本发明属于海洋救生领域,尤其是一种海水染色剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
海水染色剂—这种颜色鲜亮的海水染色剂的应用范围很广,用起作为落水之后的视觉搜救指示标志,节省大部分救援时间,提高飞行员的生还率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便、显色效果好、应用范围广、便于救援的海水染色剂及其制备方法。
本发明实现目的的技术方案如下:
一种海水染色剂,组成成分如下:
一种制备海水染色剂的方法,制备步骤如下:
⑴秤取工业领苯二甲酸酐和工业间苯二酚放在球磨粉碎机中粉碎,混合;然后将物料投入银锅或铁锅中在电炉上加热至180℃,然后迅速将700g原水、氯化锌在充分搅拌下,分批加入物料中,加入时不能太快,以防止反应物溢出,加完后,将温度升高至210℃,直到反应物充分脱水变成固体位置,停止加热,放冷;
⑵精制
将上述物料取出粉碎,然后加入水和浓盐酸一同煮沸10分钟,稍冷后,用布袋漏斗吸干,用纯水洗至不显酸性反应为止;
⑶制备荧光黄钠:
将洗好的沉淀放在缸里,滴加10wt%氢氧化钠溶液,同时搅拌,直至沉淀物恰好溶解为止,用布袋漏斗过滤,滤液浓缩至变为固体将固体粉碎,即为成品。

本指示剂潮解性好,橙红色粉末,易溶解于水,溶解后呈黄绿色,带极强的黄绿色荧光,酸化后消失,在中性或碱性条件下黄绿色又出现,微溶于醇,可用于地下水测量,作为指示剂。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种海水染色剂,组成成分如下:/kg
制备步骤:
1、秤取1.3kg工业领苯二甲酸酐和2kg工业间苯二酚放在球磨粉碎机中粉碎,混合;然后将物料投入银锅(或铁锅)中在电炉上加热至180℃,然后迅速将700g原水、0.2kg氯化锌在充分搅拌下,分批加入物料中,加入时不能太快,以防止反应物溢出,加完后,将温度升高至210℃,直到反应物充分脱水变成固体位置,停止加热,放冷。
2、精制
将上述物料取出粉碎,然后加入1670ml水和1kg浓盐酸(37.5wt%)一同煮沸10分钟,稍冷后,用布袋漏斗吸干,用纯水洗至不显酸性反应为止。
3、制备荧光黄钠:
将洗好的沉淀放在缸里,滴加10wt%氢氧化钠溶液,同时搅拌,直至沉淀物恰好溶解为止,(注意氢氧化钠液不能过量,用量1kg左右)用布袋漏斗过滤,滤液浓缩至变为固体将固体粉碎,即为成品。
