫化钼3份、海藻酸钠3份、白石墨5份、聚乙烯醇7份、羟乙基纤维素7份、高岭土9份、玻璃纤维9份、水22份、石英砂30份、氮化硅30份、海泡石35份、氧化铝50份、碳化硅150份;
步骤2)制备混合料1:将白石墨、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素以及玻璃纤维加入到水中,200转/min搅拌15min,然后加热至50℃,保温5min,自然冷却至室温,得到混合料1;
步骤3)制备混合料2:将石英砂、氮化硅、海泡石、氧化铝以及碳化硅依次添加到球磨罐中,球磨至粒径为50微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以200转/min的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,得到混合料2;
步骤4)制备混合料3:将氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠以及高岭土混合,300转/min搅拌10min,得到混合料3;
步骤5)喷雾造粒:将混合料1、混合料2以及混合料3混匀,进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒后的颗粒平均粒径为200微米;
步骤6)压坯烧结:将步骤5)所得物料置于模具中压制成坯,成型压力为10MPa,将成型后的坯体充分干燥,放入烧结炉中烧结,升温速率为10℃/分,烧结温度900℃,保温2小时,取出,冷却至室温,即得。
优选地,氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠、白石墨、羟乙基纤维素以及高岭土的粒径均控制在50微米;玻璃纤维的直径为20微米,长度为50微米。
实施例3
本发明陶瓷底板的性能测试:
吸水率根据GB/T 3299-2011《日用陶瓷吸水率测定方法》测得,耐酸性与耐碱性根据JC/T 2138-2012《精细陶瓷耐酸碱腐蚀性能试验方法》测得,体积密度根据阿基米原理测得。抗压强度、抗压强度和硬度根据GB/T 4740-1999。具体检测结果见表1:

结论:本发明制备的陶瓷底板抗弯抗压强度大,硬度高,耐酸碱腐蚀,可用于户外电力广告牌,前景广阔。

Claims (4)
1.一种户外用电力广告牌,其包括底板,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料,步骤2)制备混合料1,步骤3)制备混合料2,步骤4)制备混合料3,步骤5)喷雾造粒,步骤6)压坯烧结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广告牌,其特征在于,所述底板按照如下工艺制备而得:
步骤1)称取原料:按照重量份称取氧化锶1-2份、氧化钡1-2份、氧化硼1-2份、氧化钾2-3份、二硫化钼2-3份、海藻酸钠2-3份、白石墨3-5份、聚乙烯醇4-7份、羟乙基纤维素4-7份、高岭土5-9份、玻璃纤维5-9份、水15-22份、石英砂20-30份、氮化硅20-30份、海泡石25-35份、氧化铝30-50份、碳化硅100-150份;
步骤2)制备混合料1:将白石墨、聚乙烯醇、羟乙基纤维素以及玻璃纤维加入到水中,200转/min搅拌15min,然后加热至50℃,保温5min,自然冷却至室温,得到混合料1;
步骤3)制备混合料2:将石英砂、氮化硅、海泡石、氧化铝以及碳化硅依次添加到球磨罐中,球磨至粒径为10-50微米,取出球磨料,置于离心搅拌机中,以200转/min的搅拌速度搅拌10分钟,得到混合料2;
步骤4)制备混合料3:将氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠以及高岭土混合,300转/min搅拌10min,得到混合料3;
步骤5)喷雾造粒:将混合料1、混合料2以及混合料3混匀,进行喷雾造粒,喷雾造粒后的颗粒平均粒径为100-200微米;
步骤6)压坯烧结:将步骤5)所得物料置于模具中压制成坯,成型压力为10MPa,将成型后的坯体充分干燥,放入烧结炉中烧结,升温速率为10℃/分,升温至900℃,保温2小时,取出,冷却至室温,即得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的广告牌,其特征在于,优选地,所述氧化锶、氧化钡、氧化硼、氧化钾、二硫化钼、海藻酸钠、白石墨、羟乙基纤维素以及高岭土的粒径均控制在10-50微米。
4.根据权利要求2所述的广告牌,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维的直径为10-20微米,长度为30-50微米。
