Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of kudzu vine root particles for a cigarette filter, the particles and a cigarette filter, and belongs to the field of filter materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dividing the kudzu root powder into two parts, wherein one part is added with water for gelatinization, and the gelatinized kudzu root powder accounts for 8-20% of the total mass of the kudzu root powder; the remaining one part is used as granulated dry powder; (2) adding water into the kudzu root powder for gelatinization, heating for gelatinization, wherein the amount of the added water is 5-10 times of the mass of the gelatinized kudzu root powder, and obtaining gelatinized kudzu root powder colloidal solution; (3) granulating with conventional fluidized bed granulator, and sieving to obtain 20-80 mesh granules. The method can improve yield, avoid interference of external adhesive on sensory quality of radix Puerariae, improve material utilization rate, save product cost, and further improve product quality.

Background

However, both methods have drawbacks: the kudzu root is directly crushed into particles, the particle shapes are uneven, the physical properties are unstable, the particles are easy to crush during the forming of the cigarette filter stick, so that a large amount of dust is generated, and the material utilization rate is not high; the granules prepared by the additional adhesive easily cause certain negative influence on the sense of the radix puerariae granules. Aiming at the defects, how to adopt a proper process technology to improve the yield of the product and avoid the negative influence is a problem to be solved urgently for the application of the kudzuvine root particles in the cigarette filter.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a kudzu root granular material for a cigarette filter and a preparation method thereof, wherein a kudzu root method colloidal solution pasted under certain process conditions is used as an adhesive, and fluidized bed granulation is carried out in a top spraying mode.

Further, in the step (3), a boiling fluidized bed granulation machine is adopted for granulation, and the gelatinized pueraria powder colloidal solution is sprayed on the top.
Further, heating for gelatinization is specifically stirring heating, and under the condition of vigorous stirring, water is heated to boiling and kept for 5-30 minutes. The hot water brewing mode is not adopted. The requirement of the kudzu root granules is controlled by the proportion of gelatinized kudzu root powder, the added water quantity and the boiling retention time. The larger the proportion of the gelatinized pueraria powder is, the smaller the mesh number of the prepared particles is; the larger the added water amount is, the larger the mesh number of the prepared particles is, the longer the process granulation needs, and the better the product stability is; the longer the boiling hold time, the higher the sweetness of the resulting granules.
Further, the method also comprises a step (4), after the granulation is finished, the moisture in the fluidized bed is humidified or heated, the moisture balance is carried out on the granules, and the moisture is controlled to be 7-10%.

Example 1

(2) adding 10 times of water by mass into the kudzu root powder for gelatinization, heating the water to boiling under the condition of vigorous stirring, and keeping for 5 minutes to obtain gelatinized kudzu root powder colloidal solution;
(3) granulating in fluidized bed granulator, spraying gelatinized radix Puerariae powder colloidal solution, and sieving to obtain 50-80 mesh granules with yield of 94%.
(4) After granulation is finished, humidifying or heating in the fluidized bed, balancing the moisture of the granules, controlling the moisture to be 7-10%, and then sieving and packaging according to requirements.
Compared with the kudzu root particles manufactured by a direct crushing method, the product uniformity is better, and the yield is greatly improved (the yield is obtained by dividing the quality of the obtained qualified particles by the total quality of the kudzu root powder (including the dry kudzu root powder and the kudzu root powder for preparing the colloidal solution).
And (3) putting the finally obtained radix puerariae particles into a filter tip forming device for production, wherein the adding amount is 20 mg/cigarette, so as to obtain the cigarette filter containing the filter tip particles, and manufacturing cigarettes. (2) adding 10 times of water by mass into the kudzu root powder for gelatinization, heating the water to boiling under the condition of vigorous stirring, and keeping for 30 minutes to obtain gelatinized kudzu root powder colloidal solution;
(3) granulating in fluidized bed granulator, spraying gelatinized radix Puerariae powder colloidal solution, and sieving to obtain 40-60 mesh granules with yield of 96%.
(4) After granulation is finished, humidifying or heating in the fluidized bed, balancing the moisture of the granules, controlling the moisture to be 7-10%, and then sieving and packaging according to requirements.
Compared with the kudzuvine root particles prepared by a direct crushing method, the kudzuvine root particles have better product uniformity and greatly improved yield.

(2) adding 5 times of water by mass into the kudzu root powder for gelatinization, heating the water to boiling under the condition of vigorous stirring, and keeping for 10 minutes to obtain gelatinized kudzu root powder colloidal solution;
(3) granulating in fluidized bed granulator, spraying gelatinized radix Puerariae powder colloidal solution, and sieving to obtain 30-50 mesh granules with yield of 95%.
(4) After granulation is finished, humidifying or heating in the fluidized bed, balancing the moisture of the granules, controlling the moisture to be 7-10%, and then sieving and packaging according to requirements.
Compared with the kudzuvine root particles prepared by a direct crushing method, the kudzuvine root particles have better product uniformity and greatly improved yield.

(3) granulating in conventional fluidized bed granulator, spraying gelatinized radix Puerariae powder colloidal solution in top spray mode, and sieving to obtain 20-50 mesh granules with yield of 98%.
(4) After granulation is finished, humidifying or heating in the fluidized bed, balancing the moisture of the granules, controlling the moisture to be 7-10%, and then sieving and packaging according to requirements.
Compared with the kudzuvine root particles prepared by a direct crushing method, the kudzuvine root particles have better product uniformity and greatly improved yield.

(2) adding 7 times of water by mass into the kudzu root powder for gelatinization, heating the water to boiling under the condition of vigorous stirring, and keeping for 10 minutes to obtain gelatinized kudzu root powder colloidal solution;
(3) granulating radix Puerariae powder as dry powder in conventional fluidized bed, spraying gelatinized radix Puerariae powder colloidal solution in top spray mode, and sieving to obtain 40-60 mesh granules with yield of 91%.
(4) After granulation is finished, humidifying or heating in the fluidized bed, balancing the moisture of the granules, controlling the moisture to be 7-10%, and then sieving and packaging according to requirements.
Compared with the kudzuvine root particles prepared by a direct crushing method, the kudzuvine root particles have better product uniformity and greatly improved yield.
