Abstract
本发明提供一种园林凳,包括凳体和凳腿,所述凳体按重量份包括以下各组分:石英砂15‑20份、椰子壳4‑8份、木质纤维素5‑9份、蒙脱石粘土7‑11份、液体活化剂3‑6份、漳州白土5‑9份、铁矿尾渣3‑5份、发泡剂1‑3份、防冻剂1‑3份。本发明添加椰子壳、木质纤维素与漳州白土混合,制出来的园林凳透气、疏水性好、耐磨;添加蒙脱石粘土,增强了园林凳的硬度、抗冲击强度、抗裂性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及园林技术领域,具体涉及一种园林凳。
背景技术
现有的园艺景观和建筑装饰,大量采用天然石材来制作园林凳等装饰物,用天然石材制成的园林凳存在着以下缺陷:1、天然石材的开采会造成植被破坏,水土流失,对自然环境的破坏严重;2、天然石材是不可再生资源,其产量有限,不可能满足现代装饰产业的需要;3、天然石材在运输不方便,其形状需要经过加工才能得到所需要的园林凳,造成资源的大量浪费、制成的产品成本高;4、天然石材的色彩选择有限,花纹不一致,搭配不合理,这严重影响了其施工范围和装饰效果。
现有技术中,已有人造的园林凳,但其疏水性差、易裂、寿命短等问题。因此,有必要设计一款新的园林凳来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种疏水性好、抗裂、寿命长的园林凳。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种园林凳,包括凳体和凳腿,所述凳体按重量份包括以下各组分:石英砂15-20份、椰子壳4-8份、木质纤维素5-9份、蒙脱石粘土7-11份、液体活化剂3-6份、漳州白土5-9份、铁矿尾渣3-5份、发泡剂1-3份、防冻剂1-3份。
进一步地,所述园林凳的各组分按重量份计算为:石英砂15份、椰子壳4份、木质纤维素5份、蒙脱石粘土7份、液体活化剂3份、漳州白土5份、铁矿尾渣3份、发泡剂1份、防冻剂1份。
进一步地,所述园林凳的各组分按重量份计算为:石英砂18份、椰子壳6份、木质纤维素6份、蒙脱石粘土8份、液体活化剂4份、漳州白土8份、铁矿尾渣4份、发泡剂2份、防冻剂1.9份。
进一步地,所述园林凳的各组分按重量份计算为:石英砂20份、椰子壳8份、木质纤维素9份、蒙脱石粘土11份、液体活化剂6份、漳州白土9份、铁矿尾渣5份、发泡剂3份、防冻剂3份。
进一步地,所述园林凳还包括组分:叶蜡石粉2-4份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明添加椰子壳、木质纤维素与漳州白土混合,制出来的园林凳透气、疏水性好、耐磨;添加蒙脱石粘土,增强了园林凳的硬度、抗冲击强度、抗裂性能。

1.一种园林凳,包括凳体和凳腿,其特征在于:所述凳体按重量份包括以下各组分:石英砂15-20份、椰子壳4-8份、木质纤维素5-9份、蒙脱石粘土7-11份、液体活化剂3-6份、漳州白土5-9份、铁矿尾渣3-5份、发泡剂1-3份、防冻剂1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的园林凳,其特征在于:所述园林凳的各组分按重量份计算为:石英砂15份、椰子壳4份、木质纤维素5份、蒙脱石粘土7份、液体活化剂3份、漳州白土5份、铁矿尾渣3份、发泡剂1份、防冻剂1份。
