本发明公开了一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,包括环形筒,所述环形筒的内部转动连接有分割盘,所述分割盘的外表面设有导向槽,所述导向槽的内部滑动连接有导向块,所述导向块的两端上表面固定安装有复位弹簧,所述导向块的上表面固定连接有分割块,所述分割块的上表面设有弧形凹槽,所述导向块的下表面固定连接有推板,所述推板的另一端设有第一楔形面,所述导向槽的内部底面设有操作槽,所述操作槽的内部滑动连接有推杆,所所述推杆的前端表面固定连接有调节板,所述调节板的内部中心处设有调节螺纹孔,所述调节螺纹孔的内部螺纹连接有调节螺纹杆。该分离切割整理系统大大提高了装置的适应性,能够有效提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及输料分离装置技术领域,具体为一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统。
背景技术
在现在的工业生产中,尤其是棉签加工行业,大多都会使用的输料装置来输送棉签棒,可以有效提高生产效率,但是现有的棉签棒输送装置在使用时具有一定的局限性,比如棉签棒的体积较小,分拣工作不方便,容易造成棉签棒堆积,造成卷棉时错乱,影响产品质量,再有就是各个加工厂的棉签棒的直径均不相同,这就需要不同规格的输送装置,这就造成输送装置的适应性不高,也就会加大使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,包括环形筒,所述环形筒的上表面中心处设有进料口,所述进料口的上表面固定安装有料斗,所述环形筒的下表面中心处设有出料口,所述环形筒的下表面两侧通过连杆转动连接有皮带轮,所述皮带轮的后端表面通过轴固定连接有电机,所述电机固定安装于环形筒的外表面,所述皮带轮的外表面转动连接有输送带,所述输送带的上表面设有分割凸起,所述环形筒的内部转动连接有分割盘,所述分割盘的外表面设有导向槽,所述导向槽的内部滑动连接有导向块,所述导向块的两端上表面固定安装有复位弹簧,所述导向块的上表面固定连接有分割块,所述分割块的上表面设有弧形凹槽,所述导向块的下表面固定连接有推板,所述推板的另一端设有第一楔形面,所述导向槽的内部底面设有操作槽,所述操作槽的内部滑动连接有推杆,所述推杆的后端表面设有第二楔形面,所述第二楔形面滑动连接于第一楔形面的下表面,所述推杆的前端表面固定连接有调节板,所述调节板的内部中心处设有调节螺纹孔,所述调节螺纹孔的内部螺纹连接有调节螺纹杆,所述调节螺纹杆的后端表面通过转动块转动连接于分隔盘的前端表面。
优选的,所述输送带位于出料口的正下方。
优选的,所述分割凸起等间距均布于输送带的外表面。
优选的,所述导向槽与推杆均至少有六个,且数量相一致。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统通过分割盘和环形筒相配合,可以将棉签棒进行分离,再有就是通过斜面调节的导向块来安装分割块,可以根据棉签直径调节间距,大大提高了装置的适应性,能够有效提高生产效率。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,包括环形筒1,环形筒1的上表面中心处设有进料口11,进料口11的上表面固定安装有料斗12,环形筒1的下表面中心处设有出料口13,环形筒1的下表面两侧通过连杆14转动连接有皮带轮15,皮带轮15的后端表面通过轴固定连接有电机16,电机16固定安装于环形筒1的外表面,皮带轮15的外表面转动连接有输送带17,输送带17位于出料口13的正下方,保证分割开的棉签棒落到输送带17上,可以向前输送,输送带17的上表面设有分割凸起18,分割凸起18等间距均布于输送带17的外表面,这样能够将棉签棒分离开,避免脱落和堆积,环形筒1的内部转动连接有分割盘2,分割盘2的后端表面固定连接有分割电机,带动分割盘2转动进行分割,动力足,结构稳定,分割盘2的外表面设有导向槽21,导向槽21与推杆31均至少有六个,且数量相一致,能够配合调节,导向槽21的内部滑动连接有导向块22,导向块22的两端上表面固定安装有复位弹簧23,导向块22的上表面固定连接有分割块24,分割块24的上表面设有弧形凹槽25,导向块22的下表面固定连接有推板26,推板26的另一端设有第一楔形面27,导向槽21的内部底面设有操作槽3,操作槽3的内部滑动连接有推杆31,推杆31的后端表面设有第二楔形面32,第二楔形面32滑动连接于第一楔形面27的下表面,推杆31的前端表面固定连接有调节板33,调节板33的内部中心处设有调节螺纹孔34,调节螺纹孔34的内部螺纹连接有调节螺纹杆35,调节螺纹杆35的后端表面通过转动块36转动连接于分隔盘2的前端表面。
本发明在具体实施时:在使用时,可以将电机16和分割电机连接到工作电源上,然后可以将成捆的棉签棒拆开放置到料斗12内,然后可以启动电机16和分割电机,这样可以带着分割盘2和皮带轮15转动,棉签棒从进料口11下落,当分割块24转动到进料口11下方时,棉签棒进入到户型凹槽25内,然后被分割盘2带着在环形筒1内转动,可以输送到出料口13从而落到输送带17上,这样多个分割块24往复运输可以将棉签棒分割开,非常方便,并且棉签棒会落入到两个分割凸起18之间,可以避免堆积,然后被输送带17带着向前输送,而当棉签棒的直径有所变化时,由于分割盘2于环形筒1的间距不变,这时可以转动调节螺纹杆35,也就能够将调节板33前后推动,可以带着推杆31在操作槽3内部滑动,也就改变了第二楔形面32和第一楔形面27的接触点,可以将推板26向外侧推动,也就通过导向块22将分割块24向外推动,减小了分割块24和环形筒1之间的间距,同理可以将推杆31向外拉,这样复位弹簧23将导向块22向内部挤压,可以增大间距,方便针对不同直径的棉签棒进行调节,适应性更加广泛。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,包括环形筒(1),其特征在于:所述环形筒(1)的上表面中心处设有进料口(11),所述进料口(11)的上表面固定安装有料斗(12),所述环形筒(1)的下表面中心处设有出料口(13),所述环形筒(1)的下表面两侧通过连杆(14)转动连接有皮带轮(15),所述皮带轮(15)的后端表面通过轴固定连接有电机(16),所述电机(16)固定安装于环形筒(1)的外表面,所述皮带轮(15)的外表面转动连接有输送带(17);
所述输送带(17)的上表面设有分割凸起(18),所述环形筒(1)的内部转动连接有分割盘(2),所述分割盘(2)的外表面设有导向槽(21),所述导向槽(21)的内部滑动连接有导向块(22),所述导向块(22)的两端上表面固定安装有复位弹簧(23),所述导向块(22)的上表面固定连接有分割块(24),所述分割块(24)的上表面设有弧形凹槽(25),所述导向块(22)的下表面固定连接有推板(26),所述推板(26)的另一端设有第一楔形面(27);
所述导向槽(21)的内部底面设有操作槽(3),所述操作槽(3)的内部滑动连接有推杆(31),所述推杆(31)的后端表面设有第二楔形面(32),所述第二楔形面(32)滑动连接于第一楔形面(27)的下表面,所述推杆(31)的前端表面固定连接有调节板(33),所述调节板(33)的内部中心处设有调节螺纹孔(34),所述调节螺纹孔(34)的内部螺纹连接有调节螺纹杆(35),所述调节螺纹杆(35)的后端表面通过转动块(36)转动连接于分隔盘(2)的前端表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,其特征在于:所述输送带(17)位于出料口(13)的正下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌医用棉签智能自适应传感分离切割整理系统,其特征在于:所述分割凸起(18)等间距均布于输送带(17)的外表面。
