本发明公开一种改进的车轮压装装置,支架(2)固定在底座(1)上,法兰定位盘(6)固定在支架(2)上,滑动套筒(7)固定在法兰定位盘(6)上,套筒(5)和滑动套筒(7)固定,支撑柱(10)在套筒(5)和活动销(9)中滑动,支撑柱(10)通过螺钉(3)穿过套筒(5),和支撑柱(10)拧在一起,弹簧Ⅰ(4)放在套筒(5)和支撑柱(10)中,调节支撑柱(10)的上下位置,活动销(9)在滑动套筒(7)中上下滑动,弹簧Ⅱ(8)放在活动销(9)和套筒(5)中,调节活动销(9)的上下位置。本发明在使用中能满足碳纤维车轮加工时装夹的需求,效果理想、效率高、工作安全可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车轮制造工序的工装,具体地说是一种复合材料车轮基体与上、下法兰盘胶接配合的装置。
背景技术
随着国家节能环保要求的提出,汽车工业节能减排刻不容缓,汽车轻量化是汽车节能减排最有效的手段之一,车轮作为高速旋转的非簧载质量,其轻量化节能效果比其他零部件更加显著,因此车轮轻量化的开发已经是大势所趋,其中碳纤维材料车轮已经在行业中开发进行,其结构也和常规车轮形式不同,加工方式也和传统的车轮加工方式有所区别。
碳纤维车轮的结构与常规铝合金车轮和钢车轮不同,它采用碳纤维材料作为车轮基体,车轮正面和法兰处是两个高性能铝合金盘,加工时需要将这两个铝合金盘胶接并通过过盈配合压入到碳纤维车轮本体内。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合材料车轮的压装装置。
本发明的技术方案是:改进的车轮压装装置,由底座、支架、螺钉、弹簧Ⅰ、套筒、法兰定位盘、滑动套筒、弹簧Ⅱ、活动销、支撑柱、压力缸、连接盘、导向柱、上导柱法兰、连接头、下导柱法兰、压盘组成。支架固定在底座上,法兰定位盘固定在支架上,滑动套筒固定在法兰定位盘上,套筒和滑动套筒固定,支撑柱在套筒和活动销中滑动,支撑柱穿过套筒和支撑柱拧在一起,弹簧Ⅰ放在套筒和支撑柱中,调节支撑柱的上下位置。活动销在滑动套筒中上下滑动,弹簧Ⅱ放在活动销和套筒中,调节活动销的上下位置。上导柱法兰固定在底座上,导向柱穿过上导柱法兰,和下导柱法兰一起固定在压盘上。压力缸和连接盘固定在底座,压力缸杆和连接头连接,连接头通过固定在压盘上。
实际使用时,将下法兰盘放在活动销上表面,在下法兰盘的上表面涂上特殊粘合胶,然后将碳纤维车轮基体的螺栓孔对准导向柱和活动销,放在下法兰盘上,再将上法兰盘下表面涂上特殊粘合胶,对准碳纤维车轮基体的螺栓孔。
当上法兰盘对准基体螺栓孔时,压力缸的缸杆向下运动,带动连接头和压盘运动,导向柱在上导柱法兰和下导柱法兰内做上下运动,起导向作用,压盘向下运动压住上法兰盘,将上法兰盘螺栓孔处的凸台渐渐压入到碳纤维车轮基体;支撑柱在压力下开始向下运动,当弹簧Ⅰ处于最大压紧状态时,支撑柱的头部压紧活动销并推动活动销向下运动,直到活动销脱离下法兰盘,下法兰盘接触到法兰定位盘,此时下法兰盘已经达到极限位置;压盘继续向下压入,此时已将上法兰盘凸台压入到碳纤维车轮基体内当压力达到一定数值时,保持该压力值一定时间,碳纤维车轮和上法兰盘与下法兰盘完成了胶接和过盈配合。然后压力缸泄压,压盘向上回到原点位置,最终实现和碳纤维轮的压装工序。
本发明在使用中能满足碳纤维车轮加工时装夹的需求,取代了人工加工,并且效果理想、效率高、工作安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
改进的车轮压装装置,由底座1、支架2、螺钉3、弹簧Ⅰ4、套筒5、法兰定位盘6、滑动套筒7、弹簧Ⅱ-8、活动销9、支撑柱10、压力缸11、连接盘12、导向柱13、上导柱法兰14、连接头15、下导柱法兰16、压盘17组成。支架2通过焊接固定在底座1上,法兰定位盘6通过六个螺栓固定在支架2上,滑动套筒7通过螺栓固定在法兰定位盘6上,套筒5通过螺栓和滑动套筒7固定,支撑柱10在套筒5和活动销9中滑动,支撑柱10通过螺钉3穿过套筒5和支撑柱10拧在一起,弹簧Ⅰ-4放在套筒5和支撑柱10中调节支撑柱10的上下位置,活动销9在滑动套筒7中上下滑动,弹簧Ⅱ-8放在活动销9和套筒5中调节活动销9的上下位置,上导柱法兰14通过螺栓固定在底座1上,导向柱13穿过上导柱法兰14,和下导柱法兰16一起通过螺栓固定在压盘17上,压力缸11和连接盘12用螺栓固定在底座1,压力缸杆和连接头15螺纹连接,连接头15通过螺栓固定在压盘17上。
工作过程中,将下法兰盘放在活动销9上表面,在下法兰盘的上表面涂上特殊粘合胶,然后将碳纤维车轮基体的螺栓孔对准导向柱13和活动销9,放在下法兰盘上,再将上法兰盘下表面涂上特殊粘合胶,对准碳纤维车轮基体的螺栓孔。
当上法兰盘对准基体螺栓孔时,压力缸11的缸杆向下运动,带动连接头15和压盘17运动,导向柱13在上导柱法兰14和下导柱法兰16内做上下运动,起导向作用,压盘17向下运动压住上法兰盘,将上法兰盘螺栓孔处的凸台渐渐压入到碳纤维车轮基体;支撑柱10在压力下开始向下运动,当弹簧Ⅰ-4处于最大压紧状态时,支撑柱10的头部压紧活动销9并推动活动销9向下运动,直到活动销9脱离下法兰盘,下法兰盘接触到法兰定位盘6,此时下法兰盘已经达到极限位置;压盘17继续向下压入,此时已将上法兰盘凸台压入到碳纤维车轮基体内当压力达到一定数值时,保持该压力值一定时间,碳纤维车轮和上法兰盘与下法兰盘完成了胶接和过盈配合。然后压力缸11泄压,压盘向上回到原点位置,最终实现和碳纤维轮的压装工序。

1.改进的车轮压装装置,由底座(1)、支架(2)、螺钉(3)、弹簧Ⅰ(4)、套筒(5)、法兰定位盘(6)、滑动套筒(7)、弹簧Ⅱ(8)、活动销(9)、支撑柱(10)、压力缸(11)、连接盘(12)、导向柱(13)、上导柱法兰(14)、连接头(15)、下导柱法兰(16)、压盘(17)组成,其特征在于:支架(2)固定在底座(1)上,法兰定位盘(6)固定在支架(2)上,滑动套筒(7)固定在法兰定位盘(6)上,套筒(5)和滑动套筒(7)固定,支撑柱(10)在套筒(5)和活动销(9)中滑动,支撑柱(10)通过螺钉(3)穿过套筒(5),和支撑柱(10)拧在一起,弹簧Ⅰ(4)放在套筒(5)和支撑柱(10)中,调节支撑柱(10)的上下位置,活动销(9)在滑动套筒(7)中上下滑动,弹簧Ⅱ(8)放在活动销(9)和套筒(5)中,调节活动销(9)的上下位置,上导柱法兰(14)固定在底座(1)上,导向柱(13)穿过上导柱法兰(14),和下导柱法兰(16)一起固定在压盘(17)上,压力缸(11)和连接盘(12)固定在底座(1),压力缸杆和连接头(15)螺纹连接,连接头(15)固定在压盘(17)上。
