Abstract
本发明公开了一种秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,步骤如下:将秸秆制作成秸秆纤维;再将秸秆纤维加水利用碎浆机进行研磨,形成秸秆纤维浆,秸秆纤维与水的质量比为1.5~2︰98;然后按传统工艺将秸秆纤维浆制作成膨化型纸板;将膨化型纸板的两面均涂覆一层无纺布面料。工艺简便,生产成本低,产品强度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种板材制造工艺,特别是一种秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺。
背景技术
利用废纸制成膨化型包装箱板,需要大量的废纸原料,同时也需要对废纸进行无害化处理,费时费力,成本高,同时板材的强度并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种方法简便、可利用农业生产中形成的秸秆作为原料、提高产品强度的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,步骤如下:
将秸秆制作成秸秆纤维;
再将秸秆纤维加水利用碎浆机进行研磨,形成秸秆纤维浆,秸秆纤维与水的质量比为1.5~2︰98;
然后按传统工艺将秸秆纤维浆制作成膨化型纸板;
将膨化型纸板的两面均涂覆一层无纺布面料。
本发明的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,其中所述的无纺布面料是通过传输履带将膨化型纸板带入复合机上,复合机和履带相接的部分上下都有涂胶滚和要复合的无纺布材料支架辊,支架辊的后端水平依次安装了压榨辊、烘干加热装置、切板装置。
按本发明的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺生产的板材,正反两面贴附的抗撕扯、耐戳穿、成本低、可降解、不会对环境产生污染的各种色彩的无纺布,无纺布经滚压粘接后紧紧附在膨化板上,履带将贴附好的板材又带入上下安装的长烘干加热装置内,胶干燥后即切裁成需要的规格。
本发明的工艺生产的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板是采用玉米、水稻、小麦等茎体秸秆经制成纤维后,膨化成各种厚度的薄板,又在正反两面敷贴等材料,形成一种新型的包装箱制造板材。无纺布是多色彩的,应用它可以改变瓦楞纸包装箱100多年的单一土黄色的历史,并且抗折性能更强,抗潮性更高,尤其适用水产品和新鲜蔬菜的包装。
本发明的工艺简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
本发明的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,步骤如下:
将秸秆制作成秸秆纤维;
再将秸秆纤维加水利用碎浆机进行研磨,形成秸秆纤维浆,秸秆纤维与水的质量比为1.5~2︰98;
然后按传统工艺将秸秆纤维浆制作成膨化型纸板;
将膨化型纸板的两面均涂覆一层无纺布面料。
其中,无纺布面料是通过传输履带将膨化型纸板带入复合机上,复合机和履带相接的部分上下都有涂胶滚和要复合的无纺布材料支架辊,支架辊的后端水平依次安装了压榨辊、烘干加热装置、切板装置。
如图1所示:11为传输履带,制成的膨化型纸板2由传输履带输送,上辅料辊3和下辅料辊10上的无纺布面料分别经过上涂胶辊4和下涂胶辊9涂胶,然后经过带有动力的第一压榨辊5和第二压榨辊6(复合机)牵引前进并将无纺布面料复合在膨化型纸板2的两面,继续前行,经过烘干加热装置7进行烘干,然后根据所需要的长度由切板装置8(裁切机构)切断。本发明中的膨化板复合无纺布设备的各部件均为常规的现有装备,只是有机的安装于一个整体机架上即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
将秸秆制作成秸秆纤维;
再将秸秆纤维加水利用碎浆机进行研磨,形成秸秆纤维浆,秸秆纤维与水的质量比为1.5~2︰98;
然后按传统工艺将秸秆纤维浆制作成膨化型纸板;
将膨化型纸板的两面均涂覆一层无纺布面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的秸秆膨化复合包装箱板制造工艺,其特征在于:所述的无纺布面料是通过传输履带将膨化型纸板带入复合机上,复合机和履带相接的部分上下都有涂胶滚和要复合的无纺布材料支架辊,支架辊的后端水平依次安装了压榨辊、烘干加热装置、切板装置。
