一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料及其制备方法,其各组分含量为:磷酸二氢钙:2%‑3%;豆粕:10%‑15%;花生粕:5%‑10%;鸡肉粉:10%‑15%;玉米蛋白粉:3%‑5%;进口鱼粉:15%‑20%;海带粉:2%‑3%;鱼油:2%‑3%;面粉:25%‑30%;杂粕:15%‑20%;氯化胆碱:0.08%‑0.1%;微量元素:0.1%‑0.3%;维生素:0.1%‑0.15%;中草药:0.8%‑1%。饲料中的中草药为金银花提取物,金银花复方草药能够提高牙鲆的生长、消化和免疫能力,提高黄颡鱼胃蛋白酶,胃淀粉酶,肠蛋白酶的活性,促进鱼类生长,提高了黄颡鱼肝胰SOD活性。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖技术,尤其涉及黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
黄颡鱼是我国淡水水域常见的小型底层经济鱼类,因其肉味鲜美细嫩、营养丰富等优点深受消费者青睐,黄颡鱼虽然抗病能力较强,但随着放养密度增大,加上管理和操作不当常引起疾病,导致成活率降低。加强病害防治是确保养殖产量和经济效益的一项重要举措。本发明旨在发明一种提高黄颡鱼生产性能及消化、免疫能力的饲料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能提高黄颡鱼生产性能和消化、免疫能力的饲料及其制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料,其各组分含量为:
磷酸二氢钙:2%-3%;豆粕:10%-15%;花生粕:5%-10%;鸡肉粉:10%-15%;玉米蛋白粉:3%-5%;进口鱼粉:15%-20%;海带粉:2%-3%;鱼油:2%-3%;面粉:25%-30%;杂粕:15%-20%;氯化胆碱:0.08%-0.1%;微量元素:0.1%-0.3%;维生素:0.1%-0.15%;中草药:0.8%-1%。
所述的微量元素是由蛋氨酸铁、蛋氨酸锌和蛋氨酸锰混合组成。
所述的维生素由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素C、维生素B混合而成。
所述的中草药是金银花的提取物。
一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料的制备方法,其步骤为:
投料员根据生产配方比例进行投料,除面粉、中草药、维生素、磷酸二氢钙、鱼油外全部物料首先经过粗粉95%达到40-50目,然后再经过超微粉95%达到90-100目,然后进入混合机,在混合前加入面粉、维生素、中草药、磷酸二氢钙进行混合,混合3-5分钟后,进行制粒膨化;制粒时调质温度为90-100℃,经过膨化机膨化后的物料呈天然红色圆形或圆柱形,经过烘干箱110℃烘干15分钟后喷涂鱼油,然后进行冷却,待物料冷却10分钟,物料表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。
本发明的有益效果:饲料中的中草药为金银花提取物,金银花复方草药能够提高牙鲆的生长、消化和免疫能力,提高黄颡鱼胃蛋白酶,胃淀粉酶,肠蛋白酶的活性,促进鱼类生长,提高了黄颡鱼肝胰SOD活性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料,其各组分含量为:
磷酸二氢钙:2%;豆粕:14.92%;花生粕:5%;鸡肉粉:10%;玉米蛋白粉:3%;进口鱼粉:15%;海带粉:2%;鱼油:2%;面粉:25%;杂粕:20%;氯化胆碱:0.08%;微量元素:0.1%;维生素:0.1%;中草药:0.8%。
所述的微量元素是由蛋氨酸铁、蛋氨酸锌和蛋氨酸锰混合组成。
所述的维生素由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素C、维生素B混合而成。
所述的中草药是金银花的提取物。
一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料的制备方法,其步骤为:
投料员根据生产配方比例进行配制1000kg饲料,除面粉、中草药、维生素、磷酸二氢钙、鱼油外豆粕:149.2kg;花生粕:50kg;鸡肉粉:100kg;玉米蛋白粉:30kg;进口鱼粉:150kg;海带粉:20kg;杂粕:200kg;氯化胆碱:0.8kg;微量元素:1kg,首先经过粗粉95%达到40-50目,然后再经过超微粉95%达到90-100目,然后进入混合机,在混合前加入面粉250kg;维生素1kg;中草药8kg;磷酸二氢钙20kg进行混合,混合3分钟后,进行制粒膨化;制粒时调质温度为90-100℃,经过膨化机膨化后的物料呈天然红色圆形或圆柱形,经过烘干箱110℃烘干15分钟后喷涂鱼油20kg,然后进行冷却,待物料冷却10分钟,物料表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。

一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料,其各组分含量为:
磷酸二氢钙:3%;豆粕:10%;花生粕:5%;鸡肉粉:10%;玉米蛋白粉:5%;进口鱼粉:19.45%;海带粉:3%;鱼油:3%;面粉:25%;杂粕:15%;氯化胆碱:0.1%;微量元素:0.3%;维生素:0.15%;中草药:1%。
所述的微量元素是由蛋氨酸铁、蛋氨酸锌和蛋氨酸锰混合组成。
所述的维生素由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素K、维生素C、维生素B混合而成。
所述的中草药是金银花的提取物。
一种黄颡鱼的天然免疫饲料的制备方法,其步骤为:
投料员根据生产配方比例进行配制1000kg饲料,除面粉、中草药、维生素、磷酸二氢钙、鱼油外豆粕:100kg;花生粕:50kg;鸡肉粉:100kg;玉米蛋白粉:50kg;进口鱼粉:194.5kg;海带粉:30kg;杂粕:150kg;氯化胆碱:1kg;微量元素:3kg,首先经过粗粉95%达到40-50目,然后再经过超微粉95%达到90-100目,然后进入混合机,在混合前加入面粉250kg;维生素1.5kg;中草药10kg;磷酸二氢钙30kg进行混合,混合5分钟后,进行制粒膨化;制粒时调质温度为90-100℃,经过膨化机膨化后的物料呈天然红色圆形或圆柱形,经过烘干箱110℃烘干15分钟后喷涂鱼油30kg,然后进行冷却,待物料冷却10分钟,物料表面温度不高于室温的5℃即可装包待售。
